My summer holiday begun on July 7th.I love summer holiday because I dont

have to go to school and I can enjoy myself with my friends.I often spend the

mornings doing my homework.And I always watch TV in the afternoon at home

because its very hot outside.And in the evening,I go swimming with my family

and then hang out with my friends.I love swimming very much.

My plan for August is travelling.I travel with my family every summer

holiday.I like travelling because I can go to different places and meet

different people.Sometimes I make good friends during the journey.And its very

sad to say goodbye to them when the journey ends.

暑假到了，我计划的事可多了：想外出旅游，看很多课外书，还想打羽毛球

旅游的地点已经选好了，就是回小布去看看瀑布。那里有一个叫岩背脑的瀑布，非常的壮观。回来了我就要写一篇有关去小布的游记。我有读的课外书可多了：有作文书，电脑书等等。看作文书可以提高我的作文水平，电脑书会告诉我如何操作电脑，这些书将使我终身受益。

打羽毛球，我已经会发球了，在暑假里我还要学会如何接球。我爸爸是游泳高手，他总是想教我，可他平常太忙了，抽不出时间来，这个暑假我一定要他好好的表现一下来满足我对游泳的可望。

对了，我还的制定一个作息时间表，合理的安排时间，这样才不会浪费宝贵的暑假时间，我还要在暑假里做我平时做不了的事。使自己变的更加聪明，更加完美。等开学了，大家将会看到一个全新的我

在这个暑假里我还要把字练好，这就是我的暑假打算。

我想我们大家在暑假中玩的都很愉快吧，但愉快归愉快，我们还要有自己的暑假计划。让我和你们一起分享一下我某一个方面的暑假计划，又是怎样完成它的吧。

大家一定知道我们的身体是最重要的，作息时间一定要安排合理，游泳、过马路、饮食都要注意。

当然体育运动也少不了，踢毽子，跑步都要做。甚至最简单的跑步也能锻炼身体。我每天都在做这些。

我们的眼睛也很重要，玩电脑看电视，也不能超过一个小时，看书写字时都要注意坐姿，爱护和保护视力。这些我都有了很大的进步。

其实这些我每天都在做，我的收获可不只这一点，我还编了一首诗呢。这就是我收获，你的呢。
