早上八点钟，操场上已是人山人海，到处都是欢声笑语，热闹非凡，运动员们都在精神饱满地准备比赛，首先我们来到踢毽子比赛的现场，有的选手可能由于过份的紧张，没踢二三个就掉下来，只见我班的选手杨力诚，沉着应战，一连踢了七八个也没掉，毽子在他身边飞来飞去，像长在他身上一样，而我们啦啦队也没闲着，都在大声的为他助威加油，使选手们越踢越有劲，最终获得了第二名的好成绩。

上午的比赛结束了，我们暂获年级第二名的好成绩，成败就在下午的表现，为了下午的长绳比赛能取得好成绩，我们利用中午加强练习，同学们都热情高帐，不怕苦不怕累，只希望在下午的比赛能取得好成绩。我和邹景屹是甩长绳的，易老师说“长绳比赛，甩长绳很重要，长绳要甩得不好，更别说跳了”。比赛开始了，我非常紧张，生怕因为自己的失误而影响大家，影响班级的成绩，因为我们俩的身高不一样，甩绳的高度也不一样，要随时看着绳子的高度而进行调整，哨声响起，我和邹景屹马上甩了起来，“1、2、3、4、5……”为了掌握节奏，我们俩达成默契，默默的数着，只见我们班的长绳选手们好厉害，一个接一个，就像一条条活蹦乱跳的鱼儿，以每秒一个的速度钻了进去，“停”！我们跳了131个，虽然我们只得了第三名，但我们依然很开心。

这次运动会，我们班获得了年级第三名的好成绩，通过运动会让我懂得，班级的荣誉需要靠大家一起去努力。

爸爸妈妈从幼儿班开始就带着我学这个班那个班，每个星期都排得满满的。我学过打鼓，学过跳舞，学过图画，学过书法，但我最喜欢的是学游泳。

我6岁还是幼儿班中班的时候，由于个子小，总排在前排，不是第一就是第二……不知道听谁说，“游泳可以长身体”于是爸爸妈妈就带我去学游泳了。

听说“希腊”（403班）的“点蜡烛”好玩又简单，我便和好朋友金宇虹手拉手一起去碰碰运气。一到那儿，一条“长龙”即映入眼帘，看来这个项目很受同学们的欢迎。我们随着人流走进了龙尾行列。慢慢地，我们进入了龙头的行列。我伸头前望，只见一个瘦小的女孩一下子就点燃了三根蜡烛而顺利通关了。“这个游戏的确挺简单的嘛！通关对于我来说应该不成问题。”于是，我信心十足地站在队中，不时向前移动着脚步。就在快轮到我时，一种莫名的担忧涌上心头：万一我动作慢了烧到手怎么办？同学们会不会笑话我呀？“快，轮到你了。”金宇虹对我说。我猛地回过神来，接过火柴，闪亮登场。“哧——”火柴擦着了，我急忙将火柴移向蜡烛。可是这火苗像故意跟我作对似的，东躲西藏，就是不和烛芯亲热。无奈，最后以失败而告终。我定了定神，又擦燃了第二根。这次我吸取教训，放慢了速度。谁知，这“熊熊大火”还没等到我移向蜡烛已经亲吻了我的手指，我只好大叫着将它扔到了地上。此刻，我狼狈极了，但为了尊严故作镇定。我又擦燃了第三根、第四根……时间到了，最终我只点燃了一支蜡烛！看来，不论何时都不能轻信别人的话，只有亲身下河才能知深浅，只有亲口尝梨才能之酸甜呐！

离开那伤心地，我来到了“西班牙斗牛场”（自己班教室），争取在这里找回点自信。瞧，赛场上那些瘦骨嶙峋的“牛”一下子就被那些膘肥体壮的“牛”撞出圈外，直接淘汰出局。此时，我暗下决心：只能成功，不许失败！

因为这里排队的人不多，所以很快就轮到我了。看到对手，我不由得松了一口气，因为跟我斗的是503班的一头瘦弱的“小牛”。我们的决斗一开始他就向我发起猛攻。他的腿真硬啊，撞在我的腿上犹如硬石砸落下来。我不甘示弱，双手牢牢地抱着脚，谨慎地周旋着，一旦抓住时机就凶猛地进行反击，非要和他拼个你死我活不可！慢慢地，他支持不住了，只好向我投降。“呜呼，我赢了！”我开心地大叫起来。同时，我也悟出了一个道理：在“战场”上，要智取，不可蛮斗。

这次的游园活动令我终生难忘，因为我们在玩游戏的同时学到了不少知识，也懂得了不少道理！

一年一度的秋季运动会，终于被我盼到了，我们都很激动，今天，运动会即将正式开幕。

我参加的项目是：垒球、铅球等。高老师叫我候，我的心就像怀里抱着只活蹦乱跳的小兔子，“砰砰”直跳，紧张得要死，等了大半天，才伦到去扔铅球比赛的时我，当时，我的心像要跳出来了的感觉，我第一次扔的不远，只有3米多一点，第二次扔得时候，我用尽全力，才把铅球扔到5米多一点，可是，第三次扔得时候，我扔得一点也不远，结果，我得了块银牌，可是我想得金牌。

在跑步的之前，小运动员们在做运动，只听一声枪声，小运动员们跑起来了，有的头看天，有的跑得像一把剑似的，有的像大灰狼在追小绵羊似的。

运动会结束了，我们离开了今年的运动会。

在这次10米汽手枪项目中，我国运动员郭文珺在比赛中表现突出，虽然在资格赛中排名第二，但是她并不灰心，在决赛中发挥出色，终于登上了冠军宝座，为祖国争了光。

不过这位冠军身后的故事并不简单，在她十四岁时，她父母就离了婚，随后她爸爸又把她一个人扔在了体校，至今杳无音信，没有爸爸的支持，她的精神和生活可想而知，好几次她都想放弃运动生涯，甚至一段时间差还去打了工。但是她最后还是坚持了下来，她只有一个信念，就是得到世界冠军，让爸爸为她自豪，能回心转意回到她的身边。

这是多么感人的经历啊!她的精神太值得我们学习了，我们祝愿她的心愿能早日实现。

俗话说:"人没有 十全十美的."包括王一梅姐姐,她的技术还不够全面.奥运会中国女排和美国女排打时,美国女排领先,然后经过中国女排的奋力追赶比分追至,22比24(局点),正好是一梅姐姐发球,本以为一梅姐姐发一定会让对方来个狗吃屎,但是事情并没有我想像的那么顺利,而且把球发到界外,被美国女排把这局拿下了,第3局一梅姐姐还是关键时刻发球,这回为了避免上次的失误把球发的比原来又轻了点,啊!太轻了!正好没过网?!我真是为她可惜,着急.唉!一梅姐姐真是还需要加强和提高发球方面的技术.

但这些都掩盖不住王一梅的光芒,在奥运会中古女排争夺铜牌比赛中,王一梅成了全场最耀眼的明星,中国女排近一半的进攻都出自王一梅一人之手成为全场比赛最佳得分手,为中国女排立下汗马功劳.

I know her because of a famous TV series. At that time, she was not famous, but now, as we all know she has been one of the most popular actress who gets an international reputation. I like her not only because she is beautiful but also her good performance and her hard-working.

课余生活，有人喜欢唱歌，有人喜欢写作，有人喜欢画画，有人喜欢乒乓球，而我最喜欢的就是跑步。而且，因为喜欢跑步的原因，我还跑出了名堂。

运动会上，我成功成为了运动员。我参赛的项目是跑500米。我在看台上坐了好长时间，终于轮到我了。我们所有跑500米的运动员开始做准备活动。做完准备活动，大家都站在起跑线上，等待着口令。老师说：”预备，321，跑！”所有人一听到口令立即跑了出去。我也跑了起来。

终于到了黄旗，我一下子变了道，突然有一个同学一下子别住了我，当我看到时，我又变了道，那个同学又别在了我前面，我被迫再一次变道。这时我回头一看，他又想别我，我飞快地跑，把那个同学远远落在了后面。

当我跑到第二圈之后，我觉得脚底下已经生风了。我不敢相信，我竟然在最前面，我立刻有了信心。我不慌不忙地在跑道上跑步，还是没有人追上来。正在我信心百倍时，突然有两名同学追了上来，我也使出浑身解数使劲往前跑，我又追回来一个，一看正是刚刚别我的那个同学。我刚从他身边过去，他又追了上来，再一次别上了我。我使出所有力量和他赛跑，但没能追上他。

我们比着比着，又一个同学跑到我前面，眼看他们快要胜利了。我有点灰心。马上到终点了，终于有人吹哨啦，我垂头丧气地跑到了终点。

就这样，我向看台走去。不一会老师来了，老师问跑步跑了第几名，我说：“第四名。”老师说：“跑步重在参与，你已经很棒了，别灰心！”我把跑步中遇到同学别我的情况告诉了老师，老师说：“他这样做的确不对，不过，如果你的速度再快一点，他这些小把戏就完全没有用了！”通过这次运动会，我明白了自己还要多跑步，让自己的速度提升上来。

课余生活跑步的经历让我知道了比赛中应该“友谊第一，比赛第二”。

我喜欢跑步，我要锻炼自己，争取下次得到更好的成绩。

Miss Hou is my English teacher, she is 28, we all like her.
