近来雾霾天气影响愈来愈严重，这已经严重影响到居民的生活。在我上学时，周围灰蒙蒙，什么也看不清。这个星期六，爸爸送我去上古筝课，快到了，当时我没有看到周围的高楼大厦，还以为爸爸开错路哩!

我走近一看，啊!原来是一条又脏又臭、令人生厌的河呀!这河水本来就臭气熏天了，再加上垂挂在天边喷着火光的太阳使河水里的垃圾腐烂得更快。还有阵阵秋风吹过，把异味带向四面八方。每次我经过那儿，总要用手捂住鼻子。

河里异味主要由垃圾造成的，那这些垃圾是从哪儿来的呢?在河道两旁有几家饭馆，这些饭馆用的都是一次性的竹筷，当客人们吃完饭的时候，店主就会把竹筷和一些脏水一起倒进河里。还有，一些修路工人在干完活后就会去附近饭馆里买饭吃，这些饭是一次性饭盒装的，所以工人们吃完之后都会不自觉地把饭盒扔到河里。

有时我会看到河道清洁工用鱼网把垃圾捞上来，我一看，啊!垃圾五花八门，有饭盒、竹筷、塑料袋……

现在政府在整治内河，如果成功的话，我想政府会把它变成一个水上乐园，在水岸上种一些树、竹林、花，再在河岸上造一些凉亭，在水上造一座水滑梯。人们在玩的时候还能看看天空的鸟儿，人们玩累了还能在凉亭上休息。

你看这多美好啊!如果大家还是不爱护环境，那么，这些只能成为梦想了。
