补习有好处也有坏处。对于不上进的学生来说是极坏的，他们认为自己学过这些知识就没必要再学，在学校上课不听讲，导致成绩下降;对于上进的学生来说是有好处的，他们再温习一遍知识，就可以记得更牢。

在暑期还有一个跟着课本由中国的夏令营活动，有去武汉的，横店的……我十分羡慕参加了这次活动的同学，他们不仅可以出去见见大城市，开阔自己的视野，增长见识，见识不同的风土人情，还可以锻炼自己的独立，学会自己生活，认识到父母的不容易。这种夏令营活动对同学们来说是十分有意义的，我希望可以多多开展夏令营活动，让更多的同学见见我们的祖国的大好河山。

第一，学习计划，具体如下：

1.争取7月1日至7月20日完成语、数、外三门暑假作业。计划大概每天完成6面暑假作业。

2.预习语文六年级上册的古诗词，文言文，日积月累等等。并有重点的选择背诵。

3.预习六年级上册数学相关内容。

4.预习六年级上册英语的课程，默写有关单词，听磁带。

5.每天看课外书，报纸，还可以看看动画片，但时间不能太长。

6.写暑假日记一本，作文10篇，练好钢笔字。

第二，生活计划具体如下：

1.培养个人的生活能力，比如：做饭、洗衣服。帮父母干一些力所能及的家务活，扫扫地，给父母捶捶背，帮父母买点东西等等。

2. 要注意个人安全等方面问题，不私自下河游泳，不能私自外出 ，不做危险违法的事。

3.要每天锻炼身体，坚持跑步，每个星期天去爬一次山。每个星期六去游泳馆游泳一次。每天还要早起，不睡懒觉。如果父母不在家，不能给陌生人开门，不跟陌生人讲话.。见人要有礼貌。

这就是我的暑假计划，我相信只要认真执行这些计划我就一定能过一个美好，愉快的暑假

暑假很准时的“光临”了我的生活，让我兴奋不已，却又有些措手不及，甚至想着什么才能上学。导致这一切的原因就是暑假生活太空闲，整天碌碌无为。

It was the second day of our summer holiday. I felt good. I felt I am free. I had a lot of time to do things I like. My parents are in Zhongshan. So I live alone but I don’t feel lonely. But I didn’t do something special. I stayed at home and watched TV. Oh! I wrote an Englishdaily composition. It was my homework. Today, I have slept for 14 hours.I thought I was very tired. It was time for dinner. I must go! I am very hungry.

I am planning to spend my summer holiday on sports this year. Playing basketball is always my favourite, so some of my classmates and I will form a small team and play basketball together. Sometimes we may have a match against some other teams and I do enjoy the sense when we win the game.

Today I found time was a cruel thing. Whatever man is, time always goes on. It won’t stay to wait for somebody. You can’t use anything to exchange time. Time is also a fair thing. Although you have a lot of money or you enjoy high reputation, time won’t leave them more. Today I found I hadn’t enough time. Although I have more than a-month holiday, but I found I had a lot of things to do. I had a lot of homework to do and I am essential to complete the homework as soon as I have time.

I have rested for 10 days. In these days, I felt very bored. I didn’t know to do what. Although I had a lot of things to do, I felt uncomfortable. I was ill because of the hot weather. I was tired, sleepy and had no strength. My parents are worried about my health. in fact, it didn’t matter. I was always in the room with air-conditioner and opened it in a low temperature. So when I went out, the high temperature disagreed to me.At last, I was ill.

It was sunny today. I was excited. I got up at a quarter to seven. I made a appointment to meet at nine o’clock. After I had my breakfast, I went to the Wanjia Market . It was hot outside. When I arrived, my friends didn’t arrive. I waited for him in front of the KFC’s door. I haven’t seen them for a year. And in a year, we didn’t come into contact with others frequently. About ten minutes left, my friends arrived one by one. After we greeted,we went to play basketball in Liwan Gymnasium. The match last for tow hours.Oh!I fill very happy today!

Yesterday we played happily, but there were only ten people. I remembered last year there were twenty-two people at all. I heard some my friends had gone abroad. They went abroad to study. Maybe I couldn’t see them in the future. I think next year we won’t make a party. Next year is a very important year. We all will prepare the new term’s new subject.I know, it is the most important for us now.

This holiday is my best busy holiday for I am learning English, computer and word and I fall in the weekend exam. Many times I want to take today off, but my mother said to me:“go on, you must belive that you can do it.” So I have to try. Now my English is better than 2months ago. I must thanks my mother, she is good for me. Practices makes perfect.

apples bananas and a big watermelon.I"m buying some new books ,because I like reading interesting books very much.Then we get home.I"m very happy!

暑假真漫长，所以我要利用这个假期来进行的我的伟大计划，那就是减肥，我从网上查找了一些资料，我看到网上说：“胖不是能量摄取过度，而是下滑和排泄功能受损，力量不足才造成的垃圾没办法排除，不要只是一味不吃，反而我们要为内脏提供适当的能量与营养，让他们正常工作后才能把垃圾排出去!”

所以我制定了属于自己的一套减肥健身饮食计划：

规律素食

每天吃素食或者无糖食物，规律吃三餐的人改成以往食量的2/3，不规律吃三餐的人要少食多餐。如果想吃饭，就必须吃素，一点肉蛋鱼都不能碰。吃素看起来比较自由，但是每餐所吃的白饭不能超过半碗。如果想吃肉，就不能吃面或者面包等淀粉类食物、甜食物或者饮料、奶类。水果可以吃，但是不能吃太甜的水果。

吃无糖食物

在这一周里必须吃无糖食物，不能吃素食。如果你吃了淀粉，那前一周的努力就白费了。在这一周必须找一天在家，早上喝一瓶酸奶，帮你煮清肠胃。在这个星期你可以吃肉、蛋以及蔬菜，但是就是不能吃淀粉。

减少食物摄入

要想减轻体重，无须放弃喜爱的食物，重要的是要加以控制。如果偏爱某种食物且食用量大，那就要注意减少每次的分量。不是每周4次，每次200克肉的食用量，而是每次100克，这样就可以少摄取1200千卡的热量，可在大约7个半月的时间内明显减少体重。建议减肥者在厨房放一个秤，贴一条提示标语，注意提醒自己摄取食品的重量。

饮食上合理安排再加上健身运动，相信吧，暑假过后我肯定会减肥成功的。

Im happy to have such a good summer holiday!Of course，I have many things to prepare.

First，I need to make a plan about my holiday.I will do my homework 5 hours a day，and I want to read some famous English books to improve my English study.Then， I will see some funny edies.Mr.Bean or Tom Hankss movies all cool! They can relax myself!If I have enough time，I will go dancing swimming! I wanna keep fit，you know!And，I will spend some time on my math.I always be careless on the math exam.I want to be careful!

I really have a large number of things to do，maybe Its a bit busy nervous.but I like this sort of life.I will try my best to do these tings!I believe myself，I can do all of them!Its nice to have this kind of courage!

放假了，老师发的暑假作业有语文、数学和英语，每本一共还不到60页，我要每天认认真真的把各门写一张，写完后要仔细检查，按这样一个月就能写完了，万一哪天因为特殊的事情写不成，也不用担心暑假作业写不完。

每天七点整准时读二十分钟的精彩文章。准备暑假期间阅读8本以上的课外书。必须是有用的或我喜欢的书。每天至少读一个小时，增加知识量。

每天两天写一篇日记，发一篇博文。如果要旅游，或参加夏令营时可以宽松一点。平时要严格管住自己每写一篇都要多修改几遍，才能发到博客里，尽量写得通顺和生动，每篇都要向努力。

假期我报了两个暑假班，街舞班和英语班，我准备上英语班提前1小时在家默写单词，复习和预习课文内容。上完学习班回家先教妈妈学当天学的英语内容(我经常做妈妈的老师)。街舞每天也要好好学习，回家给家人表演。

我在小牛顿科学实验班报了一个去北京的夏令营，一共有七天，这回我可要好好地和老师、同学在北京玩玩了。回家后写一篇好作文。那七天要学会自己管理好生活，过一个快乐的夏令营。

除了以上的计划外，锻炼身体也是很重要，每天要在室外运动最少一小时。假期里我还要爸爸教会我游泳。过一个充实的暑假。

暑假的尾巴已经露出来了，我们就要开学了，在新学期里面我们也应该要做出一些计划来让我们自己学的更好，成绩更上一层楼。

新学期来到了，我站在了一个新的起点，面临着更大的挑战，我深知，这条路不好走，在这条求学路上，我们面临的是更大的困难，更高的难度。为此我也有一些想法。

其实我的愿望与大家一样，那就是要在新的学期里努力学习，认真听老师讲课，上课要积极发言。不仅如此，还要经常参加各类活动，做到这些，还远远不够，我还希望自己能在每一次的考试上考出好成绩。我知道，要做到这些是十分艰难的的，但是只要你坚持到底，永不退缩，那这些又将变得非常容易。

我们在学习中也是十分有乐趣的，看到这里你一定会不相信吧，听我慢慢告诉你。

我们有很多好朋友，例如，在数学中，我们和众多的阿拉伯小朋友拉着手，漫游数学中学习的乐趣;在语文中我们和中国的优美文字一起欢闹;在英语里，我们对着ABC在笑;历史里，我们学习着古老中国的故事……还有很多很多，这就是我们快乐的发源地，我们灵魂的升华!

我的理想就是将这些在初中所学的知识刻在我的脑子里，，好让自己今后的各科考试里取得优异的成绩。

我知道，每个人心里想的是不一样的，因为，人各有志，目标不同。如今我渐渐长大了，我的新目标不是做什么伟人，也不想当什么艺人，更不是成为科学巨人。而是长大后考上一座较好的大学，找到一份稳定的工作。在自己平凡的岗位上为国家，为社会作出不平凡的事，贡献出属于自己的一份力量，这就已经足够了。

让我们大家在新学期里携起手来，共同朝着自己的目标前进吧!大声喊一声：“新学期，我来了!”

Today, I went to the zoo with my father and mother.

I went to the monkey mountain, see those monkeys have to go single-plank bridge, and some eat bananas, some climbing trees ... ... they are long with red ass, black eyes, yellow body, red mouth, very cute.

And later went to the rhinoceros Museum, which has a small rhino, a large rhinoceros, a big rhino. They have a strong body, sharp sharp corners, big eyes, short legs, very strong.

Finally, I went to the Northeast Tiger Museum, there is a small tiger, it has a sharp teeth, white hair, very cute. People watching the tigers are rushing to take pictures with it.

About three oclock, I went home with my father and mother.

Before going to bed at night, I recalled today in the zoo to see the small animals, very grateful to Mom and Dad took me to the zoo to play, so I had a long experience in the summer.

Summer holiday is going on.But the vacation is too short,my new-term will come soon.Oh,I should make a new-term Plan ,because I must get ready to welcome my autumn term.In last term,my marks of the end exams are not good,since I did not study well enough.I was angry with myself.So I will learn harder and harder.I want to be a winner.Also,I will do these:

暑假就要过去了,但这个假期对于我来说太短了,我的新的一学期马上就要开始了.天呐,我应该做一个新学期的学习计划,因为我必须以崭新的面貌来面对新的一个学期,我上学期的学习成绩不是很好,因为我没有用功去学习课程.我很懊恼我自己当初没用功学习,所以我在新的一个学期一定要好好学习,为做一个好学生,我要做到如下几点：

First,I will review all the subjects,especially English,maths,history and physics.

其一,我要好好复习功课,尤其是英语和数学还有历史、物理.

Second,I decide to listen to the English every morning.

其次,我要每天坚持听听力.

Third,I must hand in my homework to the teachers on time.

其三、我要按时将家庭作业交给老师.

Finally,I will ask my teachers and classmates for help more often.

最后,我要主动向老师及同学帮助解决学习方面遇到的困难.

My target is to get good marks.

我的目标就是为得一个高分.
