流鼻涕，打喷嚏，咳嗽，最难熬的应是流鼻涕。由于多次擦拭，鼻头早已被磨破了一层皮，稍一触碰，便火辣辣地疼。

找药，冲泡，搅拌，趁热一口气吞下，熟练的动作一气呵成。没有得以依傍的港湾，就必须要自己学会独立。

我是远嫁来昆的媳妇，婆婆是淳朴的农村妇女；我不会说当地话，婆婆不会说普通话。于是，我们不甚交流。

女儿上幼儿园后，婆婆来帮忙接送。平时婆婆下午要卖一会儿菜，待我下班后，又从她身边带着孩子先回家做饭。婆婆卖完菜回家吃完饭后又洗碗。我们分工明确，自然少了很多矛盾，相处起来倒也和气。

那天，由于感冒细胞的光临，再加上一整天繁忙的工作，我拖着疲惫的身躯回到家，一个撑不住，就直接躺倒在沙发上。还没有做饭，怎么办？我心里犯难。我的职责没有完成，心中不免愧疚。

要如何解决这个问题？我心里嘀咕着。

门锁转动，婆婆回来了。

“妈，我身体不舒服，就没有做饭。”我惭愧，渴望获得婆婆的帮助。

“没事，我去做，你休息一下。”婆婆安慰道，眼中浮现些许疼惜。

厨房传来砧板与刀亲密接触的交响曲，锅碗瓢盆轮番上阵。

不一会儿，婆婆端来一碗冒着热气的汤水。

“把这姜汤喝了，这个治感冒最有效。”一脸认真，又有些羞怯。她怕我嫌弃，又赶忙补充道：“我们小时候感冒都是喝这个。”真诚地像个孩子。

姜汤水的热气氤氲在空气中，漫起层层雾气，这些雾气模糊了我的双眼。

我怎么会嫌弃呢？我是多么感激！卖菜是体力活，辛苦一天回到家多么期盼有一桌热腾腾的饭菜。而婆婆，并没有着急为自己准备得以果腹的食物，而是先照顾到我的身体，先为我认真地切下葱姜丝！

碗中的姜丝与葱丝完美配合，才能使姜汤发挥出最大的作用。我与婆婆完美配合，才能使我们的小家幸福和睦。姜丝和葱丝是一家人，我和婆婆也是一家人。

多么晚的领悟，我端起姜汤，一饮而尽。暖暖的汤水温暖着身体，也温暖着这颗逐渐冰释的心。

此刻，我知道，我又有了可以栖息的避风港，而且早已有了这个温暖的港湾，婆婆一直都在。

何其幸运，我顺利解决了这个问题！

环境是目前所有人关注的话题，也是所有人关注的一个热点。好的环境，有利于我们健康成长、心情舒畅，无论学习和生活都特别舒服，所有人都希望生活在一个好的环境下。因此，保护环境，人人有责。

当你路过垃圾桶的时候，你会不会捡起旁边的可乐瓶?当你看见有人在树上乱刻乱画，你会不会上前去阻止?当你在小摊吃小面的时候，你会拿出自己的备用筷子而不用一次性筷子呢?

现在，很多人在森林里砍树，把树木做成筷子、椅子、桌子等等，就会造成水土流失，洪水也会经常冲来，带给我们不幸的危险。我们应该立刻行动，阻止他们。

在超市里，我们会看到很多人还用钱来买口袋，虽然一个口袋只要2角钱，但是保护环境是每一个公民的责任和义务。即使口袋不要钱，我们也应抱有保护环境的心态，用环保口袋。

在上学的路上，我们看见有人在路上乱扔垃圾，乱吐口痰，我们应该教给他方法：吐在纸巾里，然后扔进垃圾桶。我们更不能学人家，一定要把“保护环境”时刻记在心里，并体现在行动中，从我做起，从小事做起。

我相信，通过大家的努力，环境会变得越来越好，地球“妈妈”也会变得更加美丽。

党和国家事业与时俱进，党的理论和实践创新也在不断深化。习近平总书记系列讲话，深入阐释了党的十八大精神，深刻回答了新的历史条件下党和国家发展的一系列重大理论和现实问题，丰富发展了党的科学理论，进一步深化了我们党对中国特色社会主义规律和马克思主义执政党建设规律的认识。深入学习贯彻讲话精神，对于加快全面建成小康社会步伐、夺取中国特色社会主义新胜利，对于推进教育改革发展、培养中国特色社会主义建设者和接班人，都具有重大而深远的意义。

4. 大力加强对讲话精神的研究阐释。要充分发挥高校人文社会科学学科齐全、人才集中、基础研究实力雄厚等优势，组织高校社科重点研究基地和知名专家学者，开展专题研究，深入研究阐释讲话的核心要义、思想精髓和科学思想方法，推出系列研究成果，为推进讲话精神“三进”，加强全党理论武装提供有力理论支持。加大支持力度，将研究阐释讲话精神列入高校哲学社会科学重大攻关项目，给予重点支持。
