Everybody knows drinking a little is good to health, but excessive drinking is bad. Those who drink too much may not live long. Excessive drinking may cause many diseases, such as high blood pressure and heart attack. Drinking too much can also result in a series of family problems and social problems, such as the break up of a family and social crimes.

We’ll study harder and make our countrry stronger and more beautiful.

Last year, I went to Guilin for travel. On the train, I felt so bored. A

girl who sat next to me was reading a book, which caught my attention. I asked

her about the book, I found that I had read it before and then we discussed

about the novel. We talked happily, when the train arrived, we got off together.

When we got aparted, we promised to keep in touch. We communicated by the

computer. Now a year has passed, we become good friends and I miss her all the

time. She is a genuine friend. I plan to go to Guilin again and then we will

meet.

我，一个 15 岁的女孩，已经不再是小孩子了，对我来说，童年已和我隔了一条河流。在对岸，我遥望着，期盼看到什么。翻箱倒柜，找到了那时的“杰作”，一串千纸鹤。联想到了她，那个叫我折千纸鹤的她。

我长得太像个男孩子，心不灵手不巧，但对折纸等细活有极大兴趣。自己不会折，就请教他人。作为最合拍的同学，找她，成为我的首选。

她，性格开朗活泼，有说有笑，欣然答应“收我为徒”。耐心地叫我折千纸鹤的方法。

或许，我真的不适合做这种细活，方法掌握了，但折出来的哪是鹤，明明就是鸡嘛！“心灵手巧”这词，是跟我绝缘了。

她则跟我恰恰相反，心思细腻，手巧得很，真羡慕她的手巧。

她看着自己徒弟的作品，唉！笑个不停！师傅，给点面子，人人都有第一次啊！

不过，笑完后，她还是耐心地指导着我的细节问题。

就这样，“名师出高徒”，对我自己的作品，我有了一丝自信，至少像只鹤了。

小学的学习节奏不是那么紧张，所以，假日我和她常常在一起折千纸鹤，决心要串成一个门

帘。

或许我对折纸鹤只是三分钟热度，只完成了一串，就罢工了。所以，如今只留下十来只躲在柜角，回首往事。

现在你是否也在某一个地方想起了我呢？是不是还会折千纸鹤送给别人呢？是不是还爱开玩笑呢？

“天下没有不散的宴席”，你我的分开是必然的。我只希望你还能记得：小学有一位同学，名字叫陈瑶。

我不相信天长地久，不管是友谊还是亲情，我们正是一个很好的例子。同学六年，当彼此是那么无话不谈，你总对我说：希望我们的友谊天长地久。可现在呢？别说见面，聚会，连个电话也没有，我们之间还存在着友谊吗？或许只是一粒沙子，被淹没在心海。

童年的千纸鹤还在，可我却觉得它只是一个虚壳。
