据媒体报道，近日，在河北霸州煎茶铺镇荣乌高速北，几名志愿者驾车拦截一辆运狗车。拦截造成志愿者所驾轿车被运狗车撞行10余米，3名志愿者受伤。目前，警方已对此事展开调查。
