师是国之宝，德是师之魂。要想有一支作风优良、纪律严明、爱岗敬业的教师队伍，首先必须加强师德师风建设。所以，上任伊始，我根据县教育局关于加强师德师风建设的工作安排，结合学校实际，制订相应的切实可行的计划和措施，宣传好、开展好、落实好师德师风建设。经过学查、促等活动，一个“铸师魂、树师德、修师身”的氛围逐步构成。过去，学校里有一种不良的舆论氛围与思想动态，有些教师因为工作出色得到领导的表扬，其他部分教师要讥讽或者挖苦他，被表扬的教师对我直言“以后不

要在大会上表扬我”，似乎有“木秀于林，风必摧之”的趋势。我看到这个症结，立刻敏感的意识到这是最不利于教师成长的环境，有些教师不思进取，他还不愿意别人进取，甚至是别有用心，我就从引导正确的舆论氛围入手，批评这种错误倾向，煞住这种不正之风。与一些教师交流谈心，反复做他们的思想工作，渐渐地，健康向上的舆论导向重新在教师队伍中树立起来。几个过去思想落后的教师经过学习，如今一改过去那种散漫作风，工作认真扎实;中青年教师更是一头扑在教学上，勤勉务实。学校多次开展师德师风活动，如演讲、出墙报、写论文等。不久前，我校以中心学校组织的青年教师竞争“教坛新星”演讲比赛为切入点，让教师深刻反思自我的教学理念、教育主张与贯彻情景，教师们言辞恳切、一吐心声。有的当场作出宣誓;有的与学生以心坦诚相换;有的慷慨陈词……

加强师德师风的建设，就要落实到爱的教育行动上去。强调师爱的深层次是理解、尊重、信任和包容学生。在以人为本，以爱育人的教育思想指导下，我们全体的教师们都能把育人放在工作的首要位置上。对学生尊重、平等、民主、关心。各班主任及科任教师能以身作则，做好学生的表率。教师的服务意识;职责、为人师表意识;廉洁从教意识;教学质量意识;团结、协调、凝聚的意识大大增强。教师们基本上构成健康的工作心态。在开展工作中能积极主动。能够这样说，如今黄沙中学的教师是一支思想纯洁、作风严谨、爱岗敬业、精诚团结、乐于奉献的教师队伍。

以开展师德师风建设为先导，构成一个靠得住的抓手，扎实推动学校规范化建设。

二、加强学校管理，全面提高教育质量。

为了全面提高教学质量，我很重视校本培训、校本教研，教师整体素质的提高，重视教师的个人发展。在教导处、教研组的精心组织下，我校的教研工作开展得有声有色，教师的教学教研本事不断提高。我们结合本校的实际，在校内组织中青年教师“赛课”，开展帮带工程，培养骨干教师;鼓励教师参加各级各种竞赛活动。

一所学校要有生命力，除了升学率，素质教育的开展实施显得尤为重要。素质教育是一个与时俱进、具有开拓性的教育工程。上重点高中或其他学校的学生毕竟是少数，大部分学生要步入社会，这些人的命运应当引起我们的关注，办学理念到了应当更新的时候了。那种单靠造就“考试机器”、“答题大王”的尖子生来打造学习品牌，提高学校的知名度的做法是片面的，眼里只盯着尖子生，忽视学习困难生是教育失败的表现。我们应当转化差生，使学生理解均等教育，同顶蓝天，共享阳光。

我校开展丰富多彩的课外活动，充分调动学生的学习进取性。一年来，我们克服教师不配套的困难开齐了所有小科，基本保证了各科课时。在此基础上学校开展了一系列的活动，“美术活动小组”、“音乐兴趣小组”、“体育兴趣小组”等兴趣小组和“文学社”开展的活动为学校培养了一大批有特长的学生。各班还根

据自身实际情景开展了各种社会调查活动和社会实践活动，学校还举办了学生读书笔记展，举办了广播体操、趣味等多种形式的运动会球类比赛等，丰富了学生学校生活，把学生剩余的精力引导到有意义的事情上来，培养了学生良好的情趣。经常利用校会、国旗下的讲话和班队课加强学生的个人修养、前途梦想、人生价值观、心理健康等教育。同时，结合当前时事形势的发展和新人新事的典型事例让师生与时俱进，适应社会发展的需要。

三、创立安全和谐礼貌的学校

我们结合本校实际，对学校内外安全进行排查隐患，加强对学校周边的整治力度。把安全的职责意识分解落实到各班主任和任科教师的工作中，让每一位教师树立安全的职责意识。学校定期出墙报、班级黑板报加大宣传力度。对交通、食品卫生、用电、防火等教育指导，教育学生进行自救、自护的基本常识。组织学生收看专题教育片，开展遇到安全突发事件的紧急疏散的演练等。进一步加强安全的教育工作。

加强师生的法纪教育。学校始终把依法治校、依法治教贯施在平时的工作中。能坚持在学期初、学年结束都开展法纪教育，用浅显的案例，深刻地教育师生，平时我们还利用校会、班队课、国旗下的讲话等。加强这方面的教育。从而使我们能掌握了学法、知法、守法等。提高了我们对人生价值的认识。

狠抓学生的养成教育。首先从学校卫生工作抓起，以开展礼貌班级、卫生清洁标兵评比等一系列活动，把学校塑造成一个教

书育人的好场所，探知求学的芳草地;之后扎实地推动师生各方面规范化的养成，大的方面没有一个直观的比较，我就从学生整队站队、做操、狠抓养成。

同时，又在我校推行“磨难教育”、“成功教育”、“赏识教育”……比如：我们学校的走廊上悬挂了好多“名言”，这些名言就出自各班一些品学兼优的学生之口。让学生们意识到榜样就在身边，名言被采纳的同学也有一种“受赏识”的成功滋味。学校的花坛里，一句句唯美的警句让学生的品味也会得到提升。这样的例子太多，举不胜举。整个学校洋溢着浓浓的文化气息。这样，学校基本上构成了一个诚信、礼貌和谐、安全的学校。

作为一门即将开始学习的新课。化学需要记背的知识较多。初三生利用暑假提前预习一些简单的知识点，既可以在新学期对化学课不太陌生。也可以为以后的紧张学习、复习打好基础。

初三生在预习时要订好计划，可以分章节学习。比如熟悉化学元素周期表、了解化学仪器的使用要求或将同族元素分成板块。简单地了解元素性质、方程式等基础知识。先要将课本上的内容初步理解。提前背一些需要记忆的内容。化学知识比较零散、抽象，但也有章法可循。初中化学知识并不难掌握。通过化学基本概念和理论的预习，初三生要找准哪些知识点对今后的学习有帮助。并加强记忆理解;选择一些有解题思路的指导书。根据自己的学习情况适当做一些习题。同时多理解题中公式的运用;通过做一些习题和练习可以发现学习中的问题，用笔记本把问题集中起来。这样可以使开学后的学习更有针对性。只要在暑假做好预习。开学后认真听讲，根据老师的要求勤观书、勤动手，每个初三生都可以学好化学。

幼儿园阶段的孩子处于成长的懵懂期，调皮、好动、想象力丰富，但理解能力有限，缺乏生活经验。作为一名幼儿园老师，我们照顾他们的时候，不仅需要丰富的经验，要积极尝试了解孩子的心理，更重要的是对孩子要有无限的爱，从而走进他们的世界，跟孩子们打成一片，让孩子们喜欢自己，乐意跟自己一起积极参与各项活动。同时还要随时注意自己的言行举止，给孩子们树立好的榜样，否则，还真容易被孩子的不听话气坏呢。

每年新生入学的时候我都利用家长会或者家长接送孩子的时间段，积极跟家长们交流沟通，向家长介绍老师的工作，让家长们了解到老师在幼儿园是如何照顾和教育孩子的，同时告诉他们孩子在幼儿园学到的习惯和知识需要延伸到家庭，这就非常需要家长的支持与配合。幼儿园是保教机构，既要保育又要教育，保育包括孩子的吃喝拉撒睡，教育是指让孩子在幼儿园健康地成长发展。幼儿园教师还有解决家长后顾之忧、支持家长工作的任务，所以对幼教来说师德更为重要。一个合格的幼儿园老师必须有超强的爱心和耐心，幼儿园阶段处于一个奠基的阶段，从大的方面说要对孩子终身可持续发展负责，从细的方面讲就是对孩子人身安全、当天的心情负责。

如果没有爱心，幼教工作可能根本不能干下去。孩子非常需要老师关爱，一个温暖的拥抱，一个充满爱心的眼神儿，都会让孩子们获得一种安全感。让孩子喜欢自己的方式有很多，只要老师的爱心在，孩子们是完全可以感受到，从而特别喜欢老师，小班的孩子可能鼻涕、眼泪就都蹭到老师的衣服上，这是很正常且经常发生的事。因为他们就是孩子，这就需要老师给予他们更多的呵护。

幼教工作是非常辛苦的，一天8个小时都得目不转睛地跟着孩子，孩子在哪里，老师就必须在哪里，随时要做到眼观六路耳听八方，不然孩子的安全就难以保证，小孩子很多事情需要老师帮助才能完成，午餐前后的洗手，漱口，下班后给孩子做教具、备课、布置环境，周末也要绷紧思想，策划组织亲子活动等，我们老师都知道，只有自己准备充分，孩子在园才会更开心，更安全。

孩子有一个共同的特性，是一个精神存在物，他一出生就蕴含着强大的精神能量，并按照自己的成长规律长大，我们的教育就必须遵循孩子的年龄特点与个性特点。比如：小班宝宝的思维是形象具体的，他们的思维必须依据形象生动的参照物，并且要与他们的生活经验相关，小白兔，红萝卜是他们易于理解的，而抽象数字1、2、3的实际意义，对于他们来说理解起来就很困难。所以，在教学中我们就会使用孩子易懂易于模仿的语言，使用简单不会让孩子混淆的概念，运用生动形象的教具激起孩子学习的兴趣等等。

幼儿园教师就像百宝箱，什么知识都要通晓一二，要有较强的综合艺术素质，包括对色彩的理解能力、对音乐的感觉能力，包括穿着，怎么样穿着得体，让小朋友喜欢又符合教师的身份，这些都是幼儿教师应具备的基本素质。还有语言表达能力也很重要，要有较强的沟通能力，幼儿教师是家长和孩子之间的桥梁，对小朋友说话要简练，听得懂同时注意层次性。对家长的建议要有指导意义，对孩子的评价措辞要准确、委婉。

作为幼儿教师，我认为理解、爱和尊重是与孩子沟通必不可少的方面，因为人的成长过程实际上是一个心理成长过程，而不是一个智力成长过程，智力成长是附着在心理成长之上的。再有，爱和尊重是贯穿教育始终的，肯定与支持孩子按照精神胚胎的内在规律自然发展，对他们的自然发展表示尊重，为他们的发展提供适宜的精神与物质环境，我们的总园长张靳丽女士就提出过这样的教育思想“蹲下来讲话”“抱起来交流”“牵着手教育”。这一切都体现了我们对孩子的尊重与理解，同时让孩子在自然发展中体验到了无尽的爱和自由，这对于孩子建立良好的人格，铺垫辉煌的人生打下了坚实的基础!

幼儿的学习活动与日常的游戏、生活是密不可分的。幼儿在游戏和生活中经常会遇到一些难题和挑战，为了解决和克服难题，幼儿需要调动和运用自己已有的经验，在这一过程中，幼儿可以学会独立思考，积累新的生活经验。因此，我在平日的工作中总是将教育生活化，让孩子不知不觉就会了，让环境问题化，让孩子玩着玩着就学到了。这种说法看似简单，其实对老师的观察、分析、提炼、创设能力则有着较高的要求。作为一名幼儿园老师，我们就要在幼儿园的环境中支持幼儿解决问题，进而引导幼儿将经验迁移到社会生活中去。

人人都会遇到困难，当遇到困难时，有人说：“我胆小，不敢面对困难，只会逃跑。”也有人说：“我不怕，敢于面对困难，勇往直前。”我也遇到过困难，我是这样做的：

我经历了许多事，多的我都想不起来，我到现在还记得我小时候2年级数学考试100分，英语考试100分，唯独只有语文考试没有得到100分最多才有93—94分，一天就写了4份，再上床睡觉，还有那时考试很少两三个星期才考一次，所以老盼考试，天天放学问老师明天考还考;第二天老师让我们写作文，我当时就愣了，因为我好不容易的一个星期的努力全白费了，最后，作文我只得了20分，满分30分，我之后再也没有复习过，但语文考的确比另外两科都高，但那都是另外的一件事，我当时总结出来了一个结论，平时好好上课听讲，下课好好写作业，只要这些做到了考试考好，并不难。

这是我回忆起来的另一件事了那时候在幼儿园上大班学钢琴，一开始特别容易，我特高兴当时天天练，但当我刚练半年时我就不想我就不想弹了，因为之后越来越难，而且我已经过了对这个事物新鲜劲了，我又去练长号当时五年级好不容易拼上了首席，我又不想吹了，最后在我爸妈的劝说下坚持了下来，我又总结出来了一个坚持不懈的结论。

我从回忆一下往事就可以总结出许多我现在的缺点或对我有用的知识，这不，我又想起来一件事情，那时发生有我大约三四年级的时候，但我，大概记不起来了，因为过了太久都快忘了。

那个时候我出去到一家咖啡馆去听三人的铜管音乐会，当时我还没吃晚饭，我记得我去点了一些马卡龙坐那里边吃边听，我旁边有一个孩子在玩游戏一点也不安静还有停发出杀杀的声音。后来被他的妈妈骂了一顿把手机给没收了因为那样影响别人去听音乐会，同时又是对台上人的不尊重，从这里我又总结出来了一点很有用的结论。

从这里所有总结出来的东西都很有用在学习中或者是生活中都对我的用处很多。

最后我想往事或许就是回忆一些我做过干过的事吧，可能往事这个词并不单指这一个含义，或许还有别的意义吧，至少回忆一次对我的帮助很大，同时也让我回想以前做过的一些笨事，对自己所做所为感到搞笑或愚笨。

除了这些事我还有一些事没有想起来，所以我肯定也没法写在这里了。不过我还在努力去回忆，俗话说不能半途而废，我也不能去想到一半就去干别的因为这样就不会想到一些小时候的事。

晚上，自己定吧，想学习就做作业，想看电视就看吧，反正我是看电视的

注意到没有，作业之间都隔了20分钟哦，一定要用来看远方，或做眼保健操，保护视力

初三我并没有感觉很累，主要是自己没有给自己太大的压力，所以打起精神，好好加油吧!

不要在盲目做题，而是有计划的看一些针对性的，比如说某些参考书本上的典型的例题，了解好每个解题的方法。语文，英语的话，靠积累，现在忙不来，但是英语你可以记住一些语法。化学，数学，物理了解好每个解题的方法就好。

理科要多做题，数学首先必须了解自己是哪部份知识不熟悉，专门围绕那部份进行补习，其次多做题自己先想，实在不行再找人帮助，现在也可多做真题。比较每个类型的真题的变化，这样可以节约学习时间。

坚持一个月自己做，不抄作业，保证会见成效。

人人都盼望能有精彩的人生。那么，什么是精彩?有人说，精彩就是超越，就是出类拔萃，就是技压群雄。然而我认为，精彩首先是个性的充分展示，而不是对他人之精彩的重复和抄袭。

长期以来，我们有太多的禁忌，也有太多的规范。我们有“克己复礼”“杀身成仁”的古训，有“鞠躬尽瘁，死而后已”的典范，有“非礼勿视，非礼勿听，非礼勿言，非礼勿动”的戒律;我们有“四书五经”，有八股文，我们有清一色的蓝布中山装，我们有全国上下一句话的过去……我们的模式太多太多。

先人创造了许多条条框框，在条条框框中生活。那些条条框框，固然是引导民族走向的岸，但也是压迫生命的山，是人们付出了鲜血和生命的山。焦仲卿自挂东南枝，陆游也只能“一怀愁绪，几年离索，错，错，错”，就连以普度众生为业的老法海也做出了棒打鸳鸯的事来。千人一面，千部一腔，千篇一律，我们的生命是何等的苍白啊!

春风吹过，神州大地上，生命开始展露出自己的本色。有人把迷你裙穿到街上，有人奏起了摇滚乐，有人堂堂正正地以模特为职业，有人公开树起了单身主义的旗帜，有人开始宅居，于是有了“宅男”“宅女”……人们开始按自己的想法生活，再也不用看别人的脸色。活出自己，活出个性，成了许多人的追求。一个个不一样的精彩组成了一个五彩缤纷的世界。

马克思批评普鲁士政府：“你们并不要求玫瑰花和紫罗兰散发出同样的芳香，但你们为什么却要求世界上最丰富的东西——精神只能有一种存在形式呢?”个性是生命的标志，没有个性，你会是别人眼中的白开水;没有个性，你也难以摘取皇冠上的明珠;没有个性，你只能活在别人的影子里，然后慢慢死去。弘扬你的个性，也许你会发现，你其实极有魅力;张扬你的个性，也许你会看到，你正是辉煌的成功者。
