Since I was very small, I was very shy in the public place, so I always

放学回家，跟妈妈一起走到小区的水果店，看到店里有好多包装好了的苹果。我看了一下对妈妈说：“妈妈，我好想要一个呀！”妈妈说：“家里苹果很多，买这种包装好的很不划算，而且这些包装好的都是送人的。”听了妈妈的话，我依依不舍的离开水果店。回到家，我吃了一个苹果，希望吃了这个平安果可以天天平安。

我的家乡在湖北省随州市，家乡人们非常好客，每到过年，家家户户都要做上大桌大桌的菜，来招待亲朋好友。现在让我来介绍几道家乡的特色美食。

香肠，家乡的香肠多就是原味，也有些人家做的稍带一些麻辣。香肠多就是腊月间杀年猪时制作。主料就是七分瘦三分肥猪肉切片，调上盐、酒、糖、辣椒等，手工灌到猪小肠里，挂起风干。吃时水煮，捞取稍微冷一会儿再切片，摆放到盘中成盘龙状。色泽透亮，清香诱人，非常好吃。

三鲜，三鲜就是用上好的鲜猪肉，加上油条、大葱绞碎，拍在豆油上，下锅油炸，吃时切成平行四边行，摆放在碗中，加上老干妈豆鼓，上蒸笼蒸，起锅时再翻扣到盘中，热气腾腾象蒙古包似的三鲜上桌了，入口鲜香松软，很受欢迎。

卷卷，卷卷就是用青菜或荠菜抄水、再加上鸡蛋、腊肉末、蒜苗等拌匀，豆油划成手掌大一块一块，调好的馅包到豆油中。下锅小火两面煎黄，一个个金黄色的卷卷上桌，入口清香爽口。卷卷在家乡喻为吃了会四季清洁、平安净洁之意！所以这道菜非常抢手。卷卷的难点在于包，包的不好会散掉，包的好会匀称圆润，馅清爽合口。

家乡美食还有很多，如：鸡、鱼、牛肉、反季节各类蔬菜等。每家都备有大转桌，好酒、饮料再摆上桌，围上一桌的客人，笑谈中年味尤其浓厚。
