An activity about low carbon living

Currently,my school is launching an activity whose theme is that actions change the world to advocate the low carbon living.

In the activity,we are required to go to school or some other place by bike or by foot as much as possible instead of by bus.And when the Christmas comes,sending e-greeting cards instead of tridional cards of which are made of wood as we know.Besides,we should use both sides of every piece of paper and we should save water as well as electricity.

I believe that only we do thus can we have a better living environment.

There are still many problems of environmental protection in recent years. One of the most serious problems is the serious pollution of air, water and soil. the polluted air does great harm to people’s health. The polluted water causes diseases and death. What is more, vegetation had been greatly reduced with the rapid growth of modern cities.

To protect the environment, governments of many countries have done a lot. Legislative steps have been introduced to control air pollution, to protect the forest and sea resources and to stop any environmental pollution. I even start to think about my future. Going to college is as much about finding out who am I as it is about getting the degree.

I dont think our school life is colorful. Because weve got so many CLAsses every day. I wonder whether we can change our school life someday. You see, from Monday to Friday, I have to stay at school. the only relaxation is to listen to the radio or play ball games. At weekends, we need to go to school to have CLAsses, too. experience in China Agriculture University.

First I must say the campus life is really different from what I have

experienced in high school.For instance,I used to lean upon my dormitory teacher

to wake me up on time.But now I have to set several alarm clocks to make myself

worse there would be nobody remind me except my teacher!So the differences are

everywhere and I could easily find them.The change of life is great and its

My campus activities are rich and colorful.Learning English has become a

habit to me cause I plan to study abroad in next few years.Playing Guzheng is my

favorite activity.I have kept on practising it since I was a little girl and I

wish to win more competitions in my campus life.

Our university has the first level equipments and the most experienced

teachers,also has the best students(laugh).I consider it to be a honor that Ive

got a chance to study here and I sincerely hope that we could live wonderful

lives in our campus!

I live with my father and mother in a very big house in dongguan. My parents are both very busy. They leave for work very early in the morning and don’t return home until late in the evening.

When i am home on weekends from school, we spend a lot of time together. we talk about my studies, my health and my school life. i love my parents very much.

My grandparents are still living, but they don’t live with us. Their health is good and they both do sports very early in the morning. My grandmother does gymnastics with elderly women her age in the park. Both of my grandfathers play basketball in the morning and sometimes they go swimming.

Chinese people eat rice for every meal, but i don’t like rice because i think it is tasteless! we eat meat, fish and vegetables. My family eats noodles and congee. my favorite is noodles.

There’s no doubt that it’s always been a pretty hard timeduring the training.
