As is known to all, waste on campus has become a more and more serious problem. We can easily see many students dump a lot of food in the garbage can. Some students spend thousands of yuan buying fashionable clothes and so on.

The negative effects of waste can be shown in the following aspects. In the first place, it makes some students dependent on their parents for money, which is harmful to their development.

If they don’t learn to support themselves, they will be “useless people” when they graduate. In the second place, it is not easy for our parents to arrange for our schooling. Last but not the least important, there is no denying the fact that our country is still poor. There are many people who cannot go to university and many poor people still need our help.

As far as I am concerned, I should set a good example to reduce waste on campus. First of all, I will refrain from wasting anything, from food to stationery. Why have elephants in South Africa faced so dangerous situation?First of all,some illegal merchants catch the elephants for their tusks to make all kinds of ormaments and medicine.For the other,The area of their habitates has been increasingly decreasing.Some effective measures must be taken to solve thes problems.

动物对人类这么友好，人们呢?毫无感谢之语，反而会杀害小动物。比如：取熊胆，就是把熊的胆汁取出来，熊每天都非常痛苦，许多熊都自杀了。还有海豚湾里的海豚，日本人最喜欢吃海豚里的一块肉，所以把它们杀了，鲜血直流，染红了大海。还有拔象牙，把拔掉的象牙拿去贩卖，把老虎杀了，拿它的骨头做药等。我们也会伤害一些小动物，把色彩缤纷的蝴蝶抓起来，关在铅笔袋里;把匍匐前进的蚯蚓踩死;把翩翩起舞的飞蛾翅膀折断等等，不管动物小不小，丑不丑，我们都要保护它们。

“大哥哥，你在干嘛呢?”一天下午，在我们住的楼下，我看见一个大哥哥拿着如把扫帚，在空中挥来舞去，不禁好奇地问道。可是这个大哥哥对我毫不理睬，自顾自地继续在空中挥舞扫帚。我有些无趣，又不愿意走开，就静静地坐在一旁观察。仔细看去，我发现原来在空中飞舞着一群蜻蜓。这才恍然大悟，原来他是在捉蜻蜓啊!

忽然，大哥哥兴奋地喊了起来：“抓住了，抓住了!”可是到跟前一看，地上有一只蜻蜓一动也不动，好像死了一样。他觉得很失望，上去就想一脚踩死它。我急忙冲了上去，大声地说：“你不要，给我吧!”大哥哥也不稀罕，没说什么，自顾自地走开了。

我小心翼翼地捧起了这只蜻蜓，放在手心里，心疼地看着它。它该有多疼啊?它妈妈该多着急啊?

我想拯救这只小蜻蜓，就让它在我手心里静静地休息了一会儿。我发现，它在挣扎着想扑腾翅膀，于是，我轻轻地把它抛到空中。让我惊奇的是，它居然能飞起来，只是飞得很低，飞得不远，很快就掉在地上。我跑步上前，再次轻轻捧起它，小心地呵护它，再次送它起飞。

就这样，一次，两次，三次……一次次的失败，我们都没有放弃。终于在第八次，小蜻蜓飞起来了，飞得高高的，飞得远远的。我目送着它渐渐远去，心里别提多高兴了。

在这之后的日子里，每当我走在路上，看到空中飞舞的蜻蜓，我总觉得，其中有一只，不，好像好几只，都在向我打招呼。我想，也许，我拯救的那一只就在里面，在它周围的，是它的爸爸妈妈、兄弟姐妹……
