One obvious reward of learning English is practical use .I firstly have more opportunities to open up my new horizon in daily life . Spending much more time in learning it enables me to view popular English TV shows or read some English periodicals and classics . That spurs me to know more about something western , like lifestyles or thinking patterns ,by which , my knowledge reserves and horizon naturally are expanded . English study also is an advantageous skill for career development .With the encrease in cost of filling the vacant positions ,many foreign employers are more willing to hire a technical talent mastering English rather than spend more money on hiring a technical talent and an English one . Learning English Clearly gives a great advantage of getting a job.

三分钟过去了，五分钟过去了，十分钟过去了……拉里老师竟然在“不慌不忙”地绕着我们“转圈圈”。这时，肖勒校长“巡检”来了，正“意气风发”地站在我们的教室门口，来看看我们的上课情况，见拉里老师如此“悠闲”。顿时“晴转多云”，俯下身，悄悄地问朱小军，拉里老师在干啥?朱小军一扭头，见我们对他一番“挤眉弄眼”点头会意，附到肖勒校长耳边说道：“拉里老师在散步呢!”“散步?”肖勒校长这么一说，可被拉里老师听见了，他大喝一声：“刚才谁说话?去站!”这下可激怒了肖勒校长，顿时“多云转阴”，怒气冲冲地叫道;“叶拉里!”这时拉里老师可慌了神，而我们却在那笑个不停，“叶拉里!哈哈哈，这名字取得真‘妙’!”余帆，这么一说，又引来了我们一阵“嘻嘻哈哈”的笑声……这时，久不发话的肖勒校长忽然转过头，严肃地对里老师说：“下课到校长室找我!”说完，便一扭头，走了，只留下一个“潇洒”的背影……

“叮铃铃……”“哦耶!下课了!”我们大声欢呼着，只见拉里老师还在那呆呆地站着，班长好心地拍了拍他的肩，叫道;“叶拉里老师，放学啦，有莫有作业?”经班长这么一说，拉里老师才般然醒悟，大喊：“今晚作业，摘抄!”便一步步向校长室“挪”去……我们“忠心”地为他“祷告”：“让暴风雨来得更猛里些吧!”

一、学习目标

巩固掌握初中阶段各个学科的基础知识、基础技能，通过自身的努力，学习成绩在月考、期中和期末考试争取进入全年级20-40名前，填补我们班在年级段排位的“空挡”。争取进入淳中提前批入取，中考进入淳中。

二、 平时具体方法和计划

1、合理安排每一天的学习时间。在紧张的学习过程中，其实每天可供自己利用的时间并不多，最灵活的时间就是当天作业完成后至睡觉前的近两多小时时间。能否利用好这段时间，是初三阶段学习成绩提高的的关键点。晚上复习科目不要过多，应重点复习一门，抓住重点，集中精力，力争达到最佳学习效果。每天晚上复习更应该有计划，周一定为数学日，周二定为英语日，周三定为科学日，周四定为语文日，周五完成学校周末作业。看似简单，但必须持之以恒的坚持下去，杜绝出现“三天打鱼两天晒网”的现象。

2、新课学习和复习同步进行，要做到两不误。新课学习包括预习、课堂听讲、课后复习三大要素，预习可以在晚上完成当天学校作业后抽时间预习，数学预习后，把尽量做一下课后练习，遇到一知半解等不懂的地方，第二天带到课堂里，再仔细琢磨，直到彻底弄懂为止。

3、把初三的复习阶段性计划目标分为三大阶段。

第一阶段，是初三开学至月考。这个阶段主要是课堂学习为主，这一阶段主要是基础复习阶段。每一门课要逐册逐章节地进行复习，主要跟着老师步伐一致，进行各科的细致复习。只有这时候循序渐进月考后进行月考总结，对自己前一阶段学习进行查缺补漏、巩固基础，争取在期中考试取得好成绩。

第二阶段从月考至期中考试，这个阶段是复习要有针对性，要踏踏实实，把平时订正的错题内容进行系统复习，把每次测验试卷重新做一遍，重点留意错题。做好每次考试的认真反思，把自己的薄弱知识补上去。

第三阶段从期中结束至期末前，这是中考前最后的阶段性复习时间，也是关键的复习阶段。这个时期杜搞绝题海战术，更不应做难题和偏题，应该做少而精的经典题型。

i shall mention that speaking is the first skill we must learn by heart. the more we speak, the better we understand. and it’s good for you to try to speak well. as a language, english is really useful. so, we should practice it more, not only study for the examinations.

the next question is listening. if you can’t listen well, you won’t be able to understand what others say. perhaps you should do some more listening exercises when you are free, or talk with your teachers and friends in english more. reading after the tapes is also a good idea. in this way, you could try to imitate their pronunciation and improve your listening.

do you often read articles in english? i enjoy it very much. there are many great english storybooks and magazines in the stores. i have been reading the 21st century teens for a long time, and i think this copy of english newspaper is pretty good. if you are interested in them, read by yourself and you will find lots of fun from reading. and one day, you may fall in love with it.

some students may have a serious problem writing compositions. they worry about it but don’t know what to do, for their compositions are short and rambling, and they often make mistakes in grammar. of course, it’s a long process to improve your writing, but it’s not so difficult. for example, i have been keeping diaries in english since eight months ago. on the one hand, you could write more and get more experience in this way; on the other hand, you could express your feelings. isn’t it a good idea to kill two birds with one stone?

讲座一开始，涂妈妈就问我们学习英语的动机和目标是什么？一位小记者站起来回答说：“我学习英语是为了以后出国能更好地与外国人交流”。“这是个非常好的目标”，涂妈妈接着说，“那么我们怎样才能学好英语呢？适合自己的学习方法很重要！”涂妈妈介绍了自己女儿的英语学习方法，她给女儿精心挑选了一本英文版《夏洛的网》，让女儿像学习语文一样学习英语，先泛读，再精读，每天读一段，通过每天的坚持，一段时间后她女儿终于读完了整本书，英语成绩也在不知不觉中提高了。接下来，涂妈妈又让女儿通过朗读短文、朗读原版书和学唱英文歌等多种形式来学习英语。涂妈妈说我们的母语学习是从听和看、读和唱、说和写逐步积累起来的，英语学习也是一样，只要坚持不懈就一定能学好！

最后，涂妈妈让我们自己制定一个英语学习计划。我的计划是：我想让妈妈给我买一套涂妈妈推荐的蒲公英英语绘本，从自然拼读学起，通过阅读绘本、观看英语动画片和电影来逐步提高英语水平，同时我也要坚持每天阅读，争取这学期能看完看懂英文版《小王子》。

人的一生中，会遇到很多人，而让我记忆最深刻的是我的语文老师：何老师。

因为在考实验班的那段日子，我犯过许多错，而让我一直记忆犹新的是那一句：好的，我相信你。我一直都觉得，被人肯定，被人鼓励，会是我最大的自信的源泉。

事情发生在一个上午，当语文老师让我们拿出前一天写的作文时，我总是遮遮掩掩的，理由是：作文我只写了一半。后来，当何老师来检查时，当看到我的作文时的眼神，就像一把利剑，直刺我的心中。当何老师问我原因时，我只能惭愧的.低着头，心里默默地对何老师说：“对不起，何老师，我让你失望。我不应该这么放任自己偷懒。”

后来，何老师给我的那一句话是：好的，我相信你!

虽然只是简简单单的一句话，可却让我找回了那个最原始，不爱偷懒，总是认真完成作业的自己;简简单单的一句肯定，却让我改变了许多习惯。有时想改变一个人或许很难，可有的时候改变却只在于那一句“我相信你”。

我很感谢这位老师，因为她的那一句肯定，一句对我的鼓励，使我再也不会偷懒!
