在那次玩耍中我感受到了其实无论在什么地方都能找着欢乐。

我最喜欢的体育运动是踢毽子儿。我喜欢踢毽子，是源于半年前我和我表姐的一次踢毽子比赛。

那天，表姐到我家玩。我们一起写完作业以后，觉得有点儿累，于是表姐提议说：“我们来玩踢毽子吧。”“可是，我不会踢怎么办?”表姐说：“我先来做示范，然后你再踢。”说着，她踢了起来。1、2、3……她踢得可真多呀，一下子踢了10多个，该我踢了，我觉得腿有点儿不听使唤，胳膊也跟着较劲儿，只踢了2个，毽子就被我踢飞了。接下来我们又踢了半天，可我还是没有抓到要领，踢得还是很少。到了5点多钟，表姐被她爸爸接走了。我暗暗下定决心：瑕疵比赛的时候一定要超过她。于是我每天一有时间，就开始练习踢毽儿。

至于跳绳，我小学时，一直是一百四十多个。经过这一个学期的训练，今天考试就跳到了一有百七十八个。以前我只会单摇、倒编花、一带一和十人八字跳。在这学期的一次体育课上，老师让大家跳双摇，我三年级时试过几回，都以失败告终，后来就在也没试过。于是我便尝试着跳一个结果没想到我竟然学会了双摇！这个惊喜也正是让我更爱跳绳的原因。

接着，我们又做了百变气球。老师拿着手里的材料说，只要吹好了气，打好了结，想做什么样的都可以。老师先给我们示范，变戏法似的，一会就做了帽子、板凳狗和山羊。接着要我们照着样子做，还宣布做得好的奖励一个气球，但每样只限五个人。大家赶紧动手，拼命地做。结果，全班同学几乎都做了帽子，做板凳狗的只有三个人，做山羊的没有一个人。我也只做了帽子，因为山羊非常难做，帽子却很容易做。走的时候，老师送给我们每人一个打气筒，回家以后还可以自己动手制作。

这次活动，我学到了知识，学会了动手制作，真是一次非常有意义的活动。

我喜欢打羽毛球，因为羽毛球是全身运动的。不但可以锻练身体的灵活性，也可使身心得到健康发展。羽毛球需要两人一起才能进行，既可培养群体的精神，也可增进友谊。如果体弱多病的人，也可以尝试以羽毛球这运动增强自己的体魄。

「多做运动身体好」这句说话说得真的不错。我觉得做运动不一定是要做大量的，只要配合自己的体质、符合自己的性格便可。我个人就对羽毛球这种运动最感兴趣了。羽毛球令我著迷，因为每次打羽毛球我都会全情投入，就算跌到流血或受伤，我都不加理会。每逢有空的时候，我一定去楼下的公园不断练习，务求能得到进步。回想过去自己初学羽毛球的时候，真的甚麼也不了解、不明白。那时候旁徨的感觉，曾使我放弃，有幸的是有一群知己鼓励我，使我能对羽毛球这项运动加深了认识。

大家都有自己喜爱的体育运动，我也不例外，我最喜欢打羽毛球。当我第一眼看到这个用几根羽毛做成的羽毛球，便爱上了这项体育运动。

一个星期天，爸爸拿出他新买的羽毛球拍开始了我们之间的“较量”。他先给我做了一个示范。那雪白的羽毛球在空中一会儿空翻，一会儿旋转，忽高忽低，忽左忽右。刚开始，我怎么也接不到爸爸打过来的球，几乎要灰心了。这时爸爸走过来，微笑着对我说：“孩子，你要知道，世上无难事，只怕有心人啊!”于是，我继续开始练习接球。在爸爸的耐心指导和我的刻苦练习下，我的球技有了较大的进步，可以和爸爸“较量”了。

又是一个星期天，我和爸爸来到了一片空地上。我们先架好了网架，然后我先发了一个球给爸爸。爸爸轻轻一跃，就接到了这个球并向我打来。我也不甘示弱，向前跑了两步就接到了爸爸打来的球。没想到爸爸又把球打了回来，我没回过神，球打偏了。我刚想发脾气，但是转念一想，在学校老师告诉同学们，生活中不管遇到什么困难都要坚持下去。况且我这点事情又算得了什么呢?于是，我调整心情又和爸爸继续打球。就这样，不知不觉我们居然连续打了近两个小时，才意犹未尽的回了家。

打羽毛球不仅可以锻炼身体，还很有趣。你喜欢这项运动吗?

There are many festivals in China. Among them, I like the Spring Festival most. Not only because it’s the biggest festival in the year, but also because it’s a new beginning that brings hope to people and it’s time for family gathering. Before the festival, people come home no matter where they are. Usually, we have a big dinner on the New Year’s Eve.

And then families sit together and share their lives or planes. Some will play games or hang out to have some fun. On the New Year’s Day, people get up early and say good words to anyone they meet. Children can get lucky money from relatives.

In the following days, we will visit relative’s home and bring New Year’s wishes to them. In short, it’s a time for family gathering and all of us enjoy it.

Miss Hou is my English teacher, she is 28, we all like her. My English is really bad at first, I am afraid of having Miss Hou’s class, when she finds this, she doesn’t blame me, she tells me that the only way I can learn English well is to fall in love with English, she asks me to watch English movie, it works. Miss Hou is my favorite teacher.

候老师是我的英语老师，她28岁，我们都很喜欢她。我的英语一开始真的很不好，我怕上候老师的课，当她发现了，她并没有责备我，她告诉我唯一能学好英语的方法就是喜欢上英语，她叫我去看英语电影，这起作用了。候老师是我最喜欢的老师。

If ask me who my favorite teacher is, I will no doubt answer you that Miss Hou is my favorite teacher. She is an English teacher, she is kind to everyone, she is not like other teachers who are so strict to students. As Miss Hou is so popular among students, students learn English with high enthusiasm, that is what they return to her. Miss Hou is a good teacher.

如果你问我我最喜欢的老师是谁，我会毫无疑问回答你候老师是我最喜欢的老师。她是一位英语老师，对每个人都很好，她不想其他的老师那样对学生很严格。候老师很受学生的欢迎，学生怀着很高的热情学习英语，这是他们所能回报她的。候老师是一位好老师。

I remember the first time I see Miss Hou, she walks in class, and then talks with students about small things. She doesn’t talk about English in the first class, everyone feels Miss Hou is so amiable, we like her so much. Miss Hou is good at teaching us, she explain the question very patiently, when we understand, she will be move to the next topic, Miss Hou is a good teacher.

我记得我第一次见到候老师，她走进教室，然后和学生讨论一些小事情。她在第一次课上并不讲英语，大家都觉得候老师很和蔼，我们很喜欢她。候老师很擅长教我们，她很耐心地解释问题，当我们明白了，她才会讲下一个题目，候老师是一名好老师。

“生命在于运动”不记得这是哪位伟人说的，是啊！运动对于健康有益，如果人不运动，那应该是不健康的，我们学校就针对运动开创了“阳光体育俱乐部”。

一开始我就报了羽毛球班，上课时我发现坐在教室里一天之后运动时必要的，不仅可以减轻学习压力，还可将自己的身体放松一下。

在羽毛球班老师一般讲10—15分钟，剩下的时间都是让我们自己组队练习，每到星期三和星期五，我都会在阳光下奔跑、跳跃、挥拍、击球。

一次，在上课的时候体育老师向我们走来，他接过我对手的球拍说：“来，我跟你打”。没等我晃过神来，那个球就已经向我飞来了，我正想挥拍，发现这个球又高又远，根本够不着，就只好眼睁睁地看着那球从我头顶飞过，“你要跑起来去接，不能站在原地等”。老师告诉我。我捡起球将球一挥，谁知道这个球没发好将点线都没过可是老师还是接住了我这失败的一球，球又再次向我飞来了，我举好拍向后跑了几步，居然被我接住了，不过，这次是真的没过线。我顿时感到脸上很热，恨不得找个地缝钻过去，之后那几个球老师越打越靠近我这边，我知道是我的球打的太近而让老师越打越近的。

这次和老师打完球后原本以为我打羽毛球“有基础”“还不错”的我完全打消了这种观念，也终于让我明白球打的比我好的人数不胜数。

其实运动就像学习一样“学无止境”体育也是一样的，有的人认为只要学习好其他的什么不重要这种观点是错误的，其实只有体育好身体才不会差这样才能更好的学习。学习固然重要，体育也不能落下！

Though PE class is a part of children’s education, many teenagers didn’t

form the habit of doing exercise, they don’t have interest in sports. Enthusiasm

for sports is of great importance, young people should treat it as their

integral part of education.

On the one hand, promoting enthusiasm for sports among teenagers helps them

keep a healthy lifestyle. In the school, students are forced to take exercise in

the PE class, they need to join certain activities. In this way, students live

in a healthy lifestyle, they won’t get sick easily. But after they leaving

school, no one forces them to do so, so they are lazy to take exercise, their

bodies gets weaker.

On the other hand, the enthusiasm for sports can help students enhance

their sense of teamwork. As we known, most sports need more than one person to

do, like badminton and table tennis, these sports needs more than two people.

When students are playing badminton, they need to cooperate, so that they can

defeat others, if they just keep an eye on themselves, they game can’t be

played. Doing these sports will bring students the sense of teamwork, which is

important for their career.

People should keep the habit of taking exercise, the sound body ensures

better future. Enthusiasm for sports can make people feel it a happiness to take

exercise.

今天跑步，感到格外的轻松。觉得自己仿佛领悟到了跑步其实并非一件难事！

其实跑步时，只要保持速度，保持在自己呼吸最正常，不会喘不过气，自认为跑得较为轻松的速度。不要时常飞快地跑或停下来走，因为这样会比一直跑更累。

不要一边跑步一边说话，这样，会使自己更难受。

最重要的是坚持，想着自己既然已经迈入了跑道的起点，就要坚持跑到终点！就像面临敌人一样，要勇敢地向前冲，而不是临时打退堂鼓和半途而废。因为被世人纪念的永远是向前冲的人而不是打退堂鼓和半途而废的人。

不要想着还没跑的路程，而应着眼于眼前的一小步，跑了这一步，再跑下一步，直到完成了自己的任务。这时，我便可以惊奇地回头看看，自己所跑过的路程是多么漫长。
