运动是一个人健康的表现，因为只有爱运动的人才会健康。我就是一个热爱运动的人，所以我一出生到现在只生过一次病。在这众多的运动中我最喜乒乓球。

乒乓球是一个不伤友情的运动，不会像足球一样，在玩前是一对形影不离的朋友，在玩时是敌人，在玩后成了仇人。在玩乒乓球时，只要你瞄准球打回过去就可以了。如果在玩时刮起了一阵风，球弯了，打不中，你只能对着天骂：“天不助我也”。如果是另一个人用技术嬴了，你只能怨你自己技术不如他。乒乓球还是一个不会受伤的运动，不会像篮球，在玩时会被推倒、撞伤或中头奖。在玩乒乓球时，就算被打中也不会觉得痛。我在享受这运动的同时，也认识了许多乒乓球高手，让我的朋友一天比一天多。

“生命在于运动”是一句妇孺皆知的谚语。我觉得这句话说得很好。因为有一次，运动真的帮了我一个大忙。

大约是在我小学三年级的时候。有一个周末我生病了，发烧发到37。7℃。爸爸见我的病还没有太严重，就赶紧鼓励我和他一起去跑步，说是这样能退烧。我一开始并不想去，可后来见爸爸一直拉着我，没办法，我只好半信半疑地去了。来到小区内，我慢慢地绕着小区跑了一圈，回到家后，感觉好多了。

还有一次，那时候的我刚刚迷上了周杰伦，一到体育课，老师让我们自己安排时间的时候，我就喜欢跟好朋友范淼躲在一个没人的角落里一起聊周杰伦或是他的歌。那时正值春季，早晚温差较大，再加上我长时间不运动，结果得了感冒。

生命在于运动，这是一句耳熟能详的谚语。可是，我们又有谁能真正做到了这句话呢？运动其实是一件非常有益于我们身体健康的事。经常运动的人不仅身体好，而且力气大。尤其是处在青春期发育的我们，更应当加强运动，不是吗？

生命的意义在于什么呢？生命到底是什么？

阳光火辣辣的，“呜”一声叫喊在我耳边谅过，向远一看：一只小狗不停地叫喊，因为它的主人把它拴在树边不停用绳子恶打它，我好像听到它的哭泣声响彻云霄，连绵起伏。我眼睁睁看着它被打，可又不敢说那个中年人，害怕他也来打我。可那只狗挣扎着，鼓动着双腿，就连我都怕的东西，可它却不怕，它坚持着，努力着，不管多大的困难，它相信自己一定能行。我听见了它的叫喊：“我一定要获得自由！”那叫喊声一直在我脑海中回荡，狗那求生欲望让我震惊，我想我有什么理由，可以遇到了各种困难就放弃呢？

在一个电闪雷鸣的夜晚，我发现我们家阳台上的多肉已经落下了不少嫩叶，那么嫩小、鲜嫩、美丽，雷公公就这么舍得把这么美丽的花儿经伤害了吗？

我看着这已经死了的多肉扔到了家门口。

可第二天早晨，我去公园散步回来的时候发现多肉竟挺起来了，真没想到，那小小的叶，竟然有如此强大的生命力，有只有一点阳光和泥土的水泥地上重新发芽生根，茁壮生长。

从那次起我知道了生命的意义在于活着就要坚持。生命宝贵，我们一定要珍惜生命，不论遇到多少挫折和困难。
