我对环保局局长提出了建议：你这么做是不对的，如果有垃圾，要及时清理，如果不清理，就会使人摔倒，难道你们就这么不负责任？我希望你可以买一些垃圾桶，放到人多的地方，让他们有垃圾的时候可以往垃圾桶里扔。我还希望你分配一些工作人员到小区里做环保工作，让一些居民们更好地和我们一起保护环境。

早上天蒙蒙的，大地母亲也还没有完全苏醒。

妈妈掀起了我的被子，妈妈在我的耳边大声的喊：“快起床，上学要迟到了，快点！”我看了看窗户外面，外面却还是黑呼呼的。在妈妈的大声催喊下，我迷迷糊糊的起了床，迅速穿好衣服。正当我要出门时，妈妈突然拉住了我，给我戴上了一个过滤空气的三层头盔，我出了门，大吃一惊，我看到世界变了，原本欢快的鸟儿满天飞，而现在一只也没有了，原本清澈见底的小河，现在已变成臭气熏天的死鱼河，原本翠绿的大树和小草，现在全部没了踪影。我放眼望去，只见许多工厂正向天空喷射着烟雾，烟雾污染了白云，然后变成酸雨飘落下来，毒害大地，毁灭森林，使整个世界没有一点生气。

我坐上一辆高速变行机甲，我才在车内坐了几秒钟，就已经到学校门口，我背上喷气背包，呼的一声过后，我就站在走廊上，我的死对头小明也来了，不！我的喷气背包被他摘掉了！哦不！我从十楼掉下去了……

有的工厂违规排放污水和废气，严重污染空气，直接导致人们的身体健康；

增强环保意识，从身边做起，从小事做起；少丟一个垃圾，少吐一口痰；每天节约一点水，每天节约一度电；绿色出行，多步行，多骑自行车，多乘公交车；减少使用塑料制品，都用环保或循环可降解使用的材料……。

“保护环境，人人有责”这句话大家都应该很熟悉。有的人常常挂在嘴边，可是他们有时候却是口是心非。

工厂排出的废水和废气、汽车尾气、随手乱扔的垃圾……都是污染环境的主要因素。虽然人们过上了丰衣足食的生活你，但是被污染的环境却越来越来越严重。裸露的土地越来越大，环保意识越来越差。沙尘暴、雾霾、泥石流……恶劣天气越来越影响人们的身体健康。有的动物因为生活环境被破坏濒临死亡。清澈见底的小溪，清新甜润的空气，小鸟在林间欢快的歌唱……妈妈给我描绘了一幅她小时候生活过的地方的景象。但是我看到的却是白色的塑料袋漂浮在水面上，水面浸着的白色泡沫散发出臭味。废电池、垃圾为环保工人添加很多危险。你今天把垃圾随手一扔，明天有可能别人就因为捡到这个失去了宝贵的生命。总而言之：你的一个小小的举动，却让别人要用上3倍、4倍甚至更多时间来捡。宁可我们多走几步，也不要扔垃圾。

How is everything going? I have good news to tell you. A volleyball match

is going to be held in a few weeks and our team will participate.

As for the detailed information of the match, there will be probably dozens

of teams which are going to make a revolving competition. Additionally, not only

can the top three teams each be awarded a medal but all the other teams taking

part in it will get a reward as well. What will be the most attractive is that

it will be a great honor for the top three teams to receive special volleyballs

that have the name of the most popular volleyball player on them. Therefore, we

must do enough preparations before the match, such as training as frequently as

we can.

So excited am I that I can’t wait to join in it.How about you? Looking

古往今来，地球母亲用她那身躯里的丰富的资源孕育了一个又一个的奇迹般的生命。原来，她和她的孩子们快乐地共同生活。可是，现在，人类为了自身的利益，将她折磨得天昏地暗。人类只有一个地球，而地球正面临着严峻的环境危机。“救救地球”已成为世界各国人民最强烈的呼声。

在古代那个科技不发达的时代，环境优美，并没有存在什么臭氧空洞，温室效应，大气污染PM2.5等等。而如今，我们的环境随着科技的日益发展，被渐渐破坏。

按常理说科技发达可以找到很多让环境好起来方法，但是这一幕又一幕惨不忍睹的画面又是怎么回事呢？真相只有一个，那就是人类。 据我网上搜到的一篇资料上说：“ 由于人们对工业高度发达的负面影响预料不够，预防不利，导致了全球性的三大危机：资源短缺、环境污染、生态破坏等。人类不断地向环境排放污染物质，但由于大气、水、土壤等的扩散、稀释、氧化还原、生物降解等的作用，污染物质的浓度和毒性会自然降低，这种现象叫做环境自净。如果排放的物质超过了环境的自净能力，环境质量就会发生不良变化，危害人类健康和生存，这就发生了环境污染。 触目惊心的环境污染随处可见：天空昏暗、空气污浊、污水横流、垃圾围城……，连远在冰天雪地的南极企鹅体内也发现DDT等农药残余，珠穆朗玛峰遍地狼藉，蓝天碧水已经成为许多人儿时的记忆和遥不可及的梦想。 南极臭氧空洞，是因为过去氟利昂用量过多，排放到空气中造成的，会有大量紫外线照射地球，皮肤癌等发率升高，地球温度升高；许多水域会发生赤潮等是因为生活工业废水进入水域，这些水富含氮，磷，使水富营养化造成的，会导致鱼虾死亡，也会通过生物富集作用损害人们的健康；美国的原始森林遭破坏，是人为的，有很多树木都是被砍伐的。造成很多动物流离失所，甚至有些物种灭亡……这些铁一样的事实告诉我们，环境污染像恶魔般无情地吞噬着人类的生命。它威胁着生态平衡，危害着人体健康，制约着经济和社会的可持续发展，它让人类陷入了困境。

据资料显示，在北美洲、欧洲及大洋洲上空，臭氧层正在变薄，南极上空的臭氧层已经出现了“空洞”。而导致这一切发生的，都是我们人类，在平时生活中，人们汽车排放出的尾气，工厂冒出的浓烟，农民燃烧秸秆的浓烟，农药，含氟的用品，都是造成温室效应的罪魁祸首，破坏臭氧层。

我是一位博士，有一年我开着车，不知道干什么了，我突然来到了另一个星球，地球上的记忆全都忘得一干二净，在很多年后，我的记忆都回来了，而我又来到了地球，看到了另一个景象……

地球上没有一点儿生机，不像以前那么充满活力，我来到了曾经住过的森林，十分的脏，十分的热，温度高达五十多度，这里没有从前的安静，没有从前的树木，没有从前的小河，取而代之的是一片死气，树木只剩树根，小河已经干涸，里面竟然是一条条被晒死，干死的小鱼，我十分痛心地离开了森林。

在去往实验室的路上，发现空气中有大量的细菌、病毒、灰尘，要不是我戴着防毒面具，我都不知道能不能活下来，心想着。来到实验室门口，我大喊一声：“有人没”说完我后悔了，面具已经没用了，我赶紧离开了这。

我小心翼翼的来到了南极，我心想，南极可能会凉快一点儿，要不我跳水里凉快一下，我看到水，想都不想就跳进了水里，紧接着一声巨响，好热！没错，就是我叫的，这里都可以当温泉泡了，不过里面有好多垃圾，我生气的说：“人类啊！你们可不可以保护环境啊，地球都成什么样子了啊！”

要是大家再不爱护环境，神仙都救不了我们了，大家一起保护我们的家园吧！

从前，有一个荒废的小村庄，那里一片荒凉，满目疮痍，完全看不见绿植的存在。

之后，有一批人来到了这个荒芜的地方，看着眼前贫瘠的土地，他们不忍心任其荒废下去，便齐心协力一起种树，立志让它恢复生机。在大家的共同努力下，小村庄逐渐变得生气起来，绿色也渐渐出现在人们的视野当中。

他们选出了村长，制定管理环境，他说每砍一棵树，就要种一棵树，以此来维护平衡。

每年植树节的时候，他们都会在自己家门口的花坛里种些树。过了许多年，有的树成了参天大树，有的结了许多果子，还有一些刚刚种下长成的小树苗。一代又一代，生生不息，朝气盎然！

大家好!我是一名中共党员，现任浙江省余姚市桐张香垃圾处理场副场长。在08年元月九日看到扬子晚报上的一篇报道：湖北省天门市的“垃圾之争”，城管执法人员打死人的‘命案’，让我的心跌宕起伏、久久难以平静。我经过深思熟虑，认为有必要将自己的看法与见解提供给两会的代表们，并且希望各位代表们能够将垃圾处理问题放在一个较高的层次上进行讨论。

一、消除垃圾污染和危害，是利国利民利全球的大事。

我国是世界上垃圾包袱最重的国家之一，每年城市产生的各类生活垃圾总量达“亿吨之多，且垃圾处理水平很落后，科技含量低。目前处理垃圾的主要方法是把垃圾集中到农村卫生填埋，这相当于把垃圾的危害转嫁给农民，破坏农村环境卫生，严重污染土壤、水体等，.如今农民闹事现象己很普遍。农民过去只知厌恶苍蝇，现在已经开始懂得污染的危害比苍蝇更可怕，若不尽快拿出行之有效的解决方法，将会深深的影响社会和谐、稳定的发展;将会出现更多类似于天门市‘垃圾之争’的事件。

二、“垃圾除臭灭蝇生态化处理”方法是今后垃圾处理的发展方向。

余姚市桐张吞是闻名的‘杨梅’之乡，每年杨梅成熟的时节，也是苍蝇的高峰期，也是我们全体员工无不担心苍蝇毁坏杨梅农民闹事之时。从06年至今，臭气熏天，苍蝇成灾的垃圾场环境彻底的得到了改善，当地农民欣喜地说：“‘科技办法就是多。’当初垃圾场臭气逼人，现今比其它地方还清净，原因是2006年初，我场得知安徽合肥使用“垃圾除臭灭蝇生态化处理”方法，就与提供此项技术服务的丹阳市东南卫生化工厂取得联系，采用了他们的“垃圾除臭灭蝇生态化处理”方法，很快就出现明显效果。

当年8月9日至10日两天，由余姚市有关领导亲自参加，共组织200余人来到垃圾场参观考察，还特地安排在距垃圾作业区约三四十米处就地用餐，整个就餐过程中没有一人有脏臭不适感，参观结束，所有人员无不称说是一大‘奇迹’。2007年，我们从所有的垃圾箱、中转站从源头就开始使用，结果整个城市几乎已闻不到垃圾臭味，垃圾场也几乎看不见有苍蝇。

★垃圾污染是严重的环保问题，国家创卫应把它列为重点内容。

城市的垃圾箱、中转站、垃圾处理场以及运送垃圾的车辆，每逢夏秋之时，无处不是“臭气熏人、苍蝇成灾”，甚至连奋战在垃圾处理一线的环卫工人的身体也占有臭气。这与光荣评选卫生先进城市应感到是一种羞耻。

实践已经证明：垃圾污染被清除，臭气、苍蝇就自然消失，空气质量也会提高，人民减少生病。估计可以节省的医药费用会是处理垃圾所需费用的千倍万倍。除有可能会影响部分医院的经济效益，其它别的应该是有百利而无一害。

“垃圾除臭灭蝇生态化处理”方法不仅可以清除垃圾的臭味和苍蝇，还可以消除有机垃圾的有害物质和气体，还可有效抑制有害致病菌的生长繁殖，彻底除去污染源。同时还节省覆盖粘土达七倍之多，还可使有机垃圾减量30%。值得一提的是：该方法不含任何有毒化学成分，能从根本上消除污染危害。但目前尚未见在全国推广，本人了解有以下原因：

首先厂方考虑到垃圾处理需要低成本，顾及用户的利益，不愿在广告宣传中过多投入增加成本。

其次是发现市场上有不正当竞争现象甚至有类似香精等物制成的除臭品搅乱市场，影响“垃圾除臭灭蝇生态化处理”方法的有效推广!

第三、我国爱国卫生运动过去几十年对环卫部门的要求只是消灭苍蝇(包括卫生评比检查)，农民闹事大多数也是因苍蝇而起，所以环卫部门对消除垃圾危害的要求认识还不够深刻，导致对垃圾处理的新技术不敏感。

三、消除垃圾危害迫在眉睫。

全国有数以万计的环卫员工和上千万居住在垃圾场附近的农民，他们的身体健康时刻在遭受垃圾危害的侵袭，现在消除垃圾的危害迫在眉睫。为此，我有如下几点建议：

1.建议相关代表能够关心一下自己本地区的垃圾处理情况，把

“垃圾除臭灭蝇生态化处理”方法通报给当地政府的有关部门;

2.建议各级爱国卫生运动委员会把消除垃圾危害的任务列为和

扑灭苍蝇任务同等重要。

3、建议各新闻媒体多报道一些垃圾危害和处理垃圾存在的难题，

对“垃圾除臭灭蝇生态化处理”方法的成果进行专访和如实报道。

4.建议大会将此信印发给各位代表参考。

为了社会的稳定与和谐，为了建设有中国特色的社会主义城市，让我们一起共同来解决垃圾问题，让生活变得更加美好!
