接下来上场的是美国队，她们的队长叫萨克拉莫尼，她一上场就从平衡木上掉了下来，在后面的比赛中我觉得她有点心慌，上了平衡木以后总是怕再掉下来，所以她那套动作没做好，只得了15.10分。

最后一项是自由操的比赛，美国队先上场。又是这个萨克拉莫尼，她上场不久就摔倒了，坐在了地上，后面脚又跳出了界，这两个都是重大失误，所以她最后只得了14。125分。我想她可能是因为前面平衡木掉下来了，就变得不太自信了，所以失误连连，我真为她感到可惜呀!

接下来是中国队上场，有我喜欢的程菲、江钰源和邓琳琳，她们都发挥得很出色，最后中国队获得了冠军。

看完比赛后，妈妈说要我学习中国队队长的这种精神：任何时候都要对自己有信心，凡事不可以轻易放弃。

我在电视里观看体操比赛的时候，也会学着去模仿那些动作，因为那是我最喜欢的运动，我也下定决心，要好好练好体操，以后有机会去参加相关的训练和比赛。

一年一度的运动会来了，我很开心有很紧张，开心是因为又可以观看激烈的运动真会了，紧张是这一次我被选上了五人两足的运动项目。

操场上真热闹啊！坐台上人山人海，人们有的在讨论运动会的项目，有的在为自己班参加运动项目的同学加油鼓气，还有的在讨论自己参加运动项目的目标。操场边上的一棵棵柳树随风舞动，挥动着长着嫩绿的柳芽，好像是一群拉拉队在为同学们喊加油。

第一个比赛项目就是一年级50米跑，嘣！的一声，同学们像一只脱离笼子的小鸟飞快地跑了出去，还有20米，10米，5米，一个同学跑到了终点她露出了甜蜜的笑脸。我最期待的还是多人单跳绳和仰卧起坐。终于到了！同学们各个跃跃欲试，摩拳擦掌准备跳绳比赛。“预备—开始！”我飞快的跳了起来，时间快完了的时候，我的手没劲了，脚被绊了一下，我心想：完了，这次我肯定上不了130个以上了。我又转变了念头。不，我可以跳的更多最后我跳了136个，这让我明白了坚持就是胜利。

下午，该全体仰卧起坐了，我给自己定了个目标一分钟做50个以上。开始了，我迅速做起来，1、2、3、4、……69，没有力气的我躺了一会儿，时间到了，一共做了69个。我真开心能为班级争光。最后一个五人两足的项目，主要的就是要团结协作、同心协力，开始了，我很紧张，我一边跑一边看着超在我们前面的班级，我心里想：我一定不能输，我一定要超过前面，最后，还是输了，虽然这次输了，可我有了经验，下一次我不能爱慌张了。转眼间，愉快的运动会结束了。

这次运动会给了我一个深深的教诲，团结就是力量。
