列计划的目的无非是通过白纸黑字，使得自己对自己的学习情况能够进行监督和检查。应把重点放在课本上、课堂内。因为高考虽强调淡化课本的考查，其实处处有课本的影子。“课内知识课外考”的测试方式，就要求我们把课内知识学扎实，否则无法完满地解答课外考题。当然，重点放在课本上，并不是将视野局限于课本，仍应有大量课外阅读，在课外阅读中巩固，贯通课本知识，培养能力。初三学年，既是初中时代的最后一年，也是复习迎考的关键一年。初三学习计划是完善知识系统树，“牵一发而动全身”，做到由一个知识点可以拎起一串，提起一面。系统地掌握知识后，技巧也就“水到渠成。

二、：了解自己的学习情况。

作战讲究“知己知彼，百战不殆”。学习也是一样。所以要制定出符合自己实际情况的初三学习计划，必须要“知己”。“知己”包括三层含义：明确学习奋斗的目标，了解自己的学习情况，明确地估计自己的能力。做到“知己”后，我们就可以制定计划了。

三、：制定要求。

列计划本身并没有太多的要求，你只要抓住两个字——“详、实”就足够了。

首先，要让自己知道，每天你具体干些什么，知道每周、每月的安排等。我们应该去计划自己的学习和生活，做到自己对自己心中有谱。一份计划上只出现时间和科目是不够的，最起码还要有具体的章节的安排，包括做哪些习题，看哪些笔记都应当有，这样才能真正地发挥计划的优势。所谓“实”，就是一定要符合自己的实际情况，适当地高一些也可以，但绝不可过高或过低。太低了，计划的内容松松垮垮，反而不如没有计划;但大多数人可能更容易把计划列得偏高，开始还能拼一拼坚持一下，但很快地就败下阵来。如果总是列这种过高过紧的计划，常常完不成，那么时间一久也就会对列计划失去信心了。一份好的计划绝不在于它的起点有多高，而在于它是不是能帮你更好地完成学习任务，让你的能力得到最好的发挥。

其次，计划的安排应合理、科学，尽量不要让你的时间浪费。应该说明的是，不浪费时间并不是把所有时间都用来学习，也不是说打球、洗衣服等时间都是浪费。如六、日的时间，如果你的学习黄金时间在上午，而你却在整个上午做一些洗衣服、打扫房间等杂事，而中午、下午才来做作业的话，这就不能不说是一种浪费了。很多事不能不做，但要放在合适的时候做，黄金时间都应用来学习。

四、：注意事项。

①必须强调的是，制订初三学习计划必须按自己的特点自己制订，不能仿制别人的计划，别人告诉你的方法最多只能充当一个指路标的作用，是很难完全套用的。只有自己去试着做，摸索出自己的完整方法，才是最有用的。

②列计划只是一种手段，绝不要为了列计划才去列计划，只要是能达到目的的计划都是好计划。不管什么时候，列计划都只是为了完成一定的学习任务。

③刚开始列计划的同学，可能不太容易掌握好难易的尺度，列的计划过高过低都是自然的，只要不断调整，不断改进，很快就会适应这种方法。

④任何学习计划刚执行起来都难免会遇到一些困难，但你应该知道为了执行这份计划而付出的努力是值得的。能够适应这份计划是保证你的远程学习以及未来事业成功的重要步骤。

⑤“坚持”是计划实施过程中最难的。由于缺乏毅力与恒心，很易虎头蛇尾。而学习是一个周期比较长的过程，今天的努力，并不能在明天就得到回报。它是量的积累引起质的飞跃。半途而废，最浪费时间与精力，并对人的自信心有很大的动摇。所以在实施计划时，一时看不到进步不要心焦，更不要气馁、不要轻言放弃。坚持!坚持一定能产生奇迹。

五、：严遵学习计划好处。

1、学习计划表可以帮助你克服惰性和倦怠，尤其是当它配合一个自我奖励制度时会更加有效。

2、如果你能按部就班、循序渐进地完成你的学习，那么学习便不会给你带来太大的压力。

3、学习计划表可以确保你不会浪费时间，使你有时间做其他该做的事。

4、学习计划表可以使你了解自己的学习进度，让你清楚地知道哪些事等着做，又可以帮助自己对先前的学习做个评价。

说句实话，我连做梦都没想到，我第一次去我最向往的地方——北京，竟然是在我十二岁以领奖代表的身份去的，每当想到这个我都感到非常激动、兴奋。

这一切我都要感谢我的老师韩宇涛，和我的校长钟建华．在我上五年级时，钟校长就提出了要在我们学校选出一些学生协助她完成《走进疍家，了解疍家》这个项目的研究，我有幸成为了研究小组的一员。在钟校长和韩老师的带领下，我们开始了为期两个月的深入研究和学习．在研究的过程中，我们根据老师的指导进行研究学习，使我们懂得了很多，也知道了很多。

先说说我们是如何查找的吧！老师首先给了我们一份表格：组员分工表，让我们先讨论并填好表格，然后跟着表格上填的去进行操作。正是因为有了这份分工详细的计划表格，才使我们的查找工作变得轻松起来。我们有的去图书馆、有的上网查找、有的去询问身边的人：家长、邻居、老师、同学等，尽全力查找我们想要的资料后，边把它们进行整理，运用电脑的幻灯片和文挡设计把它们制作成小册子、对比图、调查表等，方便我们研究学习。在我们已经查找到许多关于疍家的资料，对疍家已经有了一定的了解后，就要去进行深入了解——采访。记得我们是在开始研究后的第三个星期，便去对疍家老人进行采访了。为了那次采访，我们想了很多采访时要问的问题，在心里不知打了多少回腹稿，因为毕竟是第一次，生怕把采访搞砸了！

Throughout history man has changed his physical environment in order to

improve his way of life。 With the tools of technology he has altered many

physical features of the earth。 He has transformed woodlands and prairies into

farms and made lakes and reserviors out of rivers for irrigation purposes or

hydroelectric power。 Man has also modified the face of the earth by draining

marshes and cutting through mountains to build roads and railways。

这是一个阳光明媚的早晨。

体育课上，正在进行一场长跑比赛，同学们都斗志高昂，但我却有些晕乎乎的，感觉脑袋总不舒服，但还是坚持跑完了全程。比完之后，也没有拿到好的名次，输的失落加上不知道怎么了的头晕，让我看起来更加落魄。

下课了，我淡淡地望了望有说有笑的同学们，心里却觉得他们嘲笑我;树梢上传来阵阵鸟鸣，似乎在讽刺我，我感到十分地烦躁。

“哎，沈，你没事吧?怎么看起来没精打采的?”一旁的小黄关切地问道。“没事没事，别烦我!”他失望地看了我一眼，便走开了。我独自走着，却觉得双脚发麻，无力。看见楼梯口，不由自主地一屁股地坐了下来，我紧张地想：怎么回事?怎么没力气走路了，站也站不起来。“啊!”突然间，我眼前一黑，“帮帮我!”我着急地叫起来，“我看不见了!”

就在此时，我觉得有人扶了我一下，他紧张道：“沈，你怎么了!”“小黄，”我突然反应道，“不知道为什么，我的眼睛突然看不见了，你帮我，快点!”正说着，他一把把我搀扶着站了起来：“走，我带你去校医室!”“额，我下不了台阶，我看不见!”“没事的，我扶着你，小心点，慢慢来。”在他的帮助下，我们终于下了台阶，但离校医室还有些远。走了一会，我却紧张起来，因为头更晕了，而且我还觉得重心不稳，仿佛天地在晃动，却只能强忍痛苦，在小黄的安慰声中缓步前行。
