迫不及待地跳下泳池，哇！凉津津的水瞬间就包裹住了你，那种清凉舒爽的感觉啊，真是沁人心脾呢！感觉燥热马上就开始一寸一寸地从每一个毛孔里退去……再在水中随意地舒展几下身姿，更是感觉自己的筋骨都得到了放松，仿佛与水融为了一体，浑身上下有说不出的舒服。

深吸一口气，伸手、蹬腿，开游。这时感觉自己就像一条快活的鱼儿，被温柔、甜蜜的水包裹着、拥抱着。于是，忍不住玩性大发，时而象离弦的箭，破浪前进，挑战自己的游速极限；时而不停地变换泳姿，独自快活地与水嬉戏；时而又憋住一口气，像闲懒的大乌龟，慢慢地沉下泳池，享受池底的宁静……如果碰巧在泳池碰到了同学或者同龄的朋友，那就更是快乐无比了，打水仗、比赛游泳、追逐嬉戏……比岸上的玩耍更多了些乐趣和凉爽。

终于，感到有点累了，于是就翻身平躺在水上休息，只需脚微微地蹬着。身下的水这时就宛如一床温柔的棉被，轻轻地、温柔地托着你，让你舒服得想睡。闭上眼睛，静静地感受着水的清凉和温柔，舒服得真希望自己永远都这样躺着。再睁开眼睛，

望望头顶的蓝天、白云，又感觉自己是躺在一朵轻柔的白云上，慢慢地在蔚蓝色的天幕下缓缓漂移……

最后，不得不离开泳池，回家去，这时被水浸得透凉的身体还能久久地为你抵挡夏日的暑气……

游泳对人体健康的好处就更不用说了：提高人的心肺功能、锻炼肌肉、增强心血管机能、增强体质、提高协调性等等。

Last year,I had a good holiday in Dalian,I went to the summer camp with my brother.It was such a wonderf journey.I played the water with my brother.And in the afternoon,we had lunch on the grass.Our food was made in the fast food restaurant.It was so delicious that my brother and I all liked it.And in the evening,I finished my homework,then I helped my brother study the English grammar.Then we went to bed .

What a beautiful day!But we couldnt stay there for a long time.So I decided that I must study hard and then go into the universities in Dalian.

I have my own room now. It is not big. There is a small blue bed in it. Because I love plants, I grow some sun flowers on the desk. Every time I am tired of doing homework, I will watch it. Then I will be relax and full of energy. Except for this, my room has a bookshelf. There are many books on it. There is a lovely rabbit clock on the bed to wake me up every morning. I finally have my own place. I love it very much.

现在我有我自己的房间了。房间不是很大。里面有一张蓝色的小床。因为我喜欢植物，所以桌子上种了一些太阳花。每次我讨厌做作业的时候，我就会看看它。然后我就会放松并充满活力。除了这些之外，我的房间里有一个书架。架子上有很多书。床上有一只可爱的兔子时钟，每天早上都是它叫醒我。我终于有了我自己的地方。我非常喜欢它。
