“丁零零”，放学的铃声响了，我飞奔出教室，老爸已经在校门口等我了，钻进我家新买的小轿车，行驶在宽阔平坦的水泥路上，我的思绪也一路飞扬，陷入回忆。

一大清早，老爸就特别高兴，嘴里哼着小曲，因为今天老爸要去买新汽车，新汽车，新汽车，嘿嘿，重要的事情说三遍。他拿了一根火腿肠，随手抓起一听“红牛”，在奶奶的唠叨声中出门了，“路上注意安全，注意安全……”

盼望着，盼望着，爸爸回来了，汽车的脚步近了。多么漂亮的小轿车呀，崭新、锃亮，黑色的车身熠熠闪光，像镜子一样能照出人影。我围着小轿车转了一圈又一圈，高兴得欢蹦乱跳；奶奶用颤抖的手抚摸着小轿车，嘴里一个劲儿地念叨“感谢共产党，感谢共产党让我们过上了幸福的生活，‘没有共产党就没有新中国，没有共产党就没有新中国……’”奶奶竟然情不自禁地唱起了她最喜欢的歌。

老爸说：“他现在是拥有三辆车的土豪了，自行车-摩托车-小轿车。”老爸推出了他那辆“永久”牌的三八大杠自行车，虽然已经很破旧了，挡泥板上也长满了蚕豆大的锈斑，但爸爸却把它擦拭得很干净。骑着它在满是泥坑的土路上飞奔，是爸爸小时候最大的快乐。

“时间都去哪儿了，还没好好感受童年就溜走了……”，老爸上班了，用自已的工资买了一辆红色的摩托车，现在这辆摩托车仍然停在我家的车库里，在上幼儿园的时候，爸爸常用摩托车接送我上学、放学。我坐在摩托车的后座上，发现爸爸的背是那样的宽阔，替我挡住了呼呼的北风。现在我上小学了，我家有了小轿车，再也不用担心风吹雨打了。爸爸摸着我的头意味深长地说：“感谢共产党”。咦，这不是奶奶的“名言”吗？

最近，我们全家都在追剧-《人民的名义》，剧中的陈岩石爷爷曾经说过这样的话“在战争年代，扛炸药包那是共产党员才有的权利！”正是千千万万像陈岩石爷爷那样的共产党员舍生忘死，我们才过上了今天的幸福生活。我的耳畔又响起了那首熟悉的歌“共产党辛劳为民族，共产党他一心救中国，他指给了人民解放的道路，他领导中国走向光明……”。

The twentieth century has brought with it many advances. With those advances, human lives have changed dramatically. In some ways life is worse, but mostly it is better. Changes in food preparation methods, for example, have improved our lives greatly.

The convenience of preparing food today is amazing. Even stoves have gotten too slow for us. Microwave cooking is much easier. We can press a few buttons and a meal is completely cooked in just a short time. People used to spend hours preparing an oven-cooked meal, and now they can use that time for other, better things. Plus, there are all kinds of portable, prepackaged foods we can buy. Heat them in the office microwave, and lunch at work is quick and easy.

Food preparation today allows for more variety. With refrigerators and freezers, we can preserve a lot of different foods in our homes. Since technology makes cooking so much faster, people are willing to make several dishes for even a small meal. Parents are more likely to let children be picky, now that they can easily heat them up some prepackaged macaroni and cheese on the side. Needless to say, adults living in the same house may have very different eating habits as well. If they don’t want to cook a lot of different dishes, it’s common now to eat out at restaurants several times a week.

Healthful eating is also easier than ever now. When people cook, they use new fat substitutes and cooking sprays to cut fat and calories. This reduces the risk of heart disease and high cholesterol. Additionally, we can buy fruits and vegetable fresh, frozen or canned. They are easy to prepare, so many of us eat more of those nutritious items daily. A hundred years ago, you couldn’t imagine the process of taking some frozen fruit and ice from the freezer, adding some low-fat yogurt from a plastic cup and some juice from a can in the refrigerator, and whipping up a low-fat smoothie in the blender!

Our lifestyle is fast, but people still like good food. What new food preparation technology has given us is more choices. Today, we can prepare food that is more convenient, healthier, and of greater variety than ever before in history.

随着最后一条终点线被撞落地面，激烈的赛事已接近了尾声，热闹的操场渐渐安静下来，正在进行的是运动大会表奖仪式，当表奖老师念到初中部八年级时，我们每一个人的瞳孔都随着加快的心跳声逐渐张紧。这是老师不在的日子里我们共同努力的成果，我们要给老师惊喜。我们不能让老师失望!要知道，一位整天在外打拼的母亲，最幸福的一刻不过是看见自己的孩子在成长，在进步。“八年级，第一名：八年二班。总分……”凝固的空气瞬间被一股欢呼的暖流冲破，当我们渐渐平静下来时，一个瘦小的身影跳跃着冲向领奖台，那样子就像奔跑在五月的花海。我们不知道孙老师是何时来到楼下的，但此时老师手中的大奖状已成为老师最渴望的幸福。当老师渐渐跑近，我们在她的脸上又看见了久违的笑容，在那笑容当中也融合着岁月的沧桑，这复杂的面容不仅引起我一丝丝的辛酸，但这辛酸是甜蜜的，是幸福的!

几天之后，孙老师和其他校领导们的共同努力换来了全市校人员的一致好评。全市规模的参观考察终于圆满结束了!在短短的几个星期中，我明白了幸福的真谛。其实幸福就藏在奋斗后的喜悦中，藏在操劳后的关怀中，藏在彼此间的真情中。

有房有车，不一定有快乐;有钱有势，不一定有幸福。美丽的教学楼，洁净的塑胶操场只是为我们提供了温馨、优越的学习环境，但有了拼搏，有了收获，有你有我，才能拥有真正幸福的生活!

有一天我在家里突然想吃牛排了，妈妈说：“这样吧，我们在家里吃，又卫生又实惠。妈妈让你从网上选几包，买回来后妈妈亲自煎给你吃。”我点头答应了。接着，我拿过妈妈的手机。选了一款看上去非常好吃的牛排，然后把手机递给妈妈，妈妈说：“宝贝，你等着，明天早上牛排就到了。”

第2天早上我睡得正香，突然感觉耳朵旁边痒痒的，醒过来，发现妈妈正趴在我的耳朵旁喊我，我睡眼朦胧、一脸疑惑地看着妈妈，心想妈妈怎么这么早叫我起床？”妈妈说：“牛排到啦，小猪快别睡了，起来去看看牛排吧，我都已经给你煎好了。”我一听，口水立刻流了下来，迅速起床后去刷牙洗脸。当我坐到了餐桌前，看到煎锅里的那诱人的牛排，我兴奋极了，立刻开始狼吞虎咽的吃了起来，妈妈在旁边看着我，笑眯眯的说：“宝贝慢点吃，还有呢，你可别噎着了。”

吃完了，我突然想到一个问题，于是问妈妈：“妈妈，我昨天只是选好了牛排，把手机交给了你，怎么今天早上就到了呢？莫非牛排知道我在想些什么？”妈妈笑着说：“宝贝，你想错了，其实你把手机交给我之后，我就点击了“立刻购买”，用自己的支付宝付钱。输入咱家的地址，然就只要等着送上门的牛排就可以了。我恍然大悟：哦，原来是这样啊。

现在咱们国家的物流这么发达，付款也这么方便。以前想吃牛排只能去专门的饭店或者去超市付现金，现在我们足不出户地等待送货上门，交易都靠手机付款，我们中国人的生活越来越方便了，生活在我们国家真是太幸福了！以后我长大了，也要想方设法地作出贡献，让人民生活的更方便、更幸福！

我是一个三年级的小学生，每天都很快乐。我是外婆带大的，她勤劳朴实，可却是个十足的“老土冒”。

她以前只有一部老人机，还经常关机。每次我和妈妈临时有事，都很难找到她。记得刚上幼儿园时，有一次春游提前放学，妈妈怎么也联系不上她，害得我在幼儿园整整发呆了2个小时。她的记性还特别差，小时候，有一次带我上街买烧饼，跟小贩讨价还价了半天，好容易谈拢了价格，却发现根本没带钱包，害得我啥也没吃成，大哭了一场。外婆也经常想念以前的朋友。虽然想老朋友的时候可以打打电话，但是还是没有见面聊得开心。

自从爸爸妈妈买来智能手机，家里的柴米油盐再也不用外婆去超市搬了。只要手机点点，东西就送上门啦。外婆看了，心里似乎也痒痒的，破天荒地让妈妈也给她买一个智能手机。手机买回来了，可是她不会用啊。爸爸妈妈给她装了很多软件，一个一个地教她怎么用。我也凑上去一看，和妈妈的如出一辙。有微信、淘宝、百度、墨迹天气、美图秀秀……啥都有。可是还有一个难题，外婆普通话不标准，也没学过拼音，爸爸又额外给她装了个手写输入法，这下就齐活了。我看外婆带个老花镜，成天琢磨来琢磨去，重要的还拿笔记本记录下来，那样子比我上课听讲还认真呢。

瞧，外婆现在一有空就刷微信，我看见她的朋友圈里好多老爷爷、老奶奶都发着视频、图片，外婆成天乐呵呵的，天南海北的朋友们仿佛天天都能见面，她再也不说无聊了。

外婆还学会了在淘宝上买东西。前不久我过生日，她还在网上给我买了一套乐高积木送给我，这套积木我在商场找了半天都没找到呢，真是太令我惊喜了。我忍不住抱着外婆亲了又亲。外婆还说，以后上街买东西再也不用担心忘带钱了，手机扫扫就能付了。

我的外婆特别反对我们到外面餐馆吃饭，她老说外面吃饭不干净，可是外面的菜好吃啊，很多菜家里根本做不出来嘛。就拿我最爱吃的松鼠桂鱼说吧，那滋味又酸又甜，回味无穷，我们只能趁外婆回老家时偷偷去外面餐馆点着吃。可是上周四晚饭时，我问到一股熟悉的味道从厨房飘出来。我出来一看，一盘色香味俱全的松鼠桂鱼已经摆上桌了。我简直不敢相信自己的眼睛，难道这是外婆点的外卖吗？不可能吧，她不是最反对吃外面餐馆的东西吗？外婆得意地对我笑了笑，指了指手机上的“下厨房”APP，说：“我照着这个做的，快尝尝，味道怎么样？”我夹了一块鱼肉放入嘴中，啊，又鲜又美，和餐馆里做的一模一样啊。

现在，外婆已经变成“时尚达人”了，我不懂的内容也只要用外婆的手机查一查就知道了，我再也不说外婆是“老土冒”了。

科技的发展、智能手机的普及，不仅方便了外婆，还提高了我家的生活水平，让我们一家都变得更幸福了。我也要好好学习科学文化知识，将来创造出更多更有用的新科技，造福人类，方便大家！
