Dragon Boat Festival is the traditional day in China, it is on the 5th day

The national student sports program, waged by the Ministry of Education and aimed at improving students health, was held from 10：00a.m.~11:00a.m.on April 29，2007 in many primary and middle schools all over China. Almost 11 million students in Jiangsu province participated in this program.

全国学生体育项目，进行了由教育部，旨在提高学生的健康，从上午10点举行。~ 11:通行292007四月在中国各地的许多小学和中学。江苏省近11000000名学生参加了这一计划。

The Ministry of Education advocates that we do exercises for one hour a day and can work healthily for 50 years. Our whole life will be very enjoyable.

教育部提倡我们每天做一个小时的运动，能够健康地活50年。我们的整个生活会很愉快的。

In my opinion, we senior high school students should do exercises for one hour a day even though our spare time is limited. Health is a basic condition for our study. If we did not do exercises, we wouldn’t be able to get good study records. So every one of you, join the program now!

犹记得2008年北京夏季奥运会时开幕式表演的震撼人心，圣火在鸟巢点燃时的流光溢彩，奥运健儿在赛场上挥洒汗水的激情彭拜，作为东道主迎接五湖四海的客人的自豪满怀。那代表奥林匹克精神的五环旗徐徐升起，承载着古老的华夏民族千百年来的希望和梦想，象征着悠远的文明古国在今日焕发出熠熠光彩。七年前，北京以一届“无与伦比”的夏季奥运会，在百余年奥林匹克树起了一座丰碑。如今，冬奥会的圣火又将在这片东方沃土上点燃。北京，这座有着3000多年历史的古都，将成为全球首个举办过夏季、冬季奥运会的城市。这对于促进冰雪运动开展，培育民众健康的生活方式，普及奥林匹克教育，弘扬奥林匹克精神，以及提升中国的软实力，全面展示开放、包容、和谐、共赢的国家形象和民族形象都有着重要的意义。

届时，延庆作为三大赛区之一，将承担高山滑雪和雪橇雪车共计19项比赛项目。作为一名新延庆人，衷心期望冬奥会能推动城市的发展，改善交通，优化环境，让延庆以更加优美的环境、更加良好的面貌，邀请世界各国客人来长城脚下过大年，展现中国传统文化，感受中华魅力，让世界看到不一样的延庆，不一样的北京，不一样的中国!我们预祝2022年北京冬奥会成功举办!

生活中，我们无时无刻不在做选择，在困难面前，我们必须做出选择：退缩或是挑战;在灾难面前，我们必须做出选择：保全自己还是帮助他人。而就在不久之前，我也面对过这样一次选择：诚信的选择。

那是一个阴沉的.下午，细雨绵绵，冷风呼啸，老师抱着一叠卷子走进教室，开始分发。“你们左右同学交换卷子，加一加分数，然后报上来。”老师说道。

很快，一张卷子传入到我的手中，上面的字迹是那样的熟悉，可哪一个又一个鲜红的大叉盖满了试卷，让我无法面对这个现实——这就是我的试卷?的确，这次考试我的分数很不理想，这让我的心情一下子落到了低点。

可出乎意料的是，不知什么原因，我的同桌小a给我多加了四分。于是，一个殷红的70分就这样出现在我的卷子上，看着这个在旁人看来还算不错的成绩，我的心情异常的复杂，截然不同的两种声音在我脑海中回荡：

“这个分数多不错啊!你拿回去给你爸妈看，你妈、你爸肯定会高兴的!”一个尖锐的声音响起。

“但你呢?你能高兴吗?这四分不是你的，拿着这个成绩，你的良心会不安的!”另一个低沉的声音响起。

可尖锐的声音又响起了：“放心吧，那四分是他自己想送给你的，又不是你问他拿的，天上掉下的馅饼，不捡白不捡!”

“你的良心会不安的。”“不会的。”“会的。”尖锐的声音和低沉的声音一直在争执着。

就这样，面对着卷子上那个闪闪发光的七十分，面对诚信与分数的抉择，我犹豫不决，我不知道是悄无声息地选择高分还是光明磊落地选择诚信。

一分钟过去了，二分钟，三分钟，四分钟过去了，终于，我站起身，来到老师跟前，对老师说：“老师，分数算错了”……

当我再次回到座位时，我感到心中有一种特别的快乐。因为面对选择，我选择了诚信，你呢?

近日，“青力冬奥”品牌活动在北京工业大学正式发布，现场还揭晓了活动吉祥物“京小团”。

北京冬奥会已进入倒计时，这场“冰雪盛会”离不开青年的参与。“燃动青春助力冬奥”北京冬奥宣讲团也同步向青年学子发出了冰雪邀约。

团北京市委钟棉棉介绍，从今年9月开始，团北京市委围绕青少年冰雪运动推广、志愿服务青年行动、国际青年交流和冬奥创新创意活动四个方面组织开展了一系列主题活动，汇聚青春力量，共赴冬奥盛会。

“耳边是呼呼的风声，我像小鸟一样自由地飞翔。”北京冬奥宣讲团成员郭丹丹曾是当之无愧的“雪上公主”，她在“青力冬奥”品牌活动发布当天的现场分享了自己的冰雪记忆。1995年，15岁的她为中国在世界自由式滑雪赛事上拿到了首个冠军。现在，至今她依旧记得，五星国旗在赛场上升起时的自豪感。

2019年，奥林匹克文化推广人侯琨开始了宣传北京冬奥的环球行。他带着北京冬奥会的会徽、邮票和吉祥物玩具，走访了14个国家，向世界介绍北京冬奥，他也在活动现场讲述了自己的故事。

北京冬奥宣讲团自成立以来，在全国各地共宣讲330场，直接受众超过13万人，青年与冰雪运动文化的故事吸引了很多人。现场，各位宣讲员在卷轴上共同签名，正式启动“燃动青春助力冬奥”北京冬奥宣讲团走进百所高校的第二季活动。

听过宣讲员的介绍之后，北京工业大学冰壶社成员霍仕雄表示，这些故事给了他更多克服困难的力量，而未来，他将继续努力，让冰壶运动被更多人所了解。

接下来，“青力冬奥”活动将为青年提供更多直接参与北京冬奥会的机会。

在志愿服务方面，团北京市委将实施“育英强基”冬奥志愿者选育工程，青年可以参加单项冬奥赛会志愿者综合素质提升活动，参与打造服务专业、勇于担当的志愿者队伍。

青年可以参与团北京市委组织的青年奥林匹克、北京友好城市、国际青年云对话、共赢未来国际青年交流营等活动，通过线上线下相结合的方式，与世界各国青年交流共建共治共享的全球治理方案。

北京，是全球首个“双奥之城”，2008年北京奥运会的奥运遗产正在持续产生影响。十余年后，一代人从少年成长为青年，他们还将实际亲历冬奥、奉献冬奥、感受冬奥，成为“3亿人上冰雪”的主力军，创造新的奥运文化。
