全球变暖是已经威胁人类生存，已被人类认识到的的环境问题之一，全球变暖是指全球气温升高。近100多年来，全球平均气温经历了冷—暖—冷—暖两次波动，总的看为上升趋势。进入八十年代后，全球气温明显上升。1981年—1990年全球平均气温比一百年前上升了0、48℃，导致全球变暖的主要原因是人类在近一个世纪以来大量使用矿物燃料(如煤，石油)排放出大量的CO2等多种温室气体。由于这些温室气体对来自太阳辐射的短波具有高度的透过性，而对地球反射出来的长波辐射具有高度的吸收性，也就是常说的温室效应，导致全球气候变暖。全球变暖的后果，会使全球降水量重新分配，冰川和冻土消融，海平面上升等，既危害自然生态系统的平衡，更威胁人类的食物供应和居住环境。

据调查，2005年至2006年，瑞士大部分冰川不仅继续萎缩，而且厚度严重下降，苏黎世理工大学研究人员对85条冰川进行测量的结果表明与前几年的情况相同，大部分冰川长度继续缩短，冰川的前端都在继续消融，在萎缩最为严重的冰川中，着名的苏里塔冰川缩短了700米。阿莱奇冰川缩短了115米苏里塔冰川萎缩的原因是最近几年冰川持续融化。去年夏季，这条冰川的前端融化成零星分布的冰块研究结果还表明，冰川的厚度也严重下降，除了夏季炎热之外，冬季降雪不足是主要原因。共有大小冰川1800多条，此次测量的85条冰川包括了各种类型。2006年年末以来，瑞士气温偏高，出现暖冬现象，降雪量严重不足，以至于一些滑雪比赛项目被取消，一些如期举行比赛的赛场也靠人工造雪维持。瑞士气象和自然科学专家担心，降雪不足和暖冬将给冰川造成更为严重的影响。

最近，我读了一本叫做《当代小学生》的刊物，其中一篇《一片雪糕纸》的文章深深的吸引了我。在一个烈日炎炎的下午，作者买了一根雪糕，拆开包装随手丢在地上就吃了起来。这时，一位年过七旬的老奶奶走过来，把雪糕皮捡了起来，扔进了不远处的果皮箱。看到这一幕，小作者被震惊了，她下决心以后再也不会乱扔垃圾了。

打开窗,今日眼前的世界已不如往日那般清晰,那般真实,而是灰蒙蒙的,有些“暗无天日”的感觉.外面的一切景物都好似披上了一层轻纱,隐隐约约,若有若无的,看不清他们的真实面目.“想必这雾蒙蒙的天气就是雾霾造成的吧!”我自言自语道.

如今因为雾霾天气污染的加重,许多报纸都纷纷刊登有关雾霾的新闻,一时间,小小的雾霾受到了人们的重视,大家都开始寻找解决雾霾,自我防护的办法.可在平时呢?这雾霾似乎很少被人所提及,好像它离我们是非常非常的遥远.

我觉得这是个教训.幸好这个雾霾还可以受到控制,如果无法控制呢?我们岂不是将永远生活在阴暗之中?我们应当在危害来临之前就做好准备,改善我们的生活环境,少开车,减少工业生产排放的废气等等,这些都是方法.我们要未雨绸缪,才能使自己远离危害.

What Can We Do for the Environment

Hello,everyone. Im Li Hua. Its nice to speak about what we can do for the environment,and I think each of us can do a little bit to help with this problem.

The first thing we can do is to use cloth bags in stead of plastic bags when we go shopping. It helps to protect the environment. The second thing we can do is to reuse the old textbooks as possible as we can. We should also never forget to turn off the lights when we leave the classrooms in order to save energy. Whats more, it would be better if we walk or ride a bike to school. We should try our best reduce pollution and waste.

In fact,even the simplest everyday activities can make a real difference to the environment. I believe we can make the world a better place to live in.
