停好车的前提是有地方停，这就要做好加减法。机动车占道，要做“减法”：交通、城管等工作人员加强巡逻频次，加大处罚力度，定时定点“清障”；自行车停放区不够的问题，要做“加法”：规划、城建、交通等部门，做好顶层设计，编制车道规划，完善停放导则，从总量上增加非机动车道、自行车停放区的供给数量。

共享单车流行，主要得益于无桩，随借随还。但自由泛滥成乱停乱放，原先引以为傲的方便，反而成为新的出行梗阻。不妨退回一步，借鉴传统公共自行车“空间划定性”的特点，在一些有条件的枢纽和地铁站周边，政企联手，共建一些自行车推荐停放区。依托运营企业的大数据，推动各物业按需求设置非机动车停放区域。

想要停得好，还要管得好。维护好共享单车的停车秩序，离不开有效的管理。对行业内恶性竞争、暴力破坏行为，对某些人公共意识缺乏、任意折腾单车的行为，有关部门要做好“善后”服务，追究相关肇事者的法律责任；推动征信机构和单车运营商合力共建租车人信用管理系统，奖罚分明。鼓励用户对违规停车者拍照举报，核实后奖励信用积分；对恶意乱停、滥用、损毁、盗窃单车等行为，将租车人纳入失信黑名单。

我很高兴可以在这个课堂上做一次演讲。这一次，我想谈谈英语。我的话题是我爱英语。

正如每个人所知，英语在今天十分重要。它已经被应用到世界的各个角落。它已经成为商业上最为通用的一门语言并广泛的用于国际贸易。如果我们能说好英语，我们就有更多的机会成功。因为越来越多的人注意到这一点，学英语的人数正在已很高的速度增长。

但是对我而言，我学英语不仅仅因为它的重要性以及它的实用性，更是因为我喜爱英语。当我学英语时，我可以体会到一种不同的思维方式，它可以给我更多接触世界的空间。当我读英语小说时，我能感受到不同于阅读翻译文的快乐。当我说英语时，我可以感到自信。当我写英语时，我能够感到不同于汉语的那种美……

我爱英语，它给了我一个色彩斑斓的梦。我希望有朝一日我可以畅游世界，用我流利的英语，我可以和世界各地的人交友。我能看到许多的名胜。我希望我能够到伦敦去，因为那里是英语的故乡。

我也希望用我流利的英语来将我们的名胜介绍给说英语的朋友，我希望他们可以像我们一样的爱我们的国家。

我知道，罗马不是一天筑成的。(成功需要日积月累。)我相信在持续不断的努力学习下，总有一天我可以拥有一口流利的英语。

如果你想被爱，你就应该学着去爱他人。所以我相信我对英语的爱定将换来它对我的爱。

我相信总有一天我会实现我的梦!

The conception of money is different for the old and the young. The old

generation believes that money should be saved in case of the urgent situation,

while most young people think that money should be spent to realize its value.

When I was struggled about the different opinions, I saw the news report about a

man got back his money that he saved in the early 1990s, which was about 1000

RMB. People made their comment that this amount of money meant so much at that

time, which could buy a nice big house, while today it was just a big meal in

the restaurant. This news inspired me to make reasonable plan of money. The old

way to treat money is not suitable, because money will lose its value as time

goes by. I choose to spend part of money while saving another part of it.

老人和年轻人对于钱的概念是不一样的。老一代认为钱应该存起来，以防紧急需要，然而大多数年轻人认为，钱花出去才能实现它的价值。在我纠结这两个不同观点时，我看见了一则新闻报道，是关于一个人拿出了他在19世纪20年代存的钱，大约1000元人民币。有人说这钱在当时就是一大笔钱，可以买一栋漂亮的大房子了，但是现在只能在餐馆大吃一顿。这个消息激发了我要合理规划金钱的想法。老一辈对待金钱的方式是不对的，因为钱随着时间的流逝价值也会贬值。我会选择花一部分、存一部分。

共享，成了新时代的一个热门词语，越来越多的共享资源出现在我们的生活中，越来越多的人开始了解共享资源，使用共享资源。

共享单车可以说是最好的一个代表。大街小巷，到处都可看见共享单车，只要用手机扫一扫，便可以骑上它上路，很是方便。越来越多的人也开始以共享单车作为一种出行方式，这种行为对环境也有了相对的保护。但每样事物的存在，都是有利有弊的，共享单车也不例外。

单车的随意破坏，甚至将它占为己有，这是现在最突出的一个问题。有时候，在路上，会一连找到好几辆故障车，这些车一直就这么随意的倒在地上，或者横在马路旁边，并没有相关部门或者人员对这些障碍车进行处理。现在大部分的小区已经规定单车不能进入，但依旧有些人对这项规定视而不见，听而不闻。我们的小区里还是随处可见单车的影子，有些人甚至直接停在了车棚里，每天都当成自己的私有财产在使用。

在一些繁华区域和地铁口，共享单车已经多到无处堆放，而且单车平台也越来越多，各种颜色的自行车占据了大半条马路。据说政府已经禁止了新的单车平台的使用，希望这条规定能被很好的执行，不只是一种放在表面的规定。

共享单车，共享书店，共享篮球……都是共享资源，随着时代的变迁，希望这些新鲜事物都能发挥自己真正的作用，造福于社会，造福于人民，而不是带来更大的压力，成为一种恶性竞争。

共享时代，需要我们的保护，不能随意破坏，要好好利用这些所有提供给我们共享的事物，因为这不是个人的私有财产，而是大家一起共享的资源。
