This August I went to a two-week long English camp which was held by English Beacon in Yantai city, Shandong Province. There were over a hundred middle school students from all over the country and thirty experts in English teaching participating in this exciting camp.

While we were there, it was required that we speak only English to our teachers and with each other. There were many activities which were funny and helped us to strengthen our oral English skills, such as, the Second Annual National Debate for Middle School Students,the Third National English Speech Competition for Middle School Students and English parties. I really have a large number of things to do，maybe Its a bit busy nervous.but I like this sort of life.I will try my best to do these tings!I believe myself，I can do all of them!Its nice to have this kind of courage!

放暑假的前一天，我鼓足了勇气，向班上有小妙丽之称的英华提出邀约，希望她能和我一起去看电影，但她却面有难色、委琬地拒绝我了。放学后的校园空无一人，只剩我百般聊赖地在跑道上散步兜圈子，耽溺于被拒绝而自怜自艾的抑郁情绪中。

该如何得到她的青睐?该如何做才能掳获佳人的芳心呢?我看着自己臃肿的身躯，再看看电影海报上男主角健壮的体魄，羡慕之情油然而生。决定了!我一定要摆脱小胖子的阴影，暑假过后，让所有的人都对我刮目相看吧!

有了努力的目标后，我开始订定减重计划，希望透过持续的运动和均衡的饮食来达到健康减重的目的。首先，我让尘封在储藏室的脚踏车重见天日，和爸爸约定好每天清晨一起骑脚踏车三十分钟，从家里先到社区的运动公园，再骑到哥哥就读的初中，然后依照原路骑回家。看似短短的路程，却因为包含了一段长长的上坡道，让我每次都骑得气喘吁吁，上气不接下气呀!

此外，我也戒掉了吃消夜的习惯。刚开始虽然有点难以忍受，到了晚上九点左右，总是因嘴馋而感到焦躁，此时妈妈就会端出她精心调配的综合蔬果汁，用爱心为我补充满满的营养。

经过两个月的努力，过程中虽然也曾破功一两次，但在开学前一天，我满心期待地站上体重计时，家人和我都开心地跳了起来，我瘦了整整四公斤呢!仔细看看镜子中的自己，双下巴似乎小了一点，挂在腰间的游泳圈，尺寸也小了一号，运动服的裤子穿起来也不再那么紧绷了呢!

虽然目前尚未达到我所设定的标準体重，但我相信只要持之以恆地努力，终究可以彻底摆脱胖子的形象，暑假A计划只是一个开始，追求健康身体的目标，是永远不会结束的。

放暑假了，为了度过一个快乐而有意义的暑假，我制定了以下计划：

一、主要学习安排

有计划的认真完成《暑假作业》，每天写六页，一个月内写完；写作文20篇，其中，记人、记事、景物描写10篇，读后感10篇，争取在网上发表5～8篇。认真练习毛笔字，每周练习三节课。

认真复习三、四年级学过的英语单词，预习五年级英语，争取把五年级单词背下来。

二、业余学习安排

每天弹琴1·5小时，把古筝七级的《战台风》与《秦桑曲》弹熟练，准备考级，争取考级成功，认真参加古筝暑期培训班，争取新学一首曲子。

复习学过的葫芦丝曲子，自学《彝家欢度火把节》《蓝色的香巴拉》与《赛马》葫芦丝曲，学巴乌2～3首曲子。争取去老师家学习3～5次，录制曲子3～5首。

三、其它

利用多媒体学习：酷6教育网的贾老师教作文、中小学课程酷6英语。我要把参加社区活动的照片与日记及时上传、更新博客内容，争取访问量提升到1200人以上。加强体育锻炼，如：打羽毛球、打篮球、滑滑板等，每天活动0。5～1小时，要注意安全。帮妈妈干一些力所能及的家务活，如：擦桌子、洗碗……

我要严格要求自己，按照制定的计划学习，这样，我就能度过一个多姿多彩的暑假。

My winter holidays plans

My winter holidays plans me studying for my English , I will make great efforts to learn English. Persist in listening to half hours of English every day. I will accomplish the school assignment that the teacher arranges best with the quickest speed. I can not forget to take the body exercise certainly also , I may take the body exercise coming drawing out 30- - 1 hours in time in every day. (1)准备参加竞赛：正常来说初三下学习要进行数理化三科的竞赛，你如果有考虑拿奖就选一两科学习，理化两科竞赛内容多选自高中，对高中学习有帮助。

准备参加其他比赛：自己找找看，看看能不能中考加分。

1.一周内排出两个半天学习相关课程。再排出两个半天自己练习。

(2)加强第一部分学习内容：初三上化学比较简单，初三下出现酸碱盐、溶液比较难些，因此暑假不用预习化学，寒假再预习也来得及。

此项同第一部分内容时间上不改变，在内容上做调整：

1.数学开始学习中难题。

2.学习物理的中难题或学习化学

3.复习初一初二的语文(文言文、诗句)

虽然我打得很多但只是教详细，你不必担忧，时间还是比较宽松的，其余时间我建议：

1.自学英语

2.游泳/打球类/练习中考体育项目。

I was born on March 18。 My family is neither very rich nor very poor。 My parents are peasants。 They work hard to support the family。 They encourage me to study well。 My childhood was happy。

转眼间，高二学习生活已结束，假期回校时，将变成那个不管世态炎凉，隔绝世界的高三奋斗一族，那时，我们的世界就只有学习，其它的一概都与我们无关。因为，我们也只有暂时的隔绝一切，不顾一切的奋斗一年，我们的梦想才有可能实现，所以，我们别无选择，只能硬着头皮走下去。

亲眼看过两届的高三学长学姐为大学奋斗的日子，那是多么的忙碌，好像恨不得把全部的时间都放在学习上，再累再困也还是学习着，看着这样子的他们，心里有的只是害怕，害怕自己不能像他们那样坚持，害怕奋斗后换来的失败和他人的嘲笑，所以在这之前，我选择的只是一味的退缩，和那些有着同样感受的朋友尽情挥洒青春，肆无忌惮的欢笑，整天无所顾忌的玩，热衷于电视剧，小说，打球……而对待学习，我们都无所谓的一笑而过。这样的生活持续到高二下学期的第二次月考才宣告结束，成绩的一落千丈，家人热情的期待让我无法再那样的放纵，原以为逃避是最好的办法，至少不必背负那么大的压力，不用那样不要命的学习，把自己困在一个只有学习的枯燥世界里实在是件难耐的事。然而这些以为让我错的离谱，这些以为没有让自己过得开心，反而让自己充满愧疚和悔恨。我无法放弃家人的期待，无法无视家人的失望，看到家人为我心寒，我心里无比难受，所以，我不能放弃，为了那些在乎我的人，我唯有好好努力，真的不顾一切的去奋斗。

因此，我放弃了所谓的友谊，一个人默默的奋斗着，开始了高三那种忙碌的生活，把时间安排得满满的，和她们交流的话题也是关于学习的，但是，落下的知识是那样的多，要补回来并非易事，有时候还是想要放弃，但又想想自己以前的放纵而造成的悔恨就又咬牙的坚持下来了，有时候也会觉得很孤单，但是在求学路上有哪个不是孤行侠呢?其实也该感谢孤单，因为只有孤单了才可以那样专注于学习，所以慢慢的也就习惯了孤单。

或许真的是‘天道酬勤’吧!成绩真的慢慢好转了回来，对待那些张牙舞爪的题目也不再恐惧，退缩了，找到了做题的感觉就会让人充满斗志，渐渐的会因为解决一道题目而兴奋不已，那时的我才发现，原来学习也可以是这么开心的事，原来学习带给人的快乐是那样的弥足珍贵，让人留恋不已。

高二期考成绩出来，回报给我的是成绩上的不断进步，我达到了自己要奋斗的那个目标，虽然离我的大学梦还有很大的距离，可是至少我还在翻越一个又一个阶段，我相信，只要努力，就有希望。“一分耕耘一分收获”，又或许付出了不一定得到回报，但是若不付出就绝不会有回报。所以，无论怎样，好好的奋斗吧，高三了，还能在迷茫吗???不能了，时间有限，你若不去奋斗，别人就会将你打败，而你也只有被遗弃在那群不断奋斗的人潮后面，那时就再也无法补救了。

记住，既然我们选择了这条路，那么就该不顾一切的走下去，放弃不是我们高中生应有的标签，我们的梦得由我们自己去实现，高三了，就让我们隔绝一切，不顾一切的为大学奋斗吧!让自己有一个无愧于己的高中!

the plan for the new term

Another new term comes again,so i should have a study plan to promot myself.

Firstly,i descide to finish my homework more carefully than before.And pay more attention to the knowledge which i didnt know it clearly.

Secondly,i will do a lot of read to widen the range of my knowledge.and try to combine thoery to practice.

Finally,i will learn to adjust, to be more positive and more helpful.

Thats what i plant to do in a new term.

从桂林游玩回来后，为了让我过一个即充实，又快乐的暑假，我制定了一个计划。

首先在学习方面。因为平时读书时间太少，所以暑假里我要多读几本课外书，保证每天读书1小时，并及时做好“与书有约”。还要每天背一首古诗，写一篇日记，练20分钟书法。为了让我的英语水平有所提高，我还要读15分钟的英语。在做好这些基础上，假期末为了我的学习更轻松，我还准备预习一下五年级的主课。

其次在其他方面。我要多出去旅游，希望能在第二课堂里开阔眼界，学到一些在学校里面学不到的知识。我还要去学习游泳、拜访亲朋好友。除了这些，我还要坚持我的特长学习，如二胡要每天练够1小时，拉丁舞准备考级、画画做好老师布置的作业等。

当然，要做好这些健康是最重要的，所以为了完成我的计划，我要每天坚持锻炼，或骑自行车、或游泳、或散步。

既然制定了计划，就要按计划完成，如果不按计划完成，就等于白制定。所以我一定要认真完成自己制定的计划，不敷衍了事。

暂别紧张的学习，搁下上学年的，收拾心情计划匆匆来去的暑假。我要好好利用这两个月放飞心情、修缮自身、养身健体，决不让这个学习生涯中的驿站庸碌而过。

七月中下旬我要去胶东半岛和大连，动车、飞机、看大海我可都是第一次，真向往啊!我现在就要做功课了：查当地的地理、历史、风土人情。

假期里我还要去参加些公益活动，我已报了社区的环保拣拾垃圾、暑托班辅导孩子、浅水湾慰问贫困学生，还要去参加湖西社工委的“触爱行动”呢，正如妈妈说的，既能奉献社会，又能提高自身的素质，培养自己的责任感，小至个人，延伸社会。

这个暑假看来是紧张的，但肯定是充实的，这个驿站将是我人生旅程中值得回忆的一笔。
