in the life, everybody has a lot of problem. for example, i am a wonderful student. i can usually get a high mark. i study very well. but sometimes i reckless of the examination, so, i can’t do it very well. after the exam, i blow it. most of my teachers usually apprehend me, but my mother sometimes makes little of me. she usually says that,’ honey, why you blew the exam, don’t forget, you are an excellent student, you must study hard, and you must get the high mark next exam.’

when my mother says that, i always feel very chagrin. i am not oracle, why i can’t make mistakes. but my father apprehends me. he thinks i am a children, so i can make a little mistake. i always study hard after i blew the exam, because my father cheers on me. i study hard for me, for him, of course, i study hard for my mother too.

In this fast-paced modern society, life can be sometimes very stressful. One may get overwhelmed by whats going on. There may be a feeling of helplessness and the worlds spinning out of control. Its easy to lose hope. However, hope is something can be created with an optimistic state of mind.Optimism helps to increase hope for several reasons. To begin with, hope is something appears from our inside world. All of us have capacity to generate hope. This capacity is closely related to optimism. Optimism help us overcome fear, supporting us with great courage and confidence to overcome any difficulties. In return, it allows us to hold on to hope. Whatever we do or whatever is done to us, it is always constructive to adopt an optimistic attitude. As the saying goes, smile and the world smiles with you, weep and you weep alone. If you let yourself down, no one can pull you out and the situation could only go from bad to worse. But as long as you have an optimistic state of mind, you can have the situation under your control and therefore be more hopeful. Last but not least, God help those who help themselves. It has been such a long time for Chinese people to carry out the family plan, so most families only have one child. But now the government has loosen the one-child policy, more and more families have the right to raise the second child. In my opinion, having the second child has many advantages.

中国人实行计划生育已经有很长一段时间了，因此大部分家庭只有一个孩子。但是如今政府放松了一胎政策，越来越多的家庭有权利养育第二个孩子。在我看来，拥有第二个孩子很多好处。

First, it is good for the only child to have a sister or brother, so that the child can learn to share things. The parents are easily to focus their all attention to the only child, they want to give all the things he wants. But in the long run, they don’t realize they have spoiled their child to be an emperor. Selfishness can be found on the only child, if he has a partner, then he will realize the need to share things with others. What’s more, the parents can distract their attention, so they won’t spoil their kids.

第一，对于独生子女来说，有个兄弟姐妹是好的，这样孩子就能学会分享东西。父母很容易会把他们的注意力集中在独生子女身上，他们想要给予孩子所要的一切。但是长期下去，他们没有意识到已经把孩子宠溺成了一个皇帝。独生子女很容易自私，如何他有一个伙伴，就会和别人分享东西的需要。而且，父母也会分散他们的注意力，这样就不会宠溺孩子。

Second, since in Chinese tradition the old people would not like to spend their later life in the nursing house, two children can share the burden of taking care of the parents and support them when they grow old. Those only children would be exhausted then while they have their own family to take care.

第二，由于在中国的传统里老年人们不愿意在养老院安度晚年，两个孩子也能分担一下照顾和赡养年老父母的压力。而那些独生子女们还要照顾自己的家庭，会力不从心。

Third, the more kids in the family, the happier the family will be. Watching the children play and fight is a kind of fun for the parents. The lively phenomenon makes people feel happy.

第三，家中越多的孩子，家庭就会更加的幸福。看着孩子们玩耍和吵架，对父母来说也是一种乐趣。热闹的环境让人感到开心。

Finally, we arrived in Guilin. After breakfast, we went to River Li. We

listened to the guide and enjoyed the views on boat. But I found the water in

River Li is dirty, many people washed clothes there. I feel angry and the trip

became boring and exhausting.

今天终于到了桂林，我们吃过早饭后就出发去漓江。坐上了船后，我们听着导游的讲解，观赏着风景。可是我发现漓江的水很脏，有很多人在那里洗衣服。我很气愤。在接下来的旅途中很无聊我也很疲惫。
