我最喜欢的运动是篮球，因为我们家旁边就有篮球框，每次我跟同学玩的时候，大家都说我很强，因为我和哥哥几乎天天都在练习篮球。

我第二喜欢的是躲避球，每次都一直说服老师上躲避球课，躲避球运动让我玩得健康又快乐，当然我也是箇中强手。

还有我也很喜欢跑步，这个星期班上举行比赛，我们比两场，结果一场输一场赢，我们第一场会输是因为我们没有全力以赴的跑，才会造成我们输，第二场记取了教训，也有了经验下，所以我们奋力的向前跑，如果晚了一秒，我们这一对两场都会输。

我觉得我们要多多运动，大家才会有健康的身体，也活得健康。

我喜欢的运动项目有滑冰、踢足球、跑步等，但我最喜欢的运动是跆拳道。

记得刚上一年级时，妈妈征求了我的意见，就给我报了跆拳道班。我初去上课时，教练就让我们从最基本的正踢开始，一个一个的示范，轮到我时一连做了好几个，可是我怎么也踢不到位，把我急的脸、脖子通红，心想太丢人了。教练就把我叫到一边，耐心地坐下和我聊起天来，他告诉我说：“功夫需要不断地练习，慢慢来，你是个好苗子。”教练的话给了我无穷的力量。

每当上课时，教练教我们又是踢又是跳的动作，我比别人更用心地练习。有一次，在练习外摆的时候，突然下起雨来，同学们都迅速地跑进了教室，可是我还在专心地练习着，完全没有受大雨的影响，最后还是教练把我拉进了教室。

转眼间，练习跆拳道快一年了，我的一章、二章都全部学会了，并且练习的也很到位，我现在是白带，马上就要晋级考试了，我还要坚持下去，向我的目标黑带冲击。

我爱跆拳道！因为跆拳道可以帮自己防身，它更是考验一个人耐力和恒心的一项运动。

我喜欢劳动，这个暑假里，我每天早上起床，先将被子叠的整整齐齐，把地扫的干干静静，把桌子擦的起明发亮。然后刷牙、洗脸，吃过早饭我帮妈妈把碗和筷子洗的干干净净。

上午我看见爸爸和妈妈的衣服脏了，就把衣服放进盆子里拿到河边去洗。我先把衣服泡湿，在往盆里倒一些洗衣粉，等洗衣粉融化后，将衣服泡在里面，用手使劲的搓，再用水反复的洗，我将衣服洗干净后将水拧干，把衣服用衣服架撑起来。

下午，妈妈去上班了，我在锅了下一点米，倒一点水，准备烧一点汤。我再把菜洗干净，用刀切好放在锅里炒一炒，放了一点调料，菜一会儿就炒熟了。快六点钟了，我把饭盛在碗里，妈妈回来看见我做好了饭夸我是个好孩子。我高兴的说：“我以后每天都要热爱劳动”。

今天的天气格外的暖和，一点感觉不到冬天的寒冷。妈妈说：“难得的好天气，我带你去滑雪运动吧！”我高兴得手舞足蹈。

我和妈妈乘车来到了玉泉凤山滑雪运动场。从山脚向山顶望去，一片洁白的世界，整个雪场被阳光照得闪闪发光。
