通知单，可以用短信、电子邮箱或飞信等电子方式来发。家里没有电脑的同学，可以让大家把通知单用作业记录的方式抄回家，这样，可以节约不少纸张，也不会出现随地乱扔通知单的现象了。

水龙头，经常出现不关的现象，有时是因为同学洗手的时候，突然响上课铃了，大家一心急，就忘了关水龙头了。学校可以把水龙头改成自动感应式的，一有人把手放进去，水龙头就开，手一离开，水龙头就自动关闭，这样就不会出现水龙头一直开着放水的浪费现象了。

空调，同学们再天气并不是很热的情况去开，是因为有时早上凉，同学们穿的衣服比较多，到了中午，温度升高，再加上大家喜欢跑，就会感觉很热，所以喜欢去开空调。学校可以在类似的季节，提醒同学们早上穿上一件可以脱的外套，到中午的时候感觉热了就脱下来，就能冷热兼顾，而不会去开空调了。

impersonal pollution, on the other hand, refers to those things which are beyond our individual control. one example would be indus trial pollution, which is very hard to control because of the expenses that are needed. the american automobile industry, for example, resisted the law requiring smog-control devices because il feared the added expense would reduce profits. nevertheless, some laws protecting the environment have been quite successful in reducing pollution.
