这一学期，我继续担任初一(1，2)班的英语教学工作。这两个班级，每班各有学生三十五人左右，但是，基础却不尽人意。初一.1班的学生基础还可以，但是2班的基础却相差很远，学生基础参差不齐，两极分化严重，没有学习的兴趣。因此，教学工作开展的相当困难。

三、教材特点。

初中英语第一册(下)主要介绍了日常生活的交际用语以及一些西方国家的文化背景和风俗习惯，教材通俗易懂，旨在使初一级学生基本能用英语进行简单的交流。

四、教学目标。

力争在期末考试中优秀率打到30%左右，及格率达到60%左右。缩小学生间的差距。为下一学期的英语教育教学工作打下以良好的基础。

五、具体措施。

1、每天背诵课文中的对话。目的：要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感。

2、每天记5个生词，2个常用句子或习语。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

3、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

4、坚持日测、周测、月测的形成性评价制度：对英语学习实行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

5、对后进生进行专门辅导，布置单独的作业，让他们在小进步、小转变中体味学习的快乐，树立学习的自信，尽快成长起来。

6、关注学生的情感，营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。

7、实施"任务型"的教学途径，培养学生综合语言运用能力。

8、在教学中根据目标并结合教学内容，创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学活动，吸引和组织他们积极参与。学生通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式，学习和使用英语，完成学习任务。

9、加强对学生学习策略的指导，为他们终身学习奠定基础。

10、认真钻研教材，备好，上好每一节课，向45分钟要质量。

总之，新的学期已经开始了，我要以上一学期的基础为起点，树立信心，全身心的投入到新学期的教育教学工作中去。争取在新的一年里，把教育教学工作推向一新的层次。

在这个暑假里我还要把字练好，这就是我的暑假打算。

蓝天白云，碧海金沙，海浪拍打着我的脚背，啊，多么惬意的感受!这是梦里的感受吗?不，这是我真真切切的感受，这个暑假，我去泰国的普吉岛度过了四天的美好时光。

闹钟准时在四点半叫醒我，我一骨碌爬起来，因为今天我和妈妈准备去普吉岛渡假了。到了机场，我们把行李托运好，便在候机场等待，时间一分一秒过去了，飞机终于来了，我们一行6人踏上了旅程。

终于结束了期末考试，接下来就要度过“漫长”的寒假了。但是在这个大家喜闻乐见的假期里，我们肯定没有在学校过得那样充实，所以我要好好计划计划，过得有滋有味的。

“民以食为天”但在我们这样的六年级小学生眼中就是“学生以学习为父”。所以，首先得把老师布置的寒假作业写起来，日记写起来，书本读起来。

每天早上7：30起床，花15分钟收拾床被、洗漱完成，再花15分钟听英语磁带。

8：00就是我这个小孙悟空大闹天宫的时候了。先是花30分钟听音乐做运动，这样是不是有劳逸结合的感觉呢?

然后做一个小时半的家务。比如：浇浇花、扫扫地、擦擦窗户、整理整理东西。

等到10：00就要吃午饭了，我就帮着奶奶择择菜、淘淘米，顺便还可以和奶奶学上几手。

11：：30到12：30当中的一个小时就当我休息的时间，这个时间不被纳为计划。

12：30到2：30写两个小时的作业。

2：30到3：30我要看一个小时的书，看完之后到外面走走，往远处望望，这样能保护视力。

3：30我可以打开电脑写写博客，看看微博，誊写誊写作文。

4：00到6：00是休息的时间，不被纳为计划。

6：00到6：30是我晚饭的时间。

6：30到8：30我可以看两个小时的电视。

9：00我就要睡觉了。

为期十多天的20**年“国培计划”培训结束了。作为本届培训班的学员，我深感荣幸，非常感谢各位专家教授和一线老师在这10多天里给予我们的这次培训。十天的培训虽然很短暂，但是十天的培训很扎实，十天的熏陶让我有了脱胎换骨的感觉，理论讲座为我的头脑增添了许多新的教育理念，情感教育让我收获了一份快乐心情。在培训中，能够得以聆听众多专家、乃至省内有名的专家教授的讲座，倾听他们对小学英语教学的理解，能够观摩一线教师以及省内外优秀教师的课堂教学，学习他们的教学技能，对我来说是一次思想上的洗礼，心灵的震撼和理念的革新。

通过这次培训让我对新课程理念下的教学方式与学习方式的变革有了新的理解;让我对做一个富有人格魅力的教师充满了希望;解开了我在语音教学中的存在的迷惑，异文化渗透教学让我更加喜爱英语，为自己是一名小学英语教师而感动自豪，再次疏理了我在撰写教学论文时的一些不清晰的思路，点燃了我对成为一名合格的优秀的小学英语老师梦想，让我知道了如何有效的开发课程资源，更好的利用课程资源进行教学，为培养我们小学英语教师的专业能力指明了方向，并学会了实现自我的价值，改变自己的心态，用阳光灿烂的心态面对工作和生活。实这十天来十几场讲座都很精彩，获益匪浅，这几天我反思了一下自己有以下几点心得体会：

1、教书育人。

教书育人至少要做好三件事：教会学生做人，教学学生思维，教给学生知识(尤其是要教给他们获取知识的方法)。要正确高效地影响学生，我们自己首先要有渊博的学识和高尚的人格魅力。我们应引导学生做高尚、智慧和勤奋的人，应培养学生的责任感，教给他们中国最传统的东西，教会他们如何爱国。

2、阳光心态。

好的心态使你成功，坏的心态毁灭你自己。事情本身并不重要，重要的是你对它的态度。当你看到反面的时候，不要灰心，因为调过来就是正面。改变不了事情，就改变对事情的态度。再说，是好是坏还不知道呢。把问题当成成长的机会，人生就是一个解决问题的过程。学会为小事高兴，会有更大的高兴出现。我们应该为自己的当前满意，相信自己的生命，要睁着眼睛去旅游，牵着蜗牛去散步，享受生命的过程，活在当下，才能精彩每一天。

3、终身学习。

作为一名教师，应该审时度势，做终身学习的典范。唯有如此，我们的教学才能从不断的学习中汲取营养，充实知识，提高本领，胜任工作，充分发挥模范带头作用。否则，我们就会落后于时代，就难以完成肩负的职责任务。

通过本次紧张而短暂的培训，让我品尝到了一顿最丰富、最美味、最营养、最有价值的“知识文化大餐”。我要重新审视自己，作为一名年轻的小学英语教师，我要不断的学习，不断的提高自己的专业知识与技能，不断的充实自己，找到自己的人生价值，在教学中通过自身的素养来感染学生，让学生从心底里信服老师。同时在今后的教育教学工作中我要努力实践、开拓创新，积极将本次培训所学的经验及方法运用到教育教学中，不断提高自身教育教育水平。同时，在这里还要感谢学校领导能给我这样一个学习的机会，在今后的工作中我会努力实践、勇于开拓，为我校的小学英语教育事业尽一份自己的力量。

让人期待的暑假终于来了，除了完成学校指定的暑假作业之外，热爱看电影的我，打算利用难得的假期，看完十部电影。因为妈妈从事电影后期制作相关的行业，从小耳儒目染之下，我也对电影产生了浓厚的兴趣，希望有一天能成为厉害的电影编剧。

为了完成这个目标，妈妈协助我列出适合我欣赏的片名，几经讨论挑选后，再陪着我到出租店租借。我预计欣赏的影片如下：宫崎骏的卡通《借物少女──艾莉缇》、前两集都让我回味无穷的《亚瑟的奇幻王国：跨界对决》、迪士尼出品的《雷霆战狗》、可爱的机器人动画电影《瓦力》、校园喜剧片《歌舞青春》、真实故事改编的感人冒险故事《极地长征》、我喜爱的歌手周杰伦主演的动作片《青蜂侠》、获奖无数的《王者之声》、以及《他不笨，他是我爸爸》，最后，妈妈也要带我到电影院欣赏今年暑假上映的国片《翻滚吧!阿信》。

妈妈希望我能透过自己的观点，思考这些电影中最吸引我的部份，写下我觉得值得推荐的优点，或是提出有问题的部份，再和妈妈一起讨论，最后再分别颁发奖项给这些电影，当个小小影评人，完成我的暑期电影报告。这真的是一项相当有趣的计划呢!

现在我已经看完其中的三部电影了，因为是租借DVD的关系，所以如果有看不懂的地方，随时都可以倒带重看。此外，透过这一次的电影欣赏计划，我对电影有了更深一层的认识，藉由妈妈的引导，也让我学会从不同的角度与立场去欣赏一部电影，这是我今年暑假最棒的成长与收获。

夏天是一年中最好的时间。学校里没有几个月我要做我想做的事。没有家庭作业，我像一只自由的小鸟。

I do many things during the summer vacation.I relax by reading books watching TV.I also hang out with my friends travel with my family.However,I dont play in summer.I take advantage of the free time to learn more.For example,last summer I learned to swim.This summer I might study computers or English.This summer vacation I got a part-time job in a snack bar. At the beginning, I couldnt do well at all often made mistakes. I was very low-spirited,father mother encouraged me a lot. So I began to try my best. Gradually, I could do a very good job. I felt very excited when I received my pay for the first time. I already made up my mind to find another part-time job in this winter vacation. I believe I can do better next time.

My summer vacation plan is mainly divided into three parts. The first part is: finish the summer vacation homework. 经过一学期忙碌的学习，我们终于迎来了暑假。为了过一个有意义的暑假，我特别提前做好了暑假计划，希望自己能按照计划完成。

我的暑假计划主要分为三部分。第一部分为：完成暑假作业。以前的暑假作业都是因为我没有做好计划，每次都是快到开学前才急急忙忙的赶完作业。我计划在这个暑假里每天上午和下午各做一小时的暑假作业，相信每天两小时的努力一定会让我在暑假里高质量的完成作业。第二部分是：学会游泳。以前看见别的小朋友可以在泳池里面自由自在的游来游去，我就十分羡慕，去年也学过，但是自己没有坚持下去，也没有学会。今年的暑假里，我准备晚上没事都和爸爸去游泳馆游泳，让爸爸教我，我也要认真努力的学习。第三部分是帮助妈妈做家务。已经上了六年级了，可我还很少帮助妈妈做家务，每次放假在家都是妈妈忙来忙去，我只管玩。这次的暑假，我一定每天至少帮妈妈做一件事情，减少妈妈的负担。

有了上面详细的计划，我下定决心：一定要按照计划完成，改掉自己拖拉懒惰的毛病，让自己过一个有意义的暑假。

暑假真漫长，所以我要利用这个假期来进行的我的伟大计划，那就是减肥，我从网上查找了一些资料，我看到网上说：“胖不是能量摄取过度，而是下滑和排泄功能受损，力量不足才造成的垃圾没办法排除，不要只是一味不吃，反而我们要为内脏提供适当的能量与营养，让他们正常工作后才能把垃圾排出去!”

所以我制定了属于自己的一套减肥健身饮食计划：

规律素食

每天吃素食或者无糖食物，规律吃三餐的人改成以往食量的2/3，不规律吃三餐的人要少食多餐。如果想吃饭，就必须吃素，一点肉蛋鱼都不能碰。吃素看起来比较自由，但是每餐所吃的白饭不能超过半碗。如果想吃肉，就不能吃面或者面包等淀粉类食物、甜食物或者饮料、奶类。水果可以吃，但是不能吃太甜的水果。

吃无糖食物

在这一周里必须吃无糖食物，不能吃素食。如果你吃了淀粉，那前一周的努力就白费了。在这一周必须找一天在家，早上喝一瓶酸奶，帮你煮清肠胃。在这个星期你可以吃肉、蛋以及蔬菜，但是就是不能吃淀粉。

减少食物摄入

要想减轻体重，无须放弃喜爱的食物，重要的是要加以控制。如果偏爱某种食物且食用量大，那就要注意减少每次的分量。不是每周4次，每次200克肉的食用量，而是每次100克，这样就可以少摄取1200千卡的热量，可在大约7个半月的时间内明显减少体重。建议减肥者在厨房放一个秤，贴一条提示标语，注意提醒自己摄取食品的重量。

饮食上合理安排再加上健身运动，相信吧，暑假过后我肯定会减肥成功的。
