下午第四节课到了，背球接力项目马上就要开始点名了，我回头一看，身后竟只剩下了巩传凯、蔡振浩、姜西林、陈学杭，啊?少了第一组的李雪松和于腾飞。我只好顶着杨老师的怒火派巩传凯和蔡振浩去找他们，一会儿蔡振浩回来了，找回了第一组的同学。此时，我们可以说是“万事俱备，只欠比赛”啦!

轮到我们班了，我班和十三班对决。再看十三班的阵地，派出了四个“花木兰”，两位“花木兰的爹”，哈，我们心中又多了一份必胜的信念。

紧张地比赛开始了，第一组冲出去了，对手是两位女生。“跑得稳一点!”我大声喊道。我想，如果说第一组跑得天衣无缝地话，那第二组蔡振浩与陈学杭的比赛将会是有惊无险了。只见两位同学背上的球几次快要出来，但又被“压”了下去，而此时我的心也随着同学背上的球在“起起落落”着，特别是当球要掉出的那一瞬，我的心就如要冲出胸膛一般!终于比赛即将接近尾声，我们班的三组同学已经跑完，而十三班的第二组还没跑完，这时我们已经知道：胜利，已经属于我们初一、十四班的了。

更为激动人心的时刻，是当我偶然一眼看到了裁判老师记下的成绩时，那一刻，我几乎发狂，我多想马上告诉所有人，我们是第一，我们是初一年级十六个班中的第一!我们的努力。

刚刚入学的时候，我们班体育课由严老师教。

正在这时，严老师把我拉到一边，和其他几个不会跳的同学在一起，然后让会的同学自由活动，再向我这边走来。这时，我的心里像热锅上的蚂蚁—急得团团转，生怕她会斥责我们，但事实并不像我想的那样。严老师不但没有生气，反而把一根绳塞到我的手心，扶着我把绳从脚跟往前甩，绳从我头顶掠过，然后又以迅雷不及掩耳之势落到我脚前，严老师说：“跳!”我就跳了上去。成功了!之后这条绳就在我手中越来越有灵感，我终于会跳绳了!虽然就只跳了二十几个，但初生牛犊不怕虎，我会更加努力的!从严老师眼中，我看到了喜悦与满意，然后去教别的同学。严老师每次上课，都会把不会的同学拉到一边，然后单独去教他们。

虽然严老师只教了我们一个学期，但她是我第一体育老师，现在她已经不在我们学校了，但我十分感谢严老师手把手地教我跳绳。

我最喜欢的运动—篮球

篮球是在我们班最吃香的一项运动。因为男生女生都爱这项运动，我们的体育课简直成了NBA的赛场，各路女生，各路男生，都八仙过海——各显神通。

你问我爱篮球为什么这么深，我告你吧!那是一节体育课，同学们都在打篮球，有的一个三步上篮，又被一个绝世封盖盖了下去;有的一个三分儿远投，却又打住了篮框弹了出来;有的一个耍了个胯下，却不小心给带丢了。哇!这是什么?配合得这么好，胯下，上篮，传球，三分，进啦!仔细一看，这是篮球队的呀怪不得呢，打的这么好，从此我就爱上了篮球。

早在2006年的时候，老妈就给我报了一个篮球班，那里什么都学，比如：砸板练习，胯下运动，投篮练习等等，在那里我学会了很多篮球的技巧，在同学们中，我算是打得好的。由于多练习，臂力就日渐大了起来什么投三分呀，都不是问题。
