+ 加入清单汉成帝皇后(前45年—前1年)原名宜主，其父冯万金是江都(今扬州)王府舍人，出生卑微。精通音乐。后为长安宫人。因其舞姿轻盈如燕飞凤舞，故人们称其为“飞燕”。“燕廋环肥”就是指的赵飞燕
赵飞燕出生后便被父母丢弃，三天后仍然活着，父母也觉得奇怪，就开始哺育她。稍大后，她同妹妹一同被送入阳阿公主府，开始学习歌舞。她天赋极高，学得一手好琴艺，舞姿更是出众。 每当她纤腰款摆、迎风飞舞是，就好像要乘风而去一般。
汉成帝刘骜喜欢游乐，经常与富平候张放出外寻欢作乐，他在阳阿公主家见到赵飞燕后，大为欢喜，就召她入宫，封为婕妤，极为宠爱，后又废了许皇后，立飞燕为后，赵飞燕之妹赵合德亦被立为昭仪，两姐妹专宠后宫，显赫一时。[1]
汉成帝死后，赵飞燕姐妹无子，由定陶王刘欣即位，即汉哀帝，赵飞燕被尊为太后，哀帝没过几年就死了，汉平帝刘衍即位，后由于其妹合德害死了后宫的皇子，被送去陪葬陪孝成皇帝，赵飞燕则被贬为庶人。
当时民间曾流传有这样一首童谣：“燕燕尾涎涎，张公子，时相见。木门仓琅琅，燕飞来，啄皇孙，皇孙死，燕啄矢。”说的就是赵飞燕，燕燕尾涎涎说的是赵飞燕的美貌，木间仓琅琅说的是她将当皇后。
我国古代最为杰出的著名舞蹈家，汉成帝刘骜最宠幸的皇后，又是身材最为苗条，姿容最为秀丽的绝色美人。唐代大诗人李白在应玄完全之诏创制“清平调三章”歌颂杨贵妃的艳美时，其中有“借问汉宫谁得似，可怜飞燕倚新妆。”之绝句。可见她的美，在李白心中，占有绝对的席位。我国历代文人学士在吟诗作赋时多提到她的名字，并且创作了不少以赵飞燕为题材的小说、诗歌、绘画等文艺作品，唐代诗人徐凝作《汉宫曲》题写了：
水色箫前流玉霜，
赵家飞燕侍昭阳。
掌中舞罢箫声绝，
三十六宫秋夜长。
故而使得她精美绝伦的舞蹈技艺，广为传诵和发扬。赵飞燕，被称之我国古代最杰出的舞蹈家是当之无愧的。
