今天的瑞思英语课，老师放了一部《爱护环境的电影》，电影中有五位爱护环境的守护者，他们分别是：土地守护者、水源守护者、空气守护者、能量守护者和心灵守护者。这五位守护者共同守护者我们的环境。不过，电影中依然要求我们爱护环境，从我们每个人做起。

后面老师又给我们讲了垃圾的基本分类：纸、玻璃、塑料、金属等等。同时老师教我们哪些属于纸类，比如酸奶杯；哪些属于玻璃类，比如窗户和酒瓶；哪些属于塑料类的，比如塑料袋，而且塑料袋是不可回收制品，老师说尽量不要使用塑料袋；金属的垃圾主要是有金属制成的物品。

今天的英语课，我明白了守护环境是我们大家共同的责任，而且生活中做好垃圾分类，变废为宝，可以做到很好的爱护环境。
