自从我们学校开展“雷锋在我身边”活动以来，班级中涌现了许许多多好人好事。王晓娜每天放学时，总是把老师的讲桌擦得干干净净，书本整理得整整齐齐，葛高懿和赵亚洲同学每天把同学们的课桌摆得整整齐奇，孙文静同学看到徐继宇在学习上有困难，主动利用下课时间帮他辅导作业，杨紫涵同学一看到教室地面脏了，马上找来扫帚把地扫干净，朱子怡同学不论老师布置什么任务，她都认真地完成。叶维祥同学捡到100元钱主动交给老师。像这样的事例还有很多很多。

同学们，在我们学习、生活中，我们都希望别人在点点滴滴的小事中关爱自己，帮助自己，那种被关爱的感觉是幸福的，甜蜜的，快乐的!相反，别人也需要我们的关爱和帮助。我们向雷锋叔叔学习，就要从做好每一件小事开始，从身边最平凡的小事做起：捡起地上的一片纸屑，你就是一个爱清洁的环保小卫士;帮助身边有困难的同学，你就是一个有爱心的好朋友;公交车车上为老人、儿童让个座，你就是一个尊老爱幼的好孩子。这一切都是学雷锋的具体表现。做了这一切，不仅使别人得到了快乐，自己同样也是快乐的。

When I was a little girl, I was very happy. I could watch TV. Every day, I watched cartoons. They were very interesting. I could play many games with my friends. We often flew kites and climbed the hills. I also could cry loudly and laugh happily. Life was free and easy. I didn’t worry about my lessons and there was nothing unpleasant.

But they have all gone. Now I’m in Grade Three. I have lots of trouble. I have a lot of homework to do. I have no time to play or watch TV! I have to spend a lot of time on subjects. I must try my best to study well. I really feel very tired. I want to sleep all day, but I know that no pains, no gains.

一、加强自身道德素养

作为一名优秀教师的首要条件是自身的师德素养，因此我校全体教师在贾玉明校长的组织下认真系统的学习了、、等法律法规，我校形成了团结勤奋、爱岗敬业的良好校风，我自己也在今后的教育教学中从思想到行为上严格烙守“德高为师，身正为范”的理念。,

二、热爱教育事业

教师的职业是神圣的，也是辛苦的。既然我们选择了这一职业，就要对自己的选择无怨无悔。我们不仅要严谨治学、积极进取、开拓创新，同时对学生要有“三心”，即爱心、耐心、细心。孩子的内心是天真无邪的，同时也是敏感脆弱的，我们在平时的教育教学中切忌语言过激，易怒易爆，尤其是在对待班上那些后进生，有时可能我们不经意的一句批评或是一个蔑视的眼神都有可能影响孩子今后的发展。因此我们一定要耐心，要细心。同时在生活上老师应多与学生沟通，多了解他们，多关心他们。近几年，农村留守儿童人数不断上涨，我们的关心更是必要的。我们应时时刻刻准备着做“一眼灌溉学生的泉水”……

三、不断加强专业知识的学习

要给学生一杯水，教师自己首先要有一桶水。在信息网络横飞的现代，学生能够通过各种途径获取知识。因此，作为教师要孜孜不倦的学习，要勤于提高自己的专业知识水平，以便获取更多更广泛的知识，才能使这桶水变活，源源不断的供给学生，才能在学生心中竖起高大的形象，成为学生努力超越的典范，同时也能使教师的课堂教学更加游刃有余，丰富多彩。

转眼间已走过了四年的教育生涯，在这四年当中我们进行了校本培训、专业知识学习以及教师职业道德等教育法规的学习，我觉得自己在教育这一行业始终处在不断学习、不断的进步当中，非常感谢县领导能够给予我们这样的机会，同时我也希望在以后的教育生涯里继续学习各方面知识，不断提高自己，慢慢朝着优秀教师迈进。
