我认为作为一名组工干部，其初心和使命都落到一个“人”字上。共产党员宗旨就是“坚持全心全意为人民服务”，新时期组工干部要把群众利益放在第一位，真正体现出党群之间的“鱼水情”;要对不正之风勇敢说“不”，对自己高标准、严要求，以实事求是、勤奋踏实的态度对待工作;要摒弃陈旧思想，敢担当、善作为，敢于面对工作中的问题和困难，创新思路方法，立足实际，真抓实干，不负党和人民所托。

那是发生在我上初一时的一个夏天，我们学校举行了军训活动，地点就在广东狮山的青少年军训场所。军训时间是五天，对于以前的我来说是那么的漫长，可对于此刻的我来说却是那么的短暂。放佛只是一个转瞬即逝的梦，停留在我的脑海中。

我们的教官姓廖，个子有点矮。他在所有教官中似乎有点与众不同，当它与其他教官站在一齐时，就好像一堆黑芝麻中一粒光洁饱满的白芝麻。他很严肃，总是板着一张脸，很少对我们笑。军训前两天，我们在操场上练习正步走、站姿、坐姿和蹲姿。从字面上看起来这几件事似乎是轻而易举，可做起来确实难上加难。

离开的日子到了，我们脱下迷彩服重新穿上了往日熟悉的校服，排着队坐上车，大巴车慢慢的驶出，离开了我们待了五天的军训场地。我看到几个女生眼里闪烁着晶莹透亮的东西，自己的心中也有一股莫名其妙的失落感。

秋天到了，天气变凉了，小朋友开始加衣服了。

秋天到了，树叶变黄了。银杏树的叶子在空中翩翩起舞;枫叶依旧是红色的从树上飘下来。树上的叶子当了秋天的信，风来给我们送信。有的信飘到了池塘里，有的信飘到了青草上，有的飘到了公园里。无论信飘到哪里，都被我们机灵的小朋友找到了。

常青树，松树和柏树像哨兵一样挺立在路旁，似乎在说：“我们是常青树，你们谁能比了我?”

秋天到了，水果成熟了，果园里瓜果飘香，可热闹了!苹果，梨，葡萄都挤在一起，争着要农民伯伯摘它们呢!似乎在说：我最好吃，快来尝尝吧!水果香甜，我在姥爷家中的小西红柿也不知不觉地成熟了。让我讲一下我的小西红柿吧。

在二月份的时候，二姨带来五棵西红柿幼苗。我拿来铲子亲自把它们栽在姥爷家的花坛里。以后，我每次来都要给他们除草浇水。

过了两个多月，这些幼苗长大了，苗子越长越高，我便把秧架到木棍上，它们也便顺着木棍越爬越高，过了一段时间，西红柿竟然开花了，淡黄花儿非常漂亮。他们也变成了我的宝贝。两个星期后，花儿焉了，结出了浅绿的小西红柿，我高兴地直跳
