My mother is a woman of the old school. She is too conservative to keep up

with the times. However, she is goodnatured and treats others sincerely. For

this reason, all her neighbors are only too glad (pleased) to make friends with

Today is the Dragon Boat Festival. Its Qu Yuans day of commemoration. In

the morning, I wore a beautiful skirt, I had eaten glutinous rice dumplings, and

I followed my father. Mother went to her grandmothers house together. I see my

brother. My sister is waiting for me at the door.

As soon as I got off the train, they were dragged into the room and played

games. I will be a patient first, my sister will be a doctor and my brother will

be a nurse. At noon, grandma made a full table lunch, we ate lunch, heart. The

aunt said, "if I can eat such a rich dish every day, I will be satisfied."

In the afternoon, when our family went back to grandmas house, my aunt.

have to wear masks when they go out.As air pollution is getting increasingly

Air pollution can have serious consequences for human’s health and also

severely affects natural ecosystems. Millions of people die of illnesses related

to air pollution every year.Due to particles from exhaust emissions,green house

effects result in warmer weather,acid rains corrode the earth,and frequent haze

causes traffic problems.

Confronted with such situation,positive measures should be adopted. The

government should keep its regulatory role for properly supervision. Related

rules should be made out for reducing emissions of new vehicles and limiting

high-emission vehicles.Factories should meet standards for curbing emissions of

pollutants in surrounding cities.Meanwhile, provinces and municipalities in each

target region should set up a mechanism for the joint prevention and control of

In the last several decades, our earth has been extremely polluted, such as

extreme weather becomes more and more frequent. Winter gets colder and summer

I have a two months summerVacation. During the holiday, I was very happy,

because I did not have to focus on my study all the time. But I still spent some

Tourism in China

Recent years have seen a tendency in China that tourism is growing faster. Facing this tendency, we can’t help exploring some underlying factors that are responsible. Teacher is a great job in most students’ eyes. When they are asked what they want to be in the future, most will say they want to be a teacher and make a contribution to the society. Indeed, we have access to the teachers all the time and they have great influence on us. So being a teacher is a ideal job for most students, but for me, I want to be a librarian. Chinese poet who loved his country deeply, drowned himself in the Miluo River

activities every year, including eating zongzi and dragon boat racing.

Mid-autumn Day is a Chinese festival. It usually comes in September or

October .On that day we usually eat a big dinner and mooncakes. It is said "Hou

Yi" missed his wife，so he made mooncakes. It looks like the moon.

There are many kinds of mooncakes. They are small round cakes with meat，

nuts or something sweet inside . eating mooncakes has been our custom. Families

stay outside in the open air eat a big dinner and mooncakes. The most important

thing is looking at the moon， On that day， the moon kooks brighter and rounder.

We call this moon the full moon.

On that day， families get together， so we call this day getting together.

This is Mid-autumn Day. I love it very much. Because on that day I can eat

mooncakes. And my brother comes back home. He works outside all year. Only that

day and the Spring Festival. He comes back. So that day I am especially happy.

Nowadays, smart phone has been part of our life. We can see people lowing

down their heads and playing smart phones all the time. When people are walking

on the street, the traffic regulations are no longer their first concern. It is

so dangerous for them to keep their attention on the phone. Dutch officers

figured out a new rule to let people realize the traffic lights. On the ground,

the traffic light can be seen. What a smart idea. When people are watching smart

Its spring now. The weather is warm and comfortable. Its a good time for

hiking. Therefore, my teacher organized a climbing for us. There is a beautiful

mountain in my city and its target this time. We took bus there and arrived

there at 9 p.m.. After we took off the bus, we started to climb. The mountain is

high but the scenery is beautiful. We are so excited that we climbed fast at

first. But after a while, some of us were tired,especially girls. They did not

want to go on anymore. But some others encouraged and helped them. All of us

slowed down our speed, so that no one was left behind. About 11:00 p.m., we got

to the top of the mountain. We were so happy that we did it. We feel that all

and more people cut down trees for money. As trees grow naturally, people dont

need to invest anything on them. But cutting down trees has destroyed our

nature. We have already seen the bad consequence. For example, we always suffer

from the flood and drought disaster; many animals are facing the danger of dying

out, because their habitats have been destroyed; deserts are expanding, and

sandstorms are emerging. Our environment has been changed from bad to worse due

to the reduction of forests. Thus, the government should appeal people that

cutting down trees breaks the balance of our nature. Those who continue to cut

down trees should be punished severely.

Travel is a good way to refresh and broaden our horizon. During your

travel, you can turn off your cellphone and keep far from the Internet. You can

forget your work, your study or your family, and just enjoy the leisure time.

From the moment when you start your journey, all the trifles should be locked at

your house. During the travel, you can kill your time slowly to have a good

rest, and you can contact with different people. They may be a window for you to

know a different world. Meet various people, experience things, which make your

world bigger. You just clean up your entire mind and you can get the true

meaning of travel.

I like reading very much during summer vacation. Let me tell you something

about my reading.

One day, I just finished my meal and went to the front of the bookshelf to

look for the books I wanted to read. My eyes are on the famous little woman. I

couldnt help but pull the book out of the shelf. Sit on the bed and look with

interest. What a wonderful book! I am like the scene in the book of dragon road:

I am happy for the little hero when he receives the gift; I am sad for the

little hero when his canary dies.

Time passed by minute by second. Unconsciously, I have been reading for

three hours, and my eyes begin to ache, but I am still reading there, until five

hours, my eyes are willing to strike.

When I went to middle school, it was hard for me to adjust the new

environment at first, because there were so many subjects to learn, I fell

behind other students. I did not know what to do, I just wanted to get away from

school. I talked about my annoyance to my friend, she told me that I got too

much pressure and she suggested me to take relax and made progress step by step.

She said everything would be better someday. Now I have made progress and when I

look back on the passed days, it was just a small problem for me. I got over the

hard moment and become a strong person.
