一、锻炼前的准备：

1、在家准备一块有5-6平米的锻炼活动场地。

2、准备一块橡皮垫或地毯放在卧凳下，以防止哑铃放在地面上损坏地板。

计划四：随心所欲

在上述计划之外，我还可以在吃完晚饭后到楼下和伙伴们玩单双背死闭、滑旱冰、去姨姨家和表妹玩、吃冰棒、去旅游、骑自行车这些都是我随心所欲的空间。
