Sports Meeting

Last month we had a sports meeting.Though the weather wasnt very fine that day,the students were all very excited and the whole school was alive.

This time,I was even more excited.Because I went in for the sports meeting and my item was high jump.I didnt want to get any place,I only wanted to enjoy the game because I knew I wasnt good at sports.

When I got to the field with my friend.I was both excited and nervous.When I saw the first height,my heart could hardly heat.How high it was!It was higher than our desks.I couldnt believe my eyes.This was too high for me to jump over.I wasnt nervous at that timewhile I was a bit afraid.But I had gone there,I must have a try.

Not long after,the game began.The first person was great.He jumped over easily.I was too surprised to say a word.The second was good,too.The third nearly jumped over,but he wasnt bad…

It was my turn.I had a deep breath and then ran towards.In front of the pole,I began to jump.Oh,no!My right foot hit the pole.“I failed.” I thought.And then,another unlucky thing happened.I didnt stand firm and I tumbled.I hurt my back badly.At that moment I felt my back was broken.It was too painful.It seemed that the people around field all didnt know that,they only laughed at my foolish posture.After a very short rest,I stood up.

I push my pain back and then went out of the field with my red face.My friend hurried to come to me.He asked me if this was terrible.I was too pained with my back to answer his questions.I only shook my head.I was sad.Not only I had hurt my back but also I couldnt go on in the game.I had to see the others jump and wish them to get a good place.

Though I didnt have the whole game.I was still very happy.Because a lot of my classmates tried their best in the game and they got a lot of good places.They were all best in my eyes.I was thankful to them for doing their best for our class.

我喜欢户外运动，因为这个，我有幸认识了这样一帮人，他们是“源野户外运动俱乐部”的领头人，更高兴的是我终于也成为“源野”的一员，用现代网络语言称之为驴友，使我有机会进一步了解他们，获悉他们中的许多人曾经徒步探寻过闽东的许多古道，有的人甚至饱览过祖国的名胜古迹和著名自然风光。他们热爱大自然，向往大自然，酷爱山地户外运动，他们对山地户外运动的迷恋简直是如痴如狂，难以自拔。

“源野”是集山地户外运动和组织自费旅游于一体的民间社团组织，是以倡导户外运动来促进全民健身运动为目的。

这个秋天，我偷闲跟随他们走进深山，成为“源野”探寻福安市经霞浦县、柘荣县、至福鼎县的四县市古道的探险队队员，领略了山清水秀、云淡风轻、万里蓝空的如画风光;领略了古道陡峭崎岖、坎坷不平的艰难行径;领略了他们勇于探索、不畏艰难、爱护环境、互助友爱的精神风貌。

秋季的清晨略带些寒意，我们穿着单薄的秋衣，背上简易的行装迎着晨曦出发了。

首先，乘车到福安市赛岐镇下车再寻古道徒步行进。这次我们罗源方探险队由“源野”驴友老赵、长乐、山猫、首相等八人组成，在车上谈笑风生，老驴友们大谈其踏过的自然风光、高山峻岭，炫耀着他们游览过的美丽景色，或诉说着他们曾经在探险中的遇险及解脱过程，新驴友在羡慕他们的同时更敬佩他们的勇敢精神，车内洋溢着欢乐的气氛，人人脸上写满了快乐的笑意，找不到一丝将面临艰难险阻的忧虑。

上午9时，到福安市赛岐镇的一个不知名的村庄下车，与宁德方参加本次探险的“源野”驴友弹壳、业余等四名探险队员会合。因为我是第一次随队活动，脑子里一片茫然，所以不会刻意那些经过的地名，只是懵懵地跟着他们走。

在简短的行装整理后，队伍开始向深山徒步进发。

一路上，老队员唠叨着“不要把垃圾随意丢弃，要善待青山，要保护环境!”我暗自讥笑，然静静思考顿悟其理，内心对他们的敬意也油然而生。我深深地感到这不仅是一次探险，更是一次环保意识教育。

言语中，我们已经行进在一条山间古道，古道沿着峡谷蜿蜒而上，路边流着清澈的山涧小溪，流水潺潺，跳跃着从我们身边奔过。路的右侧是树木林立、郁郁葱葱的肥沃山坡，充满着生命的气息。路的左侧是高耸陡峭的岩壁，怪石嶙峋，鸟雀稀少的瘠薄高山，显得阴森而又荒凉。路的一望尽头是天与地的交合处，古道直插两个高入云端的山峰间的鞍部，远远望去好似一条冲向天空的道路。

古道现已人迹罕至，年久失修，一路上坑坑洼洼、坎坷不平。我深一脚浅一脚地艰难跋涉着，早已气喘吁吁，汗如雨下，浑身湿透，不知多少次在心里后悔自己参加这次探险，出于维护男人的自尊，我没有道出自责自悔的言语。那些老驴友们像是天生没有疲倦感，提着相机东拍西照，仿佛欲将这里的每一个秀色风光都揣在兜里带走。而我已经累得两眼昏花，两脚只是机械地向前挪动。个别和我一样首次参加探险的女驴友，她们嘴里也开始自言自语着“快到了吗?”“还要走多久?”老驴友弹壳指着远处只能看到蓝天的哑口说：“过了哑口就有个村庄了，到了那边我们就坐车!”我虽明明知道这仅仅是一句激励的话而已，但依然在我心中点燃了希望，失去知觉的双脚又陡然生风，行如飞。

大约走了两个小时到达哑口。

在哑口上，掠过阵阵清风。此时的我由于急行军而热的汗流浃背，粘着湿漉漉衣裳的臂膀站在哑口中央，望着蓝天，微风荏苒，觉得无限的凉爽和惬意，这只是我们刚经历了艰难之后才会感受到此时的快活。

我多么想在此多呆一会儿，尽情地享受这里的凉风，但，已是晌午，此地渺无人烟，我们又已饥肠辘辘，不得不继续前进。

到霞浦县柏洋乡谢墩村，弹壳租到了一部破烂的农用车，我们乘上往柏洋乡奔去。

在农用车上，一路尘土飞扬;一路颠簸跳跃，若是平常我真难想象自己的感触，但此时此刻，已累到极点的我能坐上车就是无上的幸福了，我想，此时大家的想法应该一样吧?。

在柏洋乡的一个小餐馆前停车，我们每个人都已是粉头垢面，但每个人都顾不上清洗，立即上桌就餐。饥不择食的队员们都顾不得自己的吃相，快速地消灭掉端到餐桌上的每一盘菜，让一旁的服务员看的目瞪口呆!

饭后，稍作休整就上了公交车到了一个三岔口下车，又换租了一辆工具车马不停蹄地赶路。由于午餐后的自然生理反应，我在车上昏昏沉沉。工具车爬升了一大段长坡，在经过一个哑口时，不知谁惊呼“目海尖!目海尖!”驴友们都惊醒，并异口同声地喊叫：“停车!停车!”我仰头望着目海尖山顶，只见一座高山挺拔屹立于群山众岭间，尖削的山峰，远远高出周围的山脉，一枝独秀，若身材窈窕的美丽仙女，亭亭玉立。这秀色可餐的自然风光折服了这帮大地之子，赞美之声喋喋不休，并手忙脚乱地拍照留影，我在车上于己无关似的旁观他们的举动，觉得滑稽可爱，童真稚气十足。

驴友们折腾一番后上车继续行驶，工具车顺着目海尖哑口往柘荣县东源乡兰中村而去。汽车沿着像蛇一样弯弯曲曲的公路的陡坡飞驰而下，男驴友们坐在车斗里被摔得像不倒翁似的摇摆，我的太阳帽也被风刮走，留给目海尖仙女作纪念了。

一会儿，到了兰中村下车，我们又要开始艰辛的徒步行走，此时此刻，驴友们身心疲惫不堪，只能咬紧牙关向福鼎县磻溪镇仙蒲村而行，这就是我们此次徒步行走古道的终点。虽是秋季，但南方下午的太阳依然有些炎烈，再加上驴友们的超体力运动和之前积累下的疲劳，个个都显得有些懒散，我们的探险队就象残兵败将一样，零零散散、缓慢地在古道上移动，弹壳又想激励队员们的精神，故伎重演，又指着远远的哑口告诉我们：“过了哑口下去就是仙蒲村，到哪后就乘车去福鼎拓展营!”企图唤醒驴友们的劲力，但我实在累坏了，任何激励都没有作用了，只能拼着余力艰难地爬行，不知道爬了几段坡，也不知道过了几个哑口，终于看到了沿溪整齐排列着房子的村庄，眼前一亮，这就是仙蒲村!

到了村庄，人人忽然精神抖擞。看那沿溪两岸整齐的清一色青瓦屋顶和砖墙的民房，从村中横贯的九鲤溪清澈见底，水泥村道清洁如洗，溪上横跨小桥，在夕阳的余晖中黑白轮廓十分明显，使整个村庄变得清晰亮丽，真像一幅美丽的江南水乡的水墨画，连我这个对风景有些麻木的人也为之赞不绝口。驴友们竞相抢拍照夕阳下的美景，而我未带相机只能沿溪游览，突然发现树荫下的河水里有成群大鲤鱼在悠闲的优哉游哉，有青色的、有红色的，我大声惊呼引来全部驴友的观赏，弹壳扔进两块光饼引起鲤鱼们互相追逐争食，激起阵阵水花，逗着驴友们哈哈大笑，忘记了疲劳。

欣赏罢这里的夕阳余晖中的风景后，我们就上车去福鼎拓展营游玩去了。

虽然经历了这次徒步古道的艰辛和疲劳，但受益匪浅，不枉此行。特别是使我得机会与驴友们同甘共苦，拾零一路上的点点滴滴故事，回味一路上老驴友们的深情话语，回想一路上驴友们的稚气滑稽行为，设身处地了解认识了“源野”驴友们对山地户外运动的疯狂酷爱，对大自然的执着追求和热爱。当我从对他们的行为觉得可笑转变成敬佩时，不禁想到，如果我们能够学习“源野”人的户外运动精神，积极参加运动健身活动，就一定能够保持健康的体质和良好的心态。

户外运动不失为酷爱运动又不想拘束于室内的人的一种最佳选择啊!

有人喜欢爬山，有人喜欢游泳；有人喜欢跑步，有人喜欢打球。而我，却对跳绳这项运动情有独钟。

每天清晨，伴着天边的启明星，呼吸着新鲜的空气，来到离家不远的一片草地上。站在这里， 先舒活舒活筋骨，再做几次深呼吸，然后轻挥双臂，白色的棉线绳便上下翻飞。一会儿单腿跳，一会儿双腿跳，脚尖随着跳绳的起落有节奏的跳跃，身子轻盈如同灵活的燕子．

最初，我每次只能连续跳五六十下，还会累的气喘吁吁，臂酸了，腿也软了．经过一年多坚持不懈的锻炼，现在我跳绳的技术已堪称一流．连续２００个双腿跳，是我每天必练的基本功．翻花，跳飞绳是我的绝活．现在，我的职业病－－－肩周炎再没犯过，感冒发烧之类的小毛病更与我无缘．在锻炼中，我体会到了＂生命在于运动＂的含义．

在跳绳的过程中，我还领悟到了许多人生的道理．人的一生，有春风得意的时候，也有逆水行舟的艰难；欣喜也好，悲伤也罢，起起落落之间，希望是不能破灭的．就如手中的跳绳，如果你不抓紧它，它就会从你手中飞出去．我们跳累了，可以歇歇再来．事业不顺了，心情烦了，不都可以重新调整再来一次吗？就把这一次的下落看作是为了从低点再次上扬的准备吧！

抓紧手中的这根跳绳，感觉就象握住了心中的希望．只要我们不放弃，它就会再扬起来！

如果让我向大家推荐一种体育项目的话，我会说：跳绳，不但是一种简单有效的健身方法，还是一剂催人振奋的良药！
