始终有梦，让我脚踏实地

如果我说，从小我就梦想当航天员，那一定是骗你的。那时候，我根本就不知道还有航天员这种职业。我是在实现了一个又一个大大小小的梦想之后，才有了当航天员的梦想，才有了飞天的梦想。

你或许不相信，我在小学五年级的时候，做梦都想成为学校篮球队的正式队员。但因为我个子矮，总是上不了场，只能在底下坐冷板凳，给正式队员拎包。那时候心里委屈极了，回到家就蒙在床单里哭。但哭有什么用?不服输就得练。我从邻居家借来一个瘪了的篮球，在自家土墙上用粉笔画了一个篮筐，然后每天放学就对着那个“篮筐”投球，晚上也接着练。终于，在一次关键比赛中的最后时刻，队里主力受伤下场，轮到我替补上场。我迅速扭转落后7分的局势，还在最后时刻投出一记压哨2分球，为我们队赢得至关重要的胜利。这之后，我就成为篮球场上永远的主力。

这个世界上，有些事值得我们用生命去置换

我的职业是航天员，航天员的使命是时刻准备执行飞天任务，并不是完成一次壮举就可以了。国家花了那么高的代价培养我们，花费了大量人力物力，只有时刻准备祖国挑选，时刻准备去飞，才是对国家最好的回报。

我为什么对小时候打篮球的事印象这么深?我人生的底色其实在那时候就开始涂了。打篮球让我明白一个道理：身高不占优势、其他不占优势，你凭什么?你必须有个绝活。绝活从哪里来?时刻准备。宁可备而不用，也不能用而不备。我这一年时间，几乎没有出过航天城，几乎没有双休日，每天晚上12点之前几乎没有睡过……

每一次飞天，都是一场寂寞的坚守。但我和我的战友们都很享受这份坚守，愿意为这份年复一年、日复一日的坚守付出所有。

“神七”飞天回来，我们乘组三个人第一次到香港访问，在一个体育场与学生们交流的时候，有一个小学生问我：叔叔，您不怕死吗?我回答：叔叔跟大家一样，都是普通人，也不是什么“钢铁侠”，一样怕死。但这个世界上，有很多事情值得我们用生命置换，比如我们从事的航天员这个职业。从这个角度讲，我又不怕死。我当时建议同学们有机会到发射现场感受一下，我们的屁股底下坐的是二级火箭，当你听到点火之后那巨大的轰鸣声时，你就会切身体会什么叫高风险职业。但是，这份职业值得我们用生命去置换。

选择继续飞行，是在践行面对国旗的承诺

有一个有意思的巧合，我每一次出征年都是奥运年。今年里约奥运会，夺取中国首金的是女子射击，总教练是王义夫。王义夫1984年第一次参加奥运会，从1984年到2004年，他以运动员身份参加了6届奥运会，此后又以教练的身份参加了3届奥运会，一共参加了9届。我才“参加”了3次，和他比起来差远了。运动员的舞台在奥运赛场，航天员的舞台在太空。王义夫是我的榜样，我希望像他那样一直战斗下去，一辈子就做好这一件事。

今天我们所做的一切，在很多年之后看来，一定就像人类在100年前的奥运会上创造的纪录一样平淡无奇。但人类的进步不正是建立在一步一步的拓荒之中吗?我的战友杨利伟虽然只飞了21个小时，从时间上都没有我们后面多，但是全球华人会永远记住他，他是NO.1，他开创了历史，实现了中华民族几千年的飞天梦想。这是一场接力，随后费俊龙、聂海胜从杨利伟手中接过了这个接力棒，这3位开拓者、先行者毫无保留地把经验传授给我们，给我们飞天的勇气和力量。我和我的战友们只有干好了这一件事，才不辜负传到我们手中的接力棒。我愿用一辈子去完成哪怕是不起眼的一小步。

不管飞得再高再远，感恩的心永远不变，初心永远不变。今年我国首个航天日，我们所有飞过天的战友在杨利伟的带领下，面对鲜艳的五星红旗，再次重温我们18年前加入航天员大队时候的誓言。最后一句话“甘愿为祖国的载人航天事业奋斗终生”，其实就是我们的初心。选择继续飞行，理由只有一个——践行我们面对国旗的承诺。

每一次飞天有太多人在托举着我们，我们的背后是祖国，是家人，是战友，是各级组织，是无数航天人，是所有中国人。航天员科研训练中心的很多专家，以他们为代表的所有专家、所有科学家、所有科研人员，都是无名英雄，因为成功以后，鲜花、赞誉都捧在我们手上，他们有时候就累倒在训练现场，家里老人生病、孩子没人照顾……应该把英雄的军功章给他们!向所有航天人致敬。他们是给我们增添钢铁翅膀的人，他们就是我们的翅膀!

陈冬：赶上这个时代，是我们的幸运

坚定为梦想努力的决心

2003年，我25岁，刚分配到飞行部队。有一天飞行归来看直播，杨利伟出征时穿着航天服的身影那么雄壮。当时真是热血澎湃：这才是顶天立地的英雄!后来听说他和我一样，飞的都是强击机，心里不由一动：有一天我会不会当航天员?

飞强击机在低空，我一直想飞得高些、再高些，想冲出大气层看看。但我很清楚，当航天员没那么容易，需要机会。但2008年9月27号下午，神舟七号航天员翟志刚英雄在太空挥舞国旗的身影真正触动了我。我就想，我该为此做些准备了。没想到，第二年，我国就开始选拔第二批航天员了。

我总是说：赶上这个时代，是我们这一代的幸运。人生的每一个重大节点都与这个国家大时代脉动同频共振。尤其是这一次，本来以为错过了，但机遇来了，你躲都躲不过。

当时航天员选拔体检的时候，我正带部队在西北参加军事演习，根本赶不回来。当时我觉得太遗憾了。没想到，演习结束回部队后，又接到体检的通知。原来，上面知道演习的消息后，又给了一次机会。当时真是开心极了。

很多战友都非常优秀，但飞行员训练强度大，很多人的颈椎、腰椎都有伤。我身体条件还不错，顺利通过了初试。

我非常非常幸运，竟然是英雄杨利伟面试的我。他那么亲切，问我愿不愿意成为航天员，怎么看到这个职业。我说：要把它当成事业干，不但要干好，还要把全身心投入进来。他对此非常肯定、赞许。那次面试之后，更加坚定了我为梦想付出努力的决心。

做最好的自己，把能使的劲都使出来

进入航天员大队之后，我先后经历了“神八”“神九”和“神十”的发射，与我一起加入航天员大队的刘洋和王亚平，先后加入了“神九”和“神十”的乘组，飞向太空执行任务。因为“神九”和“神十”男航天员只在第一批航天员里选拔，我只能等待机会。这一等就是6年。

6年已经很幸运了，景海鹏师兄等待了10年，刘旺师兄等待了14年，张晓光师兄等待了15年。这是一段长跑，又是一段短跑，你不仅需要耐力，还需要爆发力。为了做最好的自己，我把能用的劲儿都使出来，把能挤的时间都挤出来，全部投入到训练。将近两年的时间，我基本上放弃了所有的休息日。

能够入选“神十一”乘组，我感到非常骄傲和自豪。自己的飞天梦想马上有机会实现，确实值得兴奋。但是兴奋过后，很快就趋于平静，把精力放在如何完成好此次任务上了。我有百分之百的信心把任务完成好，因为不到发射前一秒，我就不会停止准备。

我看着祖国的时候，他们也看着我

完成工作是第一位的，闲暇时刻，我想争分夺秒透过舷窗好好看一看祖国，这也是我一直以来的愿望。在地球上，人类喜欢仰望太空;真到了太空，最依恋的还是地球家园。

我有一对双胞胎儿子，给他们讲《铁臂阿童木》的时候我会说：爸爸就像童话里一样，一不小心就上天了，而且飞得很高很高。他们应该不懂，但他们特别喜欢晚上出去看星空。这一点我特别欣慰，说不定哪天我看着祖国的时候，他们也看着我。

这次离家前，我跟他们说：爸爸出趟远门，你们有时间就看看夜空，去找找比较亮的星星，说不定爸爸在那里，然后给爸爸打声招呼。

逆向思维法是指为实现某一创新或解决某一因常规思路难以解决的问题，而采取反向思维寻求解决问题的方法。在做英语书面表达题时，我们亦可借鉴这种方法，从研究高考对书面表达的要求入手，以及阅卷者的感受，去迎合他们的要求，从而做到有的许矢，以求短时期内取得对书面表达的突破。

我们可以从高考作文的评分标准及阅卷的角度来审视一下对写作的要求，看看在他们的眼中优秀作文的共同点有哪些，哪些又是主要的失分点。通过研究高考书面表达卷评分标准，我们可清楚地发现，一篇高分书面表达必须具有以下特点：

内容要点齐全，清楚地表达了自己的观点并进行了充分合理的论证;

准确性高，描述恰当，时态、人称符合文章要求，语法、句法准确无误，结构严谨，标点、格式、大小写亦能正确应用;

连贯性好，衔接语使用恰当，全文结构紧凑;

使用了一些较为复杂的词汇，句式，能体现出较强的语言运用能力;

开头、结尾富有特色不落俗套，给人耳目一新的感觉。

通过对高考评分标准的研究，我们可能发现高分作文有着共同的优点。我们在平时就要严格遵循书面表达的要求，认真训练，积极发现自己的问题并做出有针对性地改进。

日记也是我们高考英语作文中会出现的一种类型，怎么样写日记能够拿到更高分呢?

第一，注意日记的格式：一般是左上角写当天的日期，右上角写当天的天气情况(cloudy/ clear/ windy/ rainy/ fine/ snowy…)。日期通常采用两种写法：一种是按“月、日、年”顺序;另一种是按“日、月、年”的顺序。注意要在年份之前有一个逗号，而且月份通常可用缩写词(如：Jan., Feb., Mar.等)。如果需要写星期，可将其写在日期的前面或后面。如：Monday, May15th, 2008或May15th, 2008, Monday

第二，抓准日记的时态：日记记叙的时间通常是在当天的下午或晚上，因此所用的时态多为过去时态。但应灵活掌握，如果日记叙述天气、描写景色或为了描写生动，也可用现在时。

第三，日记一般按事情发生的先后顺序记述，所以常需借助一些表示先后顺序的词语，如at first, then, later on, afterwards, finally, at last等。一定要注意句与句、段与段之间的连接和过渡，适当使用一些过渡词语使其连接紧凑、过渡自然。

第四，确立日记的中心要点，尽量突出主题，可以通过对某个细节、某个侧面的描写来突出主题，千万不要写成一个流水帐。

Thirty-eight years ago, the late Chairman Mao called on us to learn from Lei Feng. To mark the occasion, we organized an activity at a nearby bus station today.

At 8 o’clock in the morning, we arrived at the 712 bus station, where we were warmly welcomed by the drivers and conductors. Then we broke up into several groups. Some of us taught some drivers and conductors English, while others cleaned the buses. Still others directed traffic at the crossroads near the bus station and helped the elderly cross the street.

Let me take the environment for example, the atmosphere around Beijing is quite disappointing, factories and cars keep giving off exhausts into the air, we can hardly see the blue sky with our naked eyes, because the sky is covered with a thick layer of harmful substances. The sky is gray instead of blue. To our delight, the government has passed some laws of protecting the air, and we can do something useful, too. For example, whenever we go out for a long distance, ride the bike or take the buses and subways instead of taxis. You may not have a clue how it works. Another thing we need to work on is our English skills. Teachers and parents often put great emphasis on our English skills especially listening and speaking. I want to be a volunteer in 2008, to be an interpreter. For now, I must do something helpful to improve my spoken English. Rome isn’t build in a day, so is English. It can’t be improved in a day or two. It takes time and energy. There are no shortcuts to improve your spoken English; the most productive way is to grab all opportunities around you to open your mouth.
