第一个项目是200米赛跑。只见运动员们预备好了姿势，裁判员大喊：“预备——”“砰”的一声，运动员们一个个像离弦的箭，又似脱缰的野马一般飞快地向终点冲去。坐在下面的同学也不甘示弱，大声地为自己班级的运动员呐喊助威，喊声大得像要刺破人的耳膜，可谓“惊天动地”。只见运动员们咬紧牙关，拼命地跑，脸涨得通红。最后冲刺关头，落在倒数第二的一位同学突然使出一招“凌波微步”。看，他超过了一个人，接着又超过一个，在同学们惊讶又带着喜悦的目光中越次超位，取得了第一。这正是所谓的“真人不露相”吧！

下午一点，比赛又开始了。只听广播里报到了我的名字，老师带我来到了检录处，400米跑对于我们三年级的小学生来讲是体能要求比较高的项目了。比赛快开始的时候，我非常紧张，戴老师看出了我的心思，在一旁不断地鼓励我……只听一声枪声，我飞快地冲出了起跑线，按照平时的训练有节奏地跑着。只是到第二圈的时候，我已经没有力气了，双腿也完全不听使唤，但是我咬了咬牙，时刻提醒自己一定要坚持。终于，我冲过了终点，我得了第四名。这时，老师和同学们都跑上前来向我祝贺。

到了下午三点半，精彩的运动会在同学们的意犹未尽中结束了。运动会，你让我收获了许多，期待你下一次的到来。

“要活就要动”、“多动一分钟，多活二分钟”……，这几句话大家早已耳熟能详了。但对我来说，它们可不只是标语和口号而已，我喜欢运动，而且常常运动，跑步、跳绳、游泳……等等都是我的拿手项目，而其中我最喜欢的运动是——玩拖曳伞！

去年，我们全家到泰国旅游，在第三天的行程中安排了许多水上活动：充满惊奇，让人大开眼界的浮潜；惊险刺激，乘风破浪的香蕉船；以及海上飙速，风驰电掣的水上摩托车，我都一一尝试过了。但是，当导游叔叔向我们介绍拖曳伞时，我更是按捺不住自己的好奇心，早就摩拳擦掌，跃跃欲试了呢！然而，没想到有胆子尝试这项运动的团员竟然寥寥无几，而且我还是唯一自告奋勇的孩童，所以大家都得叫我一声：“黄大胆”哩！

在工作人员的协助下，我穿上救生衣，绑好拖曳伞，然后按照指示开始助跑，在众人的惊呼声中，我眼角的余光竟然瞄到奶奶双手合十，彷佛正在祈求妈祖娘娘照应这个“向天借胆”的憨孙呢！在快艇强力的牵引下，当我跑到甲板尽头前，只觉得双脚瞬间踩空，身体便逐渐上腾，而那种感觉更像是漂浮——凌空漂浮！

和坐飞机一样，映入眼帘的是：地上的景物像袖珍博物馆里具体而微的模型；但不同的是：水清沙白、椰林树影的热带美景，都已跳脱窗框，自由的在我的脚下伸展摇曳；还有清凉的海风拂过我的脸颊，在我的耳边轻声低唱，使我全身的细胞都有一种说不出来的舒畅！我真是爱死了这项运动！

玩过拖曳伞后，我更能体会到莱特兄弟对飞行的热爱，那种像小鸟一样，飞入云端的滋味，如果不曾亲身体验，那真是太可惜了！爸爸答应今年暑假还要带我去玩拖曳伞，随着身体的起飞，把烦恼和压力也一起抛到九霄云外。啊！我真期待暑假赶快到来，让我可以再次凌空飞翔！

篮球是我最喜欢的运动,下课时我都会冲到操场上打球,虽然我的球技不是很好,但是经过每天的练习,我投的球也越来越准了。

五年级时,我看到了许多热爱篮球的人在操场上打球,他们神采奕奕的表情看起来十分愉快。我不知不觉的每天都和他们一起打球,一开打球我总是为拖累我的队友,让比赛都以六比零落幕,为了不在输下去我决定自己练球。一开我练二分球总是很少投进,不久之后,我已经可以十球进五球了。慢慢的等我抓到手感后,我就开是练三分球,可是刚开始都碰不到篮框,后来经过了我的朋友 的执导,我已经可以进很多球了。不过等我回去和他们打时,也还是很难赢,不过至少我的球技也进步了,而我有时候也会赢球。

我发现打篮球不只是靠自己的技巧,靠的的和队友的合作,才能胜利。

我喜欢溜冰

一天，爸爸给我买了一双粉色的溜冰鞋，我可喜欢了。

它很漂亮，四个粉色和白色交错的轮子，银色的金属片用来调节鞋子的长度。这双溜冰鞋的护具是绿色的，头盔是色的。只要我穿上溜冰鞋，戴上护具，摇身一变，我就成了一个超酷（ku）“小帅妹”。

有了溜冰鞋，我就天天练习溜冰。刚开始我没有掌握溜冰技巧，就请来表哥做教练，可我还是经常会摔跤。脚扭（niu）了，手跌（die）伤了，我也不哭。大家都说我很坚强。慢慢地，我学会了一些基本动作，可开心了。我看到很多大哥哥、大姐姐，他们不但会滑“葫芦”，还会跳步滑，像是在太空漫步，我可羡慕了！

我想只要我认真学习，也一定会滑得这么好的。
