星期五，天气晴朗，文峰小学的秋季运动会开始了。

校长宣布运动会开始，我的心情无比激动，因为我也是一名运动员。看到一二年级上场，口号那么响亮，队列那么整齐，并且他们手上还拿着各种各样的气球和鲜花，非常漂亮。到我们班入场的时候，我们也喊着响亮的口号，迈着整齐的步伐，经过主席台时，同学们都个个心情激昂走出漂亮的方队。

比赛正式开始，首先进行的是跑步比赛，过了一会我听到有人通知我的项目要开始了，心里有点紧张，老师说：“放松心情，别紧张。”我听了老师的话心情稍微放松了一些。我参加的项目是袋鼠跳，我小心地夹着球枪声响起，我夹着球开始往前跳，旁边同学们呐喊助威，看到别的选手球掉下来了，心里很害怕自己的球会不会也掉下来呢？还好，我跳到终点了，球一直没有掉下来，而且我还是第一名，我高兴地跳了起来，回到座位。不一会听到主席台说到我的号码，让我去领奖。奖品是一支铅笔袋和一张荣誉证书，上面写着我的名字还有“百名运动小健将”的称号。

我们班还有一名跑400米的运动员，跑到第二圈的时候摔了一跤，被落在了最后，可是她很坚强的爬起来继续跑，最后时刻冲刺，比别人提前了许多，终于拿了第三名。

我们班能取得这么好的成绩，和运动员们的辛勤苦练是分不开的，这些荣誉是我们用汗水换来的，我们要好好珍惜。

一个礼拜的训练，还好没有浪费，反而有了成果，所以我愈来愈喜欢骑自行车了。

我最喜欢的运动就是跑步了。有一天妈妈让我和她去河堤旁边跑步，起初，我不想跑，妈妈在前面跑，我在后面跟着她慢悠悠地走。可是我觉得妈妈离我越来越远了，我有点害怕，也加快了步伐开始小跑起来，就在快要赶上妈妈时，我被路上的一块大石子给绊了一跤，一下子把我的腿给摔破了，两行不争气的眼泪也偷偷地跑出来凑热闹。妈妈赶快转身过来安慰我，她对我说：“男子汉，有了强壮的身体，那才是最好的，摔一跤没什么的，快跟着妈妈一块儿跑！”听了妈妈的话，我一骨碌爬了起来，觉得腿不是那么疼，小声对自己说我是男子汉，不能因为这一点点小事就要哭，我就跟着妈妈一块跑了起来。

不知不觉，我和妈妈跑了半个小时，妈妈直夸我，宝宝，真了不起！都能跟着妈妈跑半个小时！我突然间觉得跑步真是一件令人快乐的事！
