The moment I stepped in high school, I have made up my mind to study hard

for the purpose to enter a good university. In the first year, I made a lot of

new friends. All of them were so excellent that I wanted to learn from them. As

the second year has come, I felt great pressure. My scores went up and down and

I felt so worried. I told myself that I should find a way to relieve pressure.

Listening to music was a good way. I would sing with the music and shake my

我拿起一个张画，上面有两个女孩，在草坪上放风筝，你看她们笑的多开心那!这是我的朋友送给我的，她说：“看到了这张画，就好像看到了我，千万不要忘了我啊!”那时的我们紧紧拥抱在一起，大声放哭。此时，我眼前又浮现了朋友们一张张可爱的笑脸，此时的我再一次落泪。不知道她们过得好不好?有没有想我?

I likeChristmas, it is just like our spring festival.

My teacher gave me an assignment experience life last week. I had been thinking how to finish it because I had never done any thing by myself before.

Mother was out today. It was a good chance to complete the assignment. Seeing the barrel was empty, I decided to fetch water from the well.

I took the empty barrel and went towards the well outside the yard. It snowed yesterday, so the alley was very slippery. A layer of thickice was frozen on the platform of the well. I was frightened by the sight, but I gathered my courage to walk towards it.

The alley was so slippery that I walked with difficultly. Suddenly, I slipped and fell down, water in the barrel totally poured down on the ground. I stepped on the platform carefully. After standing steadily and squatting down slowly, I hooked the barrel at the end of the rope and put the rope down slowly. I made an effort to drag the barrel up after it was filled with water. I was very careful because it was easy to slip and fall. Then, I carried the barrel of water and returned to my house. My figners were frozen stiff. I realized my effort was in vain. I hated myself.

I failed to finish the assignment but I did experience life through a trifle which seemed easy but difficult to do well. Such was my first experience of life.

More important , Learning English is joyful because the inner satisfaction it gives .I felt excited and fulfilled when I figured out the beauty of a word or true intention of the author .Two weeks ago ,I was asked to finish an English writing about an emotion .I did not do well in the first two times , although I employed all my energies in it .When my teacher reminded me to pay attention to one word “emotion ”, I leaped to a conclusion that I just narrated an event rather than described an emotion . I finally did an excellent revised manuscript. That improvement in English study made me attain a sense of satisfaction although it was a small step in learning it.

Some people may think English study wastes much time and energy and is barely useful .In fact , I am pleased with English study in that it is useful in daily life now and my future career , and most of all , it gives me a inner satisfaction .

时光如同朵朵浪花，一次次拍打在沙滩上，留下一道道浅痕，刚刚的痕迹又急匆匆地被下一次浪潮冲刷，周而复始。数千次后，海岸上的小石子褪去了棱角分明的外表，变得圆润光滑。

Bike sharing is very popular recently. Ofo software or other sharing

software can be found in almost all mobile phones of "mobile phone family".

know that they wont do this with their cars. My heart is like bleeding. Why,

they want to "bully" bike sharing.

Once I went out to play. The weather was very good and I was in a good

or "exclusive"?

There have been news reports that a boy under 12 years old riding a shared

bicycle was run over by a car and killed. At that time, the boys mother shared

the companys money to compensate for her sons death. Its clearly her sons fault.

He didnt ride a bike before he was 12 years old. I didnt say he deserved it. But

the fact is better than eloquence. The death of her son is not the

responsibility of the sharing company, but his own fault!

I once saw a young man riding ofo without scanning the code. A middle-aged

man pushed ofo into his home. Have you ever seen someone use Mobi without

decoding as fitness equipment? The sound of chain jingling is like a demon with

a chain in his hand crawling out of hell. Thats selfish!

Someone took an image that put the broken ofo and Moby together to fill a

small parking lot. After riding shared bicycles, people park them on the side of

Have you ever thought that sharing resources is closely related to each of

us, but all the harm they bring is due to selfishness. Bike sharing is just one

example. Ive seen shared bookstores where people leave books on their desks

oneself." As long as we are convenient for others, we will also benefit

ourselves.

由小到大，我经历过如星辰一样多的事儿。有高兴的，有难以忘怀的，有难过的，也是有内心不是滋味的......多得数也数不尽。

在二零__年十一月十九日凌晨两点五十九分，我终于看到了外面的世界。听妈妈说，那时候我仅有五斤二两，护士姐姐将我拉出去的情况下，我都沒有又哭又闹，直至他们拍我臀部时.我哭的。并且我喝母亲的乳汁的時间比一般的小孩的时间较短，我只是喝过八个月。直到如今母亲都很怪异，为何他人的小孩喝乳汁时一直那麼达到，那麼开心，可是我一直对奶水那麼的抵触。 __ Fifty -nine points, I finally saw the outside world.Listening to my mother said that at that time I had only five pounds and two or two. 大概在二零零六年，我的第一颗牙刚光荣“撤出岗位”。在拔牙齿的那一天，我的心里一直在扑通扑通的跳个不断，如同海洋中的波浪纹，一会儿高，一会儿落，变幻无常。去到牙科医院，我心更为焦虑不安了，两腿不断地发抖，起了一身的鸡皮疙瘩。再再加上牙科医院里冷气开放，也有满屋子的消毒水味，令我不仅仅是焦虑不安了，更加上了一层担心，终究那是我第一次把牙啊!猛然，我感觉到自身赶到了十八层地狱，身旁站着极其威武的阎罗王，一直盯住我不会动，要我不寒而栗。拔牙齿的医师来啦，他一手拿着钳子，一手拿着棉絮和棉签。医师先在牙內部帮我涂了一层刺鼻的药液，随后在我没反应回来时快速拔出了我的牙，随后往我嘴里塞到了棉絮。就是这样，我的牙没什么痛楚的“离休”了。原先拔牙齿是这般的简易，自身仅用坐着桌椅上，细心的等候牙科医生濑把自己的牙就可以了。

这就是我人生道路中最难忘的事，每当我想起这件事情时，从会感觉那时候的我是那麼天真无邪。

计算机科学系成立于1999年，当时的师资仅有28人，随着学校的跨越式发展，在校生规模不断扩大，我系的教师队伍达71人，承担全校学生的计算机基础课、我系两个专业的专业课程和各类二级学院的课程，教师的教学任务相当繁重，然而新教师的师资培训、老教师的进修提高都没有完全到位，另外学校跨越式发展目标也对教师提出了更高的要求，师德师风经验交流会心得体会。所以，目前学校进一步加强师德师风建设，提出“立师德、正师风、强师能”目标，以提升师资水平，促进教学水平和教学质量再上新台阶，是每个教师必须认真对待并要用实践作出回答的问题。十几年的教学生涯，我深有体会：做个好教师并非易事。

一、爱岗敬业，忠诚于党

好教师首先必须有敬业精神，要毕生忠诚党的教育事业。一个高速发展的信息社会，信息技术的核心技术是计算机技术和网络通信技术。作为计算机专业的教师要想“传道、授业、解惑”，必需不断学习计算机新技术，改革教学资料，经过自身的教学实践，给学生传授新知识，丰富学生的知识储备，培养学生运用知识解决实际问题的本事。与此同时，教师要有崇高的梦想，完善的道德情操，坚定的信念，顽强的意志品质，来浅够默化的影响和熏陶学生。

二、相互学习、相互尊重

由于受传统教育思想的影响颇深，师道尊严使学生在教师面前往往会失去自我，异常是在中小学阶段，平等观念几乎完全为师道尊严所替代。在教育这一培养人的社会实践活动中，教师和学生不是简单的主体与客体的关系，而是教育主体与受教育主体间的双向交流的关系。向学生灌输平等意识，使他们的主体意识觉醒，并在学习和其他社会实践活动中不断发展其主体性，这是大学教师义不容辞的职责。教师在内心深处确立了学生的主体地位，学生的主体意识又逐步觉醒和发展，这样才能进行主体与主体间的有效交流和沟通，到达教育实践活动的良好效果。

三、倡导民主，做出表率民主是现代礼貌社会的重要特征。

可是，在传播知识、播种礼貌的学校里，却有部分教师缺乏民主意识，有些中小学教师甚至成了“专制”的代名词，可见教师倡导民主并身体力行的必要性。大学教师虽不像中小学教师那么专制，但师道尊严的流毒依然至深，认为学生尊重教师是天经地义，却忽视了教师也应当尊重学生。在教学过程和教育管理中，对学生过多地指责和否定，指责学生学习不努力、生活散漫、胸无大志等等。即使这种指责是善意的、有根据的，学生在内心深处也是难以理解的。因为学生的需求和个性被忽视了，他们的主体地位得不到体现，并且有的批评和指责带有主观武断的色彩，缺乏在相互新生的基础上讨论问题的民主氛围，本质上不是主体与主体间的交流。显然，民主作风是确立和发展学生主题性的基础，是师德师风建设中不可或缺的重要资料。

四、因材施教，关心学生

学生的确存在“好”与“差”的差异，教师应因材施教，对“好学生”关爱备至，而对“差学生”更应加备的关爱与呵护。要倾注全部的爱去发现他们学习上每一点滴的提高，去寻找他们生活、品德上每一个闪光点，加以充分的肯定和激励，让他们感到温暖，增强自信，从而缩小师生间心灵上的距离，使他们产生“向师性”。这样，他就会把教师当成知心朋友，愿意向你畅开心扉，愿意理解你如何学习和如何做人的指导。教师，是学生学习和效仿的榜样和楷模，身教重于言教，孔子曰：“其身正，不令则行;其身不正，虽令不从。”所以幽默风趣的谈吐，得体大方的着装，亲切热忱的态度，扎实渊博的知识，犹如和煦的阳光照射到学生的心灵上，使他们感到温暖、舒畅、简便。融洽的师生关系可提高学生的学习效率，从而产生对教师的信任感，尊敬感，即“亲其师，信其道”。

师德不仅仅是教师个人问题，也是教师群体问题，即风气问题。个人师德不好，虽然有时会在小范围里造成“一个臭鸡蛋毁了一锅汤”的坏影响，但毕竟还只是小范围的事。教师群体如果风气不好，异常是与社会上的不良风气沆瀣一气，其危害性就大了。这时的师德问题就演变为整个教育行业的道德问题，这时的不良师风就演变为教育行业的不正之风了。这些年来，社会上的不良风气对教育行业也造成了很大的污染。

大到学校乱收费、“吃”学生、拿学生，小到教师个人贪占学生，一度成了一种极坏的社会风气。可见师德师风问题是与行风紧密相关的，而行风又与世风相伴相随。一般说，世风日下，必然行风日下，行风不正，必然师风不正。所以整顿师风必先整顿行风，整顿行风必先整顿世风。而特殊说，由于教育行业对后代的影响超过其他行业，所以，有时师风正，也可带动行风，行风正，又可影响世风。所以，任何时候，提倡教师的师德师风都是必要的。

学校是培养人才的基地，教师是培养人才的关键。作为新时期的人民教师任重而道远，应自强不息，不断充实和完善自我，不断探索新的教学方法，丰富教学经验，取众人所长，补己之不足，精益求精，为培养和造就跨世纪接班人而努力奋斗。

就在一两年前，我们总是能够听说高考分数制要进行改革，语文的分数有可能会增加至180分，而英语则会采用多次考试取最高分这样的制度。因而总会有很多人在说，我们就应该这样做，就应该鼓励学生去学语文，甚至还产生了这样的言论“连老祖宗留下的语言都学不好了，那还有功夫去学什么洋文！”

因此也就产生了这样的疑惑，我们大力提倡语文学习的重要性，难道就是在抹杀英语的重要吗？答案当然不是。我们的确很有必要鼓励学习语文，去了解更多的中国文化，用心去感悟文字的魅力，也有助于我们写出更好的文章。

但是我们也绝不能够忽视英语在我们日常生活的重要性。众所周知，英语是使用范围最为广泛的一种世界性语言，掌握好英语同样也利于我们去学习别国的优秀文化，如果将来有机遇出国深造的话，英语将会是我们语言交流的一项最基本的工具。即便不出国，四六级证书也是我们在国内寻找工作的一项必不可少的条件。

不管我们如何提高对语文的重视程度，都请不要忘记另外一门重要的语言——英语，学习语文，并不意味着要抵制英语。
