确实我真的很紧张，不仅如她说的那样，我还咬紧牙关，来减轻我的紧张，而且我的腿还有点抖呢，只要把手按在腿上都能感觉到腿在抖。

老师来了，手里果真拿着试卷，而我的目光都聚集在那堆试卷里了。我心想：“都不知道我到底合不合格，好紧张啊~要是合格那就是绝对的好了，那样老师就不会对我那么严厉，爸爸妈妈也不会训我了。但要是不及格……”

卷子已发在我的面前，它安静地反躺在桌面上。我只能双手合拢，放在胸口上，心里祈祷：“各路神仙姐姐、哥哥、爷爷、阿姨保佑我!为了我不被骂，一定要保佑我啊!：”

从小到大，无论是父母还是老师都教育我们要做一个诚实的人。儿时，妈妈给我讲故事的情景还历历在目。那次，我因贪吃，偷了家里的五元钱买零食，妈妈发现丢钱后询问我，我死鸭子——嘴硬，愣说自己没拿但脸却出奇的烫，仿佛冬天从冰天雪地的外面进入了温暖的屋子。妈妈没再追问却给我讲起了故事：从前，有一位国王，为了选继承人，就给三个儿子各一粒熟种子，要求他们在半年内种出最鲜艳的花。种的好的就做自己的继承人。不明白真相的三个儿子每天给种子浇水、施肥，可种子却没有丝毫变化。大儿子和二儿子为了种出最鲜艳的花就偷换了种子。结果老国王却把花盆里空空如也的三儿子作为自己的继承人。听完这个故事，我惭愧地低下了头，急忙向妈妈承认错误并向妈妈保证再也不偷钱了。

是什么让曾子狠下心来举刀挥像那头猪?是什么让曾子狠下心来兑现妻子的一句骗语?是守信!当时他对妻子说：“孩子现在还小，不懂事，一切动作都是模仿大人，如果大人欺骗了孩子，那么孩子将来也会欺骗别人。由此可见：“人而无信，不知其可也。”在他心中，让孩子懂得诚信作为立身之本是多么重要。

还记得那个大喊三次“狼来了”的孩子吗?为什么没有人再去救他?我想每个人都知道答案。

Those who live in cities around the world are likely going to have similar

experiences about living and the associated challenges regardless of their

location on the globe. Most of these challenges revolve around stress which

studies have shown is a part of living. Regardless of what you do and your

profession and place stress is not avoidable but could be minimized. Those who

see stress as an enemy will probably live an irritable life which is quite

unnecessary.

How then do we cope with stress? I am going to give you tips that have

helped and are still helping me in coping with life in the city of Lagos

Nigeria, the most populous African city, where orientation of people is quite

different in many ways about stress and living with others.

During the summer holidays, I went to my grandmothers home. One evening

after supper, I stood on the balcony to look at the sky.

The stars in the sky were twinkling. Some were crowded, and others were

separate. Then I found that the stars were not the same colour. They were white,

grey, light blue and orange. It was really beautiful. At that time, the sky was

like blue damask decorated by millions of bright dimonds.

Looking up at the sky, I saw the moon. It was like a naughty child,

sometimes it hid in the clouds and sometimes it got out of the clouds. It seemed

to play “hide and seek” with us. The stars around the moon, however, were as shy

as girls, and hid themselves in the clouds.

教师素有“塑造人类灵魂的工程师”之美誉。在对灵魂塑造的过程中，教师既要有比较渊博的知识，更要有高尚的道德和崇高的精神境界。教师应当成为学生的表率，成为学生的良师益友，成为全社会文明的楷模。为此，教师要时刻谨记不断提高自身的道德修养，展现自身的人格魅力。那么，如何提高自身的师德修养呢?我认为应该从以下几个方面做起：

1、热爱祖国，爱岗敬业

热爱祖国，献身教育事业，是教师道德最基本最重要的要求。爱岗敬业是教师处理与教育事业之间关系的准则，是教师职业道德的基础和前提。尤其在市场经济条件下，在教育大发展的今天，教师要正确处理好奉献与索取的关系，不计较个人得失，发扬“红烛”精神，甘做“人梯”，安于“粉笔生涯”，以“捧着一颗心来，不带半根草去”的高尚情怀，献身教育，鞠躬尽瘁。相反，如果教师不热爱自己的事业，“身在曹营心在汉”，必定不能把工作做好。

2、热爱学生，诲人不倦

热爱学生，诲人不倦是教师履行教育义务的传统美德，是衡量教师道德水平高低的主要标志。每一个学生，都希望得到教师的爱，师爱是一种巨大的教育力量。它能使学生感受到教师的温暖，产生愉快的情绪，从而激励他们对学习的兴趣和爱好。了解学生和关心学生，是热爱学生的起点。教师仅仅把功课教好是不够的，还要多关心学生的健康成长，为学生的一生着想，从思想上、学习上、生活上全面了解学生，关心学生，爱护学生，因势利导地进行有针对性的教育。热爱学生还要尊重和信任学生。教师要有民主思想，尊重学生的人格，尊重学生的感情，允许学生独立思考，切不可刺伤学生的自尊心。在日常的教育教学工作中，认真评价学生的行为，和善平等地对待学生，绝不能为了树立自己的威信而对学生采用体罚、讽刺、挖苦等侮辱人格的做法。当学生进步时，教师不要吝惜自己的赞美之辞;当学生犯错或退步时，教师也不要任自己的批评侮辱之话泛滥。多一点微笑，多一点赞美，多一点信任，你会得到更多的回报。

随着信息技术的迅速发展，人类正在进入信息社会。在知识经济时代，知识老化速度大大加快，学习就成了当今人类生存和发展的重要手段。教师终身学习，不仅是时代的呼唤，教育发展的要求，也是教师教学自我提升的需要。“严谨笃学，与时俱进，活到老，学到老”是新世纪教师应有的终身学习观。教师要善于从教育实践中汲取能量和资源;善于在任何时间向任何人学习，包括在教学过程中和学生分享知识;善于和同事交流，扩大视野，促进自身专业成长。

教师终身学习已成为全球教育改革的突破口。要促进自身专业化成长，教师就要具有终身学习的理念，拥有自主学习、自我学习的观点。因为终身学习已成为未来每个社会成员的基本生存方式，那种“一朝学成而受用终身”的观点已经过时，人们再也不能只通过一段时间的集中学习，获得一辈子享用的知识技能。只有主动去掌握新概念，学习新理念，研究新问题，培养适应新环境的能力，才会使自己重视终身受益。

其次要加强专业知识的学习。课程走向综合化是基础教育改革的大方向。我身为一名中青年教师，又奋斗在课程改革实验的最前沿，更应当树立终身学习的意识。无论是教育家，还是中外名师，他们都具备较深的文化底蕴，这与经常学习是分不开的。随着课改如火如荼的展开，我们教师要有一种强烈的资源意识，克服“一支粉笔教下去，一本教案讲过来”的人生惰性，自觉拓展自己的思维空间和知识结构，以便更好的为教育教学服务。知识的更新换代让我们的学生接触了更多的新生事物，广阔的课内课外学习资源为他们知识的积累提供了更多的机会。我们在学校学习的那点知识，已经远远不够传授了。要想成为研究型教师、专家型教师，不学习怎么可以，怎么能胜任更多的教育教学工作?生活是一个广阔的学习的课堂，有很多东西是我们所不了解的，为了使自己不被社会所淘汰，只有加紧学习的步伐!一个优秀教师应该抓紧一切时间增加知识储备，只有这样才能用人格魅力来感染学生，和学生共同发展。

为了无愧于教师这一职业，也为了实现自己心中的理想信念，今后的工作中，我定会更加努力，加强学习，提高素质，完善自己，书写出灿烂美好的未来。

Christmas is one of the most important celebrations of the year for the western countries. it falls on the twenty- fifth of december and has the same importance as chinese new year to people with english backgrounds. the celebration is for the birth of jesus christ, who is the son of god in christianity. now days christmas is no longer only celebrated by the christians, but by most people from all over the world.

On the twenty- fourth of december everyone gets excited for it’s the day before christmas which is called christmas eve. the children are usually sent to bed early and are warned that “santa claus will only come and give you a present if you be good.” the younger kids actually believe that santa will come down the chimney on the sleigh that’s pulled by his reindeers. food like short bread and beer are prepared for santa when he comes, however most times parents just eat them. some children put socks and sacks up for the holding of the presents (that their parents put in).

Rise and shine on christmas morning! the children are always the first ones to wake up, some even do at four. present wrappers everywhere! they look into their presents with a big smile on their face and oh dear….i hope no one’s disappointed. i feel sorry for anyone that got pink underwear. children play while dinner is prepared by the adults. the christmas dinner are usually eaten together by relatives. the tradition of christmas pudding and roosters are usually eaten with deserts afterwards. the rest of the day is usually games and fun before the good days all come to an end.

As for me, learning English in a native speaking environment is very important. I would choose to continue my further study in Britain orAmerica, both are good for my major. 英语，是大多数人的弱点。

拿我来说，小学三年级开始学习英语，可是我现在的英语水平也不高。小学英语大部分是八十分以上，中学时在六十以上七十以下，高中时一般都是没有上过六十，下过五十，只有少量几次我的成绩突破了这个瓶颈，就连五十九分也不知道考了多少次！

你说，我的英语人生是不是一个悲剧！

以前，总是随着所有人都是在背单词，我的记忆力很强，记忆单词从来没有是问题，可是要去写一句简单的句子就是困难重重。高中时期，我的英语老师也不会去管学生学习，课文内容从未背过，所以一直以来英语学习成绩也没有提高，这也是老师的一个问题，就拿高一学生来说，他们学习的刻苦程度比我们班高三学生们都要强，你说这样的情况下成绩会好吗？

高三前期我听说了一个方法，就是放弃背单词，而去选择背句子，这个方法的确很好，我的成绩还是提高了！放假了，我决定努力背单词一个月，结果就是成绩一次不如一次，伤心欲绝啊！我重新回到过去背句子的时期，成绩这才开始恢复正常情况。

努力背句子是我提高英语水平的经验，不过前提是坚持下去！

As soon as everyone steps into junior middle schools, English plays an important role in our daily life. Whats more, with China entering the WTO, English has become the most popular foreign language in China. As a student, I think everyone should have a good knowledge of English. However, nowadays the majority of students have great difficulty in learning English. How does the problem come about? For me, I am into English. In my opinion, the reason is that a great many students have no interest and confidence in learning English.

So, I think it is important to develop an interest in English and to remember that patience is the key to learning English. Then try your best and take every chance to communicate with others in English. Besides, by listening to English tapes you may make great progress. I suggest buying some English magazines and newspapers, such as English Weekly, the best among them, which will help you a lot.

Do as I have said above, you will be successful sooner or later.

Learning English is a hard but meaningful thing. I had access to English when I was seven years old. I was taught to study words first. It was difficult and I learned them every day. Then, I started to learn short conversations. After practicing, I can talk with my friends. Suddenly, I was pride of my English because I can use them to talk .No pains, no gains. My hardworking pays back. What’s more, I can write compositions by myself now. I love English and I will insist on learning English.

学习英语很困难，但是也很有意义。在我七岁的时候就接触英语了。一开始我是先学单词。很难，所以我天天都学。然后，我就开始学习简短的对话。通过练习，我可以用英语跟我朋友聊天。突然间，我对我的英语很自豪，因为我可以用英语交流。没有付出，就没有收获。我的努力得到了回报。更重要的是，我现在可以自己用英语写作文了。我喜欢英语，我将坚持学习英语的。

“哗哗哗……”一场倾盆大雨说下就下，窗外乌云遍布，将白色的棉花糖全部赶走，连太阳公公也不见了。眼前一片漆黑，只有教室的灯还亮着，我一个人和小可同学坐在椅子上。

唉，这下完蛋了!数学七十分，怎么回家呀?我拿着满是红圈的试卷，望了望小可。见他正在收拾书包，准备回家，短短的头发上有个樱桃似的发卡，一张粉嘟嘟、白嫩嫩的圆脸，一直在东张西望，红润的小嘴巴，挺拔的鼻梁，还有一双闪闪发亮的大眼睛挂在哪儿。

我看入了神，似乎忘记了站在身后的数学老师，他忽然对我说：“这次考试考得‘不错’嘛!还有时间在这发呆?”他摇了摇头，叹了口气就走了。

我……是不是太笨了!是呀是呀，数学考成这样，说实话，我有点想哭，但还是忍住了。“你没事吧?老师的话，你别太放在心上。”小可放下手中的活，看着我温柔地说。

“没……没，你，你赶紧回家吧!”我吸了吸鼻涕，忍住泪水对小可说。她是在关心我呀，看来世界上真的有好人。

但小可却轻盈一笑，向我走来，站在我的座位旁，拿出一支笔和本子，在上面写了一些东西，又对我说：“你呀!真是单纯。没关系的，想哭就哭，大声地哭出来，是没有人会嘲笑你的。每个人都有失败的时候，而我们要面对，并不是逃避!”说着，将本子放到我的桌子上。

她……怎么知道我想哭?这下好了，我突然想笑了。我顺手把本子掀开，只见：仔细审题，书写工整——答题、考试方法，加油!

我再一次被感动了。
