共享单车所引发的思索并没有结束。我又想起了之前看到的一则新闻：上海一名不满12岁的学生骑着小黄车出了车祸，当场身亡。这还不是最令人瞠目结舌的，而是家长向OFO方索赔800多万元！一条鲜活的生命在这么突然的情况下消失无疑令人扼腕叹息，但家长将共享单车推上了风口浪尖的行为却更是让人心寒。我们不能说共享单车就不盈利，但它的存在的确在本质上为人们带来了便捷。你自己不遵守交规，父母也不好好看管，出了事居然让我背锅？最后共享单车方是否赔偿我们尚未可知，但想必被这事搅得焦头烂额、憋屈极了。

至少在我看来共享单车方并没有很大的责任，顶多有个“属于看管”的罪名。之后我还仔细查找了资料，发现在共享单车租赁条款中两次提到12周岁以下不得使用，可以说是仁至义尽了。这么多人骑都没出事儿，你一骑事儿就来了，想必更大的责任也在你吧。人总是把过错往别人身上推，因为站住受害者这个角度就像开了“无敌buff”一样，任何过错流几滴眼泪就能被原谅，任何责任都是因为他人的小小遗漏才导致。因为一些群众泛滥的同情心，所谓的被告方就会受到莫须有的惩罚。这种现象已经逐渐成为常态，但却让我深深地感受到了社会舆论的可怕。

那天天气很好，阳光无比灿烂，我们正好放假了，所以就和朋友一起出来街上聊聊天，散散步。

这天是国庆的第二天，人们的脸上都洋溢着快乐与自豪的笑容，我和朋友也有说有笑的谈论着今年的庆典，晚会，以及庄严的阅兵，已经过去70年了啊。

走着走着，眼前突然倒下了一辆红色的共享单车，接着倒下一排被凌乱摆放的共享单车，我和朋友惊了，再抬头往上，往前看，是一个骑着共享单车的男生，他表情有些呆滞。原来是他碰倒了共享单车。他望了望周围，低了一下头，走了，若无其事地骑走了。

若无其事？骑走了？只留下还在震惊当中的我们，我和朋友很默契的对视了一秒，接着，一起走上前，一辆一辆的把单车扶起，当我扶到第二辆的时候，我发现这辆车的支撑杆坏了，于是就一直在摆弄好一会儿，才找到一个位置放好，不知道是谁弄坏的呢，真糟心。

当我们在扶起这些单车的时候，我能感受到周围不同心情不同想法的目光，印在我们身上。我和朋友终于摆好，走了之后，回头看了看这共享单车，不禁有些惋惜。惋惜？我在惋惜什么？我在惋惜为什么这些共享单车会被到处乱停？为什么会被损坏？为什么没有人愿意上前扶起？这不是国家为了方便老百姓的生活给我们的礼物吗，为什么不好好珍惜？

我们每一个人都为中国骄傲，中国自豪，可是在中国生日的第二天，中国制造的东西就被国人这么对待，又有多少人明白应该怎样真爱自己的祖国呢？爱难道只是动听的歌和空洞的誓言吗？

“你所站立的那个地方，正是你的中国。你怎么样，中国便怎么样。你是什么，中国便是什么。你有光明，中国便不黑暗———“你”是谁？就是我们每一个中国人。一个人或许微不足道，但是每一个人都做高素质的人，力量相加，就足以升腾起改变时代、推动进步的“正能量”。

I like to eat different kinds of delicious food , however, my favorite

food is dumplings. In my spare time , I like to make dumplings with my mother .

I think home-made dumplings are more delicious than those in supermarket .My
