教练说：”想学好网球必须要练习拍球、投球······“教练教会我们以后，我们便使劲努力的练习着。刚开始，我们还觉得不用费什么力气就会做得很好，可是过了一阵，我们便满头大汗了。汗水像雨点一样一落就是一大片。也就练了十来分钟，教练就喊停了。随后又教我们”交叉步“。”交叉步“，听到这个名字，或许你就明白了。但是我还是要仔细的说明一下。所谓”交叉步“，就是身体面向前方；目光直视球网和球；然后用左右脚前后来回交叉快速移动，做到防守的目的。

最后一个练习，也就是我们最向往的一个练习。那就是：练习打网球的动作和”实战“！学员们排成一队，一个一个来练习打网球的动作。轮到我的时候，我就把所有的力气集中在右臂之上。球一落下，我使劲一打。只听”砰“的一声，球就被我一拍子送到了网球场的尽头······

课一会就上完了，教练要我们到室外球场去练习打球。我当时兴奋地大叫了一声，就拿来一个球扔出去，待他落下时，我一挥拍子直接把球打出了场外。当时吓得我双脚发麻，差点没吓晕过去！

这次打网球可谓真是收获多多呀！

我很不爱运动，每一次比赛跑都是最后一名，还总是喘不上气，我听说上初中后有体育考试，考不过的就不能升级，想到这儿，我就更郁闷了。我以为会一直这样下去，没想到，在游戏中，我发现了跑快的方法。

暑假时，我和朋友们去了游乐场玩，那是一个球池，我们在玩抓人游戏。在跑的过程中，因为在球池中，跑步不方便，眼看后面的人就要追上我了，我就跨大步使劲跑，也不怕跌倒了，最后，我胜利了。接下来，我又玩了一个游戏。以前，有个小女孩跟我玩一个游戏，叫做跨大步，比谁先跨到指定的地方，原来我老输，那个女孩教会了我跨大步的方法后，我们总是不相上下。于是，我快要到地点的时候，就跨大步，数一下需要几步。

有一种东西吹在脸上让人觉得刀割似的疼，吹在地上时会把垃圾吹上天;会把小草吹弯;还会把落叶吹上天，瞧，它出现了——那就是寒冷的风!

我的许多朋友也喜欢冬天，因为雪可以让我们堆雪人、掷雪球、打雪仗......虽然今年没有下雪,但是我相信明年、后年一定会下雪的。

想到大家热火朝天堆雪人的情景，我就会想堆一个可爱的小棕熊，它有一双小眼睛，一个大鼻子。我还想堆我喜欢的小娃娃、小兔子......

我喜欢冬天，它美丽动人，它寒风刺骨，虽然它很冷，但我还是很喜欢--冬天!

在这秋高气爽的季节里，我们迎来了明镜小学第八届田径运动会。

虽然本次运动会有很多项目，但最让我期待和难忘的是六年级200米决赛和4×100米接力赛。

首先让我们来到六年级女子200米决赛现场。发令声一响，只见廖芯如出膛的子弹，向终点飞奔过去。而邵思宁也不甘示弱，紧锁着眉头，大步冲向终点。最后，我方主将廖芯夺得桂冠。紧接着，男子200米决赛也开始了。我们原本认为童浚哲能夺冠，但是最后他与冠军擦肩而过，遗憾地取得了亚军。不过没关系，明年赛场上我们期待他能王者归来。

最令人激动的是4×100米接力赛，首先进行的是女子4×100米接力赛。第一棒是廖芯，只见她像风一样向前冲去，而第二棒沈夕桐也像飞驰的骏马向前冲，第三棒王思瑾如离弦的箭冲上前去，最后，邵思宁也毫不示弱向终点飞奔过去。最终，她们得到了第一名。

紧接着男子4×100米接力赛开始了。我们班第一棒王楚涵健步如飞，一路领先，很快就把接力棒传给第二棒饶璐凯，在我们的呐喊助威声中，饶璐凯也稳稳地把接力棒传给了邵梓莫，邵梓莫咬紧牙关，把接力棒传给了最后一棒童浚哲。童浚哲不负众望，一路狂奔，勇夺冠军。观战的同学们顿时欢呼雀跃！

这真是一次难忘的运动会！希望我们能更加努力，明年取得更好的成绩。

I have a white dog。 Its name is Bobo。 She is a female dog。She comes from Beijing，China。She wears white clothes and she has two big eyes and a small month。She often walks round and round at home。It has nothing to do。She likes eating ice—cream so much。So do I。When I eat ice—cream，she will look at the ice—cream carefully，So I will give her some to eat。

I think Bobo is the cutest dog in the world。

同学们都有自己喜爱的体育运动，我喜爱的体育运动就是200米短跑。

记得有一次，学校要举办田径运动会，我听到这个消息后，欢快地跳了起来。这次的田径运动会里有200米短跑，自打听到这个消息以后，我每天都怀着迫不及待的心情。终于到了那一天了，我高兴地在整齐的队伍里不断地踮起脚，我就对老师说：“老师，老师，还要多久啊！”老师说：“现在就可以下去了。”我在操场上紧张极了，老师见我那么紧张，就说：“不要紧张，放轻松。”我听了老师的话，顺利地完成了赛事，还得了第二名。我不服气，因为我的目标是跑第一名。老师对我说：“张雅洁同学，你不用不服气，这次你虽然只拿了一个第二名，但是这也是你的荣幸。只要你坚持不懈地努力，相信你最终会拿到第一名。”我听了老师的话，被太阳烤了半天的脸更红了。

从那以后，我每天早上都要练半个小时200米的跑步。一直练到第二个田径运动会为止。运动会到了，我很轻松地跑完了200米，得了一个第一名，可是，我觉得这次跑第一名的不是我，而是教导我的体育老师，要不是他的那一番话，我是不会得第一名的。于是，我把第一名的奖币挂在了体育老师的身上。我鼓起掌来，大家也一起鼓掌，热烈的掌声比什么语言都更响亮，都更感人。

打那以后，我更喜欢跑步了。同学们，这就是我喜爱的体育运动。
