With the development of the Intemet, the net bar plays an important role in peoples life. More and more people, especially students, like to go to net bars. They are absorbed in playing video games, making bad friends and having a chat with "Meimei" on the net in the bar. Some students often go on playing late into the night in the net bar. As a result, not only does it do harm to their health but also produces a bad effect on their studies. Now a lot of net bars have been shut down in Beijing. But some students go by bus to the net bars at suburbs to play.

Fortunately, more and more parents and schools have realized it. Recently, more than six thousand students ensured that they would be far away from net bars in Jinzhou city, Liaoning Province. It is quite necessary for the students to get rid of the bad habit.

近年来，高考改革持续推进，颇受外界关注。今次公布的《规划》对此也作出部署。

《规划》明确，加大高校考试招生制度改革实施力度。积极创造条件，稳妥推进普通高校考试招生制度综合改革试点，逐步在全国推广实施高考综合改革方案，探索基于统一高考和高中学业水平考试成绩、参考综合素质评价的多元录取机制。

对于备受争议的高考加分话题，《规划》提出，要大幅减少并严格控制考试加分项目，规范并公开自主招生办法、考核程序和录取结果。

此外，要创造条件淡化并逐步取消录取批次，推进并完善平行志愿投档方式。

大家好!今天我演讲的题目是《热爱劳动，从我做起》。

“民生在勤，勤则不匮”，劳动是财富的源泉，也是幸福的源泉。宋范成大《四时田园杂兴》诗云“昼出耘田夜绩麻，村庄儿女各当家。童孙未解供耕织，也傍桑阴学种瓜。”毛泽东与毛岸英的谈话中也曾说过：“你在苏联的大学毕业了，这很好，但学的是书本上的知识，可以说这只是知识的一半。你还需要上一个大学，就是劳动大学。”可见，不管是古代还是现在，不管是诗人还是政治家，都很重视劳动。

“夙兴夜寐，洒扫庭内”，热爱劳动是中华民族的优秀传统，绵延至今。作为学生，劳动可能并不直接创造财富，但可以培养优良品质。可是现实生活中，也有一些同学不理解劳动，不愿意劳动。有的说：“我们学习这么忙，劳动太占时间了!”真是这样么?

我们学习的是科学文化知识，而劳动也是科学文化的源泉。古有鲁班造锯，现有杂交水稻。现代科技，再也不是“四体不勤，五谷不分”的人闭门造车的产物，你看袁隆平，为了研究杂交水稻，吃住在田间地头，才解决了几亿人的温饱问题，现在又研究出了海水稻，离开一线劳动，这些都是不可想象的。学习怎么能离得开劳动?劳动是最好的学校!

有的说：“科技进步这么快，劳动的事，以后可以交给人工智能啊!”那现在呢?人工智能就不需要人工操作了吗?可见，这种论调也是站不住脚的。霍金不能说话，要靠一个电子设备发声，但也离不开两个指头的敲击。人工智能是机器的高级阶段，但制造工具的是人，最终操作工具的也是人。随着科技的进步，人类出现了两极分化的现象——制造工具的越来越聪明，但使用工具的越来越“愚蠢”。后者往往容易被工具“反制”，而一旦离开了所谓的高级工具，就会成为一个“废人”，一定要警惕!

也有的说：“劳动这么苦，这么累，干吗非得自己干?花点钱让别人去做好了!”这也是为自己的懒惰找借口!别人能干，你为什么就不能干?今天你坐办公室，明天你就保证不去送外卖?不要歧视劳动，更不要歧视劳动者。劳动者最光荣!人类的进化，固然是出于大脑的发达，但也有赖于肢体的完善。“头脑简单，四肢发达”固然偏颇，但“头脑发达，四肢萎缩”也不可取，那跟一台座机有何分别?我想没有人会要那样的人生，你看看那么多体育明星和他们的粉丝就知道了。

当然，我们身边也还有着一些不尊重劳动的现象。既不尊重劳动者，也不尊重别人的劳动成果，特别是破坏公共卫生。这是认识问题，更是品质问题。我们要切实改变观念，从我做起，从现在做起，做一个爱劳动的人，为社会创造财富，为自己赢得幸福!

“北京!”当国际奥委会主席巴赫发出这天籁之音时，神州大地翘首以待的亿万中国人沸腾了!2022年，四年一度的冬奥会即将在北京举行，届时会上演一场拥抱冰雪的激情盛宴，各国运动员会在竞技场上用身体和意志诠释“更快、更高、更强、更团结”的奥林匹克精神。

奥林匹克精神真是古希腊文明奉献给人类社会的瑰宝之一。而举办冬奥会可以让全世界的人们都能有机会在古代发源地重温伟大的奥林匹克精神，触发人们重新审视今天仍然共同生活在这个星球上的人类自己的行为。随着冬奥会的接近，每一位中国人都热血沸腾，每每看到鲜艳的五星红旗伴随着嘹亮的国歌声冉冉升起，我的心便雀跃起来，仿佛插上了飞翔的翅膀，飞到了2022年的冬奥会场…...

我是一名大学生志愿者，我梦想可以在冬奥会中，穿梭在会场的各个角落，面带微笑，为需要的各国来宾提供帮助，维护公共秩序，保持现场卫生，时刻准备着弯腰捡起一个矿泉水瓶、一片小小的纸屑，我要将平凡的工作踏实做好，让参加冬奥会的宾朋好友们感受到我们国家的热情与友爱。

在最近的东京奥运会上，中国优秀的游泳运动员张雨霏在东京奥运会上，一天之内连续两次让国旗在游泳馆里升起，一路领先巨大优势获得金牌。不仅如此，中国田径运动员苏炳添，中国跳水运动员全红婵等运动员让全国人民热血沸腾。更高、更快、更强、更团结是奥运会的格言，奥运会无数个感动瞬间也鼓励着我们，而运动员们的故事也感动着我们，他们努力克服困难，创造了属于自己的美好瞬间。

而东京运动会的结束仅仅是中国的热身运动，中国即将迎来的，不仅仅是冬奥会，而是中国对国际社会的庄严承诺。2015年，北京成功申办2022年冬奥会和冬残奥会，将成为首个既举办夏奥又举办冬奥的“双奥之城”。作为全球规模最大的冬季综合性运动会，冬奥会的举办体现着一个国家的综合实力。

而面临2020年的疫情袭来，给全球体育赛事带来的巨大挑战，办好北京冬奥会、冬残奥会，是展现国家形象、促进国家发展、振奋民族精神的重要契机。中国将体育事业融入实现“两个一百年”奋斗目标大格局中去谋划，作为在重要历史节点举行的北京冬奥会，将极大提振民族士气、彰显民族自信。

我们不仅要办好一届冬奥盛会，而且要办出特色、办出精彩、办出独一无二来。如今，冬奥会筹办进入关键时期，中国正统筹抓好疫情防控和赛事组织，将绿色办奥、共享办奥、开放办奥、廉洁办奥的理念贯穿筹办工作全过程，以大国担当全面兑现每一项承诺。办好北京冬奥会、冬残奥会，必将有力推动我国体育强国建设。建设体育强国是中国全面建设社会主义现代化国家的一个重要目标。

我想我做了正确的选择，我的正确选择挽救了一条生命，一次选择能体现出深深的爱。

记得看过这样一个故事：一对幼年丧父母的兄妹相濡以沫，不幸的是医生诊断出妹妹得了病，急需输血。天真的哥哥认为把血输给了妹妹自己就会死去，通过冷静的思索，小男孩还是选择了救妹妹。后来，护士告诉小男孩：“你不会死，你能活一百岁。”小男孩高兴极了，走到妹妹面前，握住她的手，深情的说：“我能活50岁，你能活50岁，哥哥选择和你平分生命。”

多么动人的故事阿!多么感人的情感选择啊!放弃也是一种美丽。

当我们在感情的门前徘徊时，应学会放弃，学会承担责任，在选择中把握青春，在承担责任中长大成人!

岁，而且让我耳不聋，眼不花，儿子出来后我能看清他的脸，听清他说话，还能给他做饭洗衣照顾他。”当时在座的都了，为一位妈妈朴实的心愿而……

其实我们无需用什么华丽的词藻去赞美她，也无法用什么词语来表达，因为任何词语用到这位妈妈身上都不足以表达她那厚重的无私的爱意。我只想说妈妈在，心就在，家就在。母爱就是一条河，我们无法冷漠地跨越这条河。

记得自己小时侯在操场上学骑车，一开始父亲手不离车地帮我支配平衡，我很得意，以为自己会骑了，美滋滋的享受着骑车的快乐，谁知哐嘡一声，我重重地摔下车来，原来爸爸为了让我掌握平衡松开了手，我的腿流血了手也蹭破了，又疼又气的我冲爸爸大哭，可没想到爸爸的眼里射出的是冷漠的眼神，用手示意我站起来继续骑，我知道自己拗不过爸爸，就乖乖地站起开始一次又一次的骑车练习。后来听妈妈说，爸爸当时看到我的腿和手受伤都流泪了，但我似乎无法相信，一个男人怎会流泪，更何况当时他分明是冷漠的。直到后来我要远行，爸爸帮我整理行囊，一直默默不语，在我快要上车时，爸爸帮我挎好背包，我这才发现爸爸的眼睛红红的。突然间我意识到原来看似不语的爸爸，其实是在用心关爱着女儿呀。别人说父爱如山，我则认为父爱更像一条河，他是那样的深广，那样难测，那样难以跨越。

今年暑假听说病魔夺走了一个年轻人的生命，但他咽气时还不愿闭上眼睛睁。一个年纪相仿的人扑到他床边，动情的说：“朋友，你安心走吧!你的父母我会帮你照顾的，以后你的父母也是我的父母。”他安然地合上了眼。这样的友情不染纤尘，这样的真情清如河水。跨越过这样的爱河，才能懂得何为情。

造物弄人，情满人间。所有的爱汇成河，释放着生命的真谛，展示着生命的意义。让我们用心去品味，去感悟，去跨越那涌动的爱河。

纯洁的冰雪，激清的约会;用炽热的心，融化坚实的冰。五环迎风扬，北京冬奥会，拥抱四方友，以大国姿态，开启了2022年北京冬奥会，让世界可以永远相信中国美。

《我和你》又一次响起，1365名来自学校、社区和各地的普通人们，共同开创一场音乐盛礼。冬奥会开幕这天，正立春，恰逢二十四节气中之首位。这立春，代表的是一年的时光轮回，也代表人与自然和世界相处的方式，用它来倒计时，体现中国人对时间的理解，也寓意着各国协手盼来新的春天，体现浪漫的中国人为全国人民送上美好的祝愿。

一滴冰蓝色的水墨从天而降，幻化为黄河之水，倾泻而下，整个画面的意境，来自中国古老诗词：“黄河之水天上来。”这是对中国母亲河的浪漫想象与赞美。翻涌的浪涛最终凝结为一片晶莹剔透的冰雪天地，也好像是凝固了时光。一方巨大的水从冰面中升起，凝固成冰，过往2__届冬奥会举办城市的历史，随着环绕全场的24道“激光刻刀”的雕琢，闪回其上，最终定格为“2022中国北京”。

在这开幕式中，更有这样的细节。一个小鸽子迷路了，而这时，另一个小鸽子拉住她，回到队伍。这细心一幕象征台湾永远属于中国。“翘首期盼回家路，祖国统一叶归根。”“一鸽也不能少，迷路的孩子，早点回家。”这样的暖心举动，无不彰显中国对于早日实现国家完全统一的重视及对台湾同胞的热切关怀。

这次的火焰，是用氢能点燃的。没有奥运之火“点“的过程，也没有盛天的火焰，将熊熊燃烧的奥运之火，幻动成雪花般圣洁灵动的小苗，这一创意来自低碳环保理念，将成为奥运会历一个经典的瞬间。

中国人的纯粹与浪慢，融于冰雪纷飞，彰显中国时代担当的大国浪漫与情怀，世界可以相信中国美!
