近年来，农民的收入有了明显提高，居住条件得到不断改善。但是，我国农村污染问题却越来越严重，农村环境形势依然十分严峻：农业生产污染逐步加重，土壤和面源污染非常突出；生活污染和工业污染叠加，各种新旧污染相互交织；工业及城市污染向农村转移，危及农村饮水安全和农产品安全；农村环境保护的政策、法规不健全等。一些农村环境问题已经成为危害农民身体健康和财产安全的重要因素，制约了农村经济社会的可持续发展，威胁国家生态安全。

一、产生严峻的农村环境形势的原因

据有关资料显示：中国农村有3亿多人喝不上干净的水，其中超过60%是由于非自然因素导致的饮用水源水质不达标；中国农村人口中与环境污染密切相关的恶性肿瘤死亡率逐步上升。农村环境污染问题使农业生态环境恶化，影响耕地质量，影响农村稳定等等。农村环境恶化是由多因素共同作用造成的，但主要有以下原因：

1、环保意识淡薄，重视程度不够。

导致农村环境污染日趋严重的一个重要原因是部分地方领导没有树立正确的科学发展观，片面追求经济效益和政绩，在招商引资过程中没有把环境和生态优先考虑，没有将科学发展观真正落实到具体工作中。在处理环境与经济关系时，片面强调眼前和局部利益，以致在决策时，以牺牲环境为代价求一时的经济增长，走“先污染、后治理”的弯路。二是相当部分企业环保法制观念不强，在利益驱动下，在防治污染上消极对待，有的甚至闲置污染处理设施搞偷排。

2、现代化农业生产造成的各类污染

我国人多地少，土地资源的开发已接近极限，化肥、农药的施用成为提高土地产出水平的重要途径，加之化肥、农药使用量大的蔬菜生产发展速度快，使得我国已成为世界上使用化肥、农药数量最大的国家。但是，化肥利用率低、流失率高，不仅导致农田土壤污染，还通过农田径流造成了对水体的污染。目前，我国已有许多地区面源污染占污染负荷比例超过工业污染。另外，农药只有约1/3能被作物吸收利用，大部分进入了水体、土壤及农产品中，使全国大批耕地遭受了不同程度的污染，并直接威胁到人群健康。

3、环境规划的制定和实施难以到位

在我国，无论是农村城镇化建设还是农村经济的发展，都缺乏科学系统的环保规划，没有充分地考虑到环境因素。城镇发展布局和产业结构不合理，造成严重的农业资源浪费和环境污染。另外，许多地方的生态环境保护虽然有规划目标，但是一旦考虑经济发展，那些破坏环境的项目就全然不受环保规划的影响。

4、农民落后的生产、生活习惯

长期以来，农村生产技术落后，农民科学文化素质不高，养成了许多污染环境和破坏生态的不良生产、生活习惯。譬如缺少科学种田的指导，滥用化肥和农药；卫生条件差，垃圾随处扔；等等。这种淡薄和落后的环保意识在农民身上根深蒂固，造成制造污染的主体十分庞大，因而污染现象十分普遍，难以根治。

二、解决农村环境污染，实现农村可持续发展的对策

1、把农村环境保护置于更加突出的位置

农村环境问题，不仅是农村和农民的问题，农村环境的污染将导致整个生态环境进一步恶化，它制约经济发展，危害群众健康，影响社会和谐稳定。各级政府要从全局和战略高度，来认识和对待农村环境保护问题，把它置于更加突出的位置，要把解决突出的农村环境问题作为新农村建设的重要内容和改善民生的重要抓手，切实抓紧抓好。要防止城市和工业污染向农村和欠发达地区转移，把农村环境保护列入乡镇考核范围。

2、认真规划农村环境基础设施建设

切实做好村镇建设和环境保护规划，统筹规划农村的环境基础设施建设和污染防治工作。在固体废弃物特别是生活垃圾处置方面，合理规划，分类指导，建立垃圾处置设施；在生活污水处理方面，要结合村镇实际，科学规划环境设施，采用分散治理和集中治理相结合的方式进行；在畜禽养殖污染治理方面，将镇(村)环境建设规划与农业产业规划结合起来，控制和集中处理畜禽养殖业污染；调整优化农业产业结构，大力发展绿色食品和绿色产业，降低农药和化肥的使用量，有效防止农业污染，大力发展农村循环经济。

当我看完这个短片的时候，我受益非浅，我想；被污染的空气能使人的眼睛、疼痛、还能刺激人的气管、肺，使人咳嗽、气喘、甚至的肺癌。为了防止空气污染，我们要注意两点；一、不随地吐痰二、不乱倒垃圾。树叶还能吸附空气中的灰尘，有些树叶有监测空气污染的作用，所以我们要大量的植树造林。保护好地球环境！
