我爱跑步！跑步总能让我得到许多意想不到的惊喜。就拿生活中的一些小趣事来说吧：我平时是一个弱质纤纤的小女孩，可是，只要一到跑道上跑了一会儿，就会变成另一个人，自信来了，有种“天苍苍，野茫茫。大地就在我脚下”的感觉，什么困难似乎也能迎刃而解了。

我爱跑步，更因为那一次偶然的机会，我向全班同学证明了我的实力。那一次是体育考试，是跑步。真巧，是我最喜欢的运动，别提我有多开心了。比赛开始了，我是一号线的“小选手”，一点也不起眼。刚开始跑的时候，一马当先的我顺利取得了可喜的成绩。一阵阵热烈的掌声从我耳边响起，久久回荡……

这一次比赛让同学们对我刮目相看。平时体弱多病的我，今天却像变成了一位身强力壮、身经百战的勇士一样。我真希望可以成为刘翔那样优秀的运动员，在奥运的赛场上为自己，也为国家多增添一份光彩！

我一定会好好运动，跑出成绩，跑出自己，跑出世界！

如果你不运动的话，那你一定是很懒的人，因为运动可以加速你的身体运作，把身体的毒素排出，让你更健康、更有活力，加强腿力与耐力，所以要多运动保护身体。

我最喜欢的运动是骑脚踏车，脚踏车就象是我的宝贝，骑脚踏车时我会甩尾、翘轮子、放双手等。回想我第一次骑车，一上车就跌倒，也曾经骑太快结果按了一下煞车，我就连人带车翻了好几圈，因此大腿破皮了。还有一次，跟妈妈和姐姐一起去骑脚踏车，骑到半路，一台摩托车疾驶而过撞了我一下，我就像空中飞人一样在半空中翻了个大筋斗，所以骑车千万要注意，不要边骑边玩耍。

运动前要先暖身，不然容易受伤，也注意自己与别人的安全，这样大家才会安全，不然在运动时会常受伤，就达不到身体健康的目标了。

快到五一劳动节的时候，我们学校举办了一次外出活动-——全校的师生一起去滨河公园玩。

这次活动是我们学校五年级和六年级一块儿出去玩，由于那一个地方离我们学校比较近，所以我们在老师和校长的带领下一起去了滨河公园。

刚到那里，校长就带领我们去一个铺满假草的空地上，校长带我们做了一系列的热身运动，有伸展手部和腿部，跨步走……然后，活动就开始了。

先是跳绳比赛，我们五六年级展开了激烈的比拼，男生和女生各比一轮，先是男生比赛，最后我们班的男生惨败了。然后是女生比赛，令我们大吃一惊的是她们奇迹般地获得了胜利。

然后是乒乓球比赛，这一轮比赛可精彩了，我们这两个班级总共进行了三轮比赛。第一轮我们班派出了小万上场，他迅速地走到比赛场地，看他那自信的表情，所有人都认为他能拿下胜利，可没想到的是，他与胜利女神擦肩而过了……

随后，我们班派出了一员大将——小海，他最后获得了胜利，我们两班打成了平手。

可在最后一轮时，我们班没人愿意上场，可他们偏偏要让我上场，我没办法，只好硬着头皮上场了，最后，我竟然赢得了胜利。

学校这次举办的活动，是最有意义的一次活动，也是我最喜欢的活动。

一年四季中，春，万物复苏;夏，骄阳似火;冬，白雪皑皑。可是我独爱秋那成熟的美。

秋天的颜色是金色的。一片片金黄的落叶，好像一只只美丽的蝴蝶在秋风中翩翩起舞;一层层金黄的稻浪，好像一片金色的海洋;高粱红着脸在秋风中伸着懒腰，它金色的衣裙一边唱歌一边跳着欢快的舞蹈……

秋天的声音是美妙的。秋雨滴滴答答地下着，宛如悦耳的琴声;秋风徐徐的吹着，宛如动听的乐曲;从树底下，田野里不断传来的欢快的虫鸣，奏响了丰收的交响曲……

秋天的味道是香甜的。果园里，一只只的鸭梨像一盏盏小灯笼，挂在树上;葡萄架上，一串串葡萄像一颗颗又大又圆黑珍珠，闪闪发亮，发出沁人心脾的芳香……秋风中的菊花正开得烂漫。红的、白的、黄的、紫的，争奇斗艳，空气中散发着醉人清香。

秋天的天空是高远的。那蓝蓝的天空中飘着几朵淡淡的白云，白云下是一行行南飞的归雁，它们一会排成人字，一会排成一字，为美丽的天空增添了抹抹生机……

啊，秋天，你是多么美好，我爱你!

我最喜欢的运动员是一名英国四百米田径赛纪录保持者雷德蒙。他是一名黑人运动员。

１９９２年，在巴塞罗那奥运会，雷德蒙在两次预赛中均获小组赛第一名，为备战巴塞罗那奥运会，他做了四次手术，１９９２年奥运会，这是他最后一次出征奥运会赛场。

比赛开始了，雷德蒙跑到了中间，可突然因为旧伤复发，右大腿肌肉严重撕裂，疼痛难忍，不得不蹲下来休息的片刻。

此时，他距离终点线还有一百七十五米，他苦等了八年的奥运金牌梦，就此提前宣告终结，而别的选手已经跑到了赛道的终点，可是雷德蒙没有放弃比赛，他痛苦的站起身来，忍着钻心的疼痛，凭着自己顽强的意志，坚持跑完了全程的比赛，虽然他是赛场上最后一名选手，但是赛场的观众全部起立了，为他鼓起了雷鸣般的掌声。

雷德蒙在比赛结束后哭了，虽然他没有实现金牌，梦，但是他用自己顽强的意志维护了一个运动员的尊严和骄傲。这就是我最佩服他的地方，因为我们不论做任何事情，都不能轻易的放弃自己的目标和理想，比赛虽然很重要，但是运动精神更值得我们每个小朋友学习，我们要坚持完成比赛，战胜困难，战胜自己。

这就是我最喜欢的英国运动员雷德蒙。
