到了开学前，我定点投篮十个球可以进六、七个了。不错!进步很大!我再和同学们打比赛，也进步多了。当然三步上篮还不会呢，开学后，有机会再向同学们请教。

练习了半节课后，我们就又回到了教室。

下午第四节课到了，背球接力项目马上就要开始点名了，我回头一看，身后竟只剩下了小灰、小辉、小轮、航哥，啊?少了第一组的小雪和飞飞。我只好顶着杨老师的怒火派小灰和小辉去找他们，一会儿小辉回来了，找回了第一组的同学。此时，我们可以说是“万事俱备，只欠比赛”啦!

轮到我们班了，我班和十三班对决。再看十三班的阵地，派出了四个“花木兰”，两位“花木兰的爹”，哈，我们心中又多了一份必胜的信念。

紧张地比赛开始了，第一组冲出去了，对手是两位女生。“跑得稳一点!”我大声喊道。我想，如果说第一组跑得天衣无缝地话，那第二组小辉与航哥的比赛将会是有惊无险了。只见两位同学背上的球几次快要出来，但又被“压”了下去，而此时我的心也随着同学背上的球在“起起落落”着，特别是当球要掉出的那一瞬，我的心就如要冲出胸膛一般!终于比赛即将接近尾声，我们班的三组同学已经跑完，而十三班的第二组还没跑完，这时我们已经知道：胜利，已经属于我们初一、十四班的了。

更为激动人心的时刻，是当我偶然一眼看到了裁判老师记下的成绩时，那一刻，我几乎发狂，我多想马上告诉所有人，我们是第一，我们是初一年级十六个班中的第一!我们的努力。

我们的努力，没有白费!

但我更相信，趣味运动会带给我们的不仅仅是无穷的乐趣，同时还带给我们无穷地信心和力量，相信今后我们还可以做得更好!

有一次，我和妈妈准备在我们小区踢足球。我们来到了一个空旷的地方。准备开始踢，突然妈妈说：“这块地方旁边就是一个小湖，你不怕把球踢到湖里。”我说：“没事，我们轻轻地踢，就不会踢到湖里了。”我们开始踢了，我们轻轻地踢过来，踢过去。我觉得这样踢实在没有意思，使劲一踢，结果妈妈没有看见，球就滚到了湖里。妈妈看见了生气的说：“我说你别在这里踢吧，你非不听，这就是后果。”

一位老爷爷，向我们走来。问我“这是你的球吗？”我点了点头。老爷爷，把手放进了湖里，拨了好几下，回过头对我说道，快去对岸等着。我还没等反应，妈妈就跑了过去。球离我们越来越近，可是忽然刮起了风，我们的球好像这一会不听指挥，往中心去。爷爷站了起来，对我的妈妈说：“我回去一趟，马上就来。”老爷爷向他家跑去，不一会老爷爷就回来了。老爷爷手拿着一个渔网，脚穿着一双水鞋。老爷爷先是把脚埋进湖里一点，然后走了一点，就用网子捞球。不一会球就捞到了。

我和妈妈感谢了老爷爷好几次，老爷爷一直都说不客气，这个老爷爷真是一位有爱心的老爷爷。

我爱跑步，因为我喜欢独占鳌头、一骑轻尘的感觉。我站在候赛场地，望着准备比赛的同学们，她们个个无不精神抖擞，想必心中也压抑着许久的小鹿吧!一声枪响，便相继冲出起跑线......

站在起跑线上，我突然就有了一种莫名的荣誉感，我好像是将要冲锋陷阵与敌厮杀的勇士，突然，“预备”一声吓了我一跳，身体开始发抖，胸腹式呼吸联合进行。“砰!”枪声十分震耳，每个人没有丝毫懈怠，撒腿就跑，可我仍然控制不住心中紧张的心情，还是砰砰直跳，慢慢地，我的世界里仿佛只剩下那条触手可及的红绫，此刻，我的动作越发协调，那只“小鹿”有规律的跳动着，为我打着节拍。我的体力已达到极限，大口大口的喘着粗气，我瞄到站在一旁老师和同学们期待的目光，硬着头皮跑下去，跑着跑着，便喊出声来，用尽全身最后的力气，“啊——”突然，那条红绫子挂在我的胸前，还没反应过来，同学们便跑过来，把我围成一圈，我捧起胸前的红绫子，高兴的只是笑，竟然说不出一句话来......

这便是我第一次正式比赛的经历，现在想想，依然很开心。奔跑，永无止境。我爱跑步，爱它带给我那独占鳌头、一骑轻尘的感觉。

我最喜欢的运动是乒乓球，因为乒乓球是我们的国球，运动员每次在大赛中总是拿j金牌，我最喜欢的运动作文。我十分羡慕这些运动员，所以想成为一个很棒的运动员。

打乒乓球比我想象中的难多了。别人在玩耍、看电视的时候，我却要去练球，手不停的挥着，接老师打过来的球。脚要不停的换位子，眼睛死死的盯着球，要集中精力，稍不留神没接着球，就挨老师批评。一个动作要练上百遍，直到老师满意为止，才能停下来休息。刚开始还能坚持，后来我还在家里发了几次脾气说要放弃打球，可最终还是去了，因为我最喜欢的运到就是它。

我打算以后练球坚持到底， 还要学习别人打球的时候，怎么接住难球的技巧。所以我不但要自己刻苦练球，还经常看一些冠军打球。比如说王浩、马琳等。他们不但技术好，还有不放弃，不服输的拼搏精神，给了我很大的影响。

运到能让人变得坚强、勇敢，也让我长大了不少。全家人都支持我学习乒乓球。就凭我这对乒乓球的热爱，加上我的努力，我一定会成为世界冠军。

自从加入飞牌门下，开始学习飞牌，我终于明白了师父的良苦用心。

我们这些弟子不再是像以前一样调皮，有师父的循循善诱，大师兄的道德楷模，我们发现自己真的还太小，师父发扬飞牌是为了锻炼我们的意志，毅力，我们一定会终生为飞牌事业奋斗不息，实现自己的理想。

我们终于知道了另一种做人的道理，低调谦虚是我们一贯以来的作风。为了不让师父的心血白费，为了我们的学业和未来，我们愿意刻苦读书，同时为自己的理想而努力奋斗，自强不息。

我们的心里，永远刻着’飞牌运动行天下‘的大志。我们一定要把飞牌运动发扬光大。

Every sportsman should have sportsmanship. When defeated, he should GREet his opponent and congratulate him. If he can＇t, on one will care to be his opponent because he lacks basic decorum and the spirit of a good sportsman. A true sportsman has a generous heart, admits to his loss and does not act with vexation. Learning to have sportsmanship is very important. It doesn＇t always matter whether one wins or not. What＇s even more important than results is what you have learned from each competition.

My favourite swimmer is Sun Yang. He swims very fast. He took part in the last Olympic Games. He is my hero. He is 21 years old. He is very tall. He is 198cm tall. He is cute. I love him。

Sun Yang became the first Chinese male swimmer to earn gold as he won the 400m freestyle with an Olympic record.

Sun overhauled South Korean rival Park Tae-hwan who had been reinstated into the final after being disqualified for a false start in his morning heat.

Defending champion Park had led for most of the race before Sun overtook him just after the final turn and went on to win.

Peter Vander kay was third with Great Britains David Carry 30 in seventh.

Carry is the oldest member of Team GBs swimming squad and said: "What a feeling. I cant believe it.

"A year ago I set myself the target of reaching the Olympic final. There have been some rocky patches. To have this awesome support behind me was fantastic."

Sun was on world record pace in the final 50 metres and although he narrowly missed out on that mark he did break Australian swimmer Ian Thorpes Olympic record.
