那一次，我正在玩电脑，突然听见老爸拍拍羽毛球拍的声音，我立刻放下手中的鼠标到老爸面前报到。我顺手拿起球拍想来一个出其不意的进攻，可是，令我万万没有想到的是：那球居然被老爸轻松的给化解了！我不由得心生敬佩之情，可是天意弄人啊！那球高高的飞在空中却在老爸得意之际，被风吹了回去，结果我险胜老爸。“从那来回哪去！”我终于战胜了我最有力的竞争对手。

但是我并没有被胜利冲昏了头脑，因为我明白真正的较量才刚开始。果然，爸爸开始变得认真了，每一球都是那么的有力量，我渐渐陷入被动。我不断地后退，而爸爸却越打越猛。就在我万念俱灰之时，奇迹出现了！我的一个吊高球成了我的`救命球：那球高高的飞起，在一个漂亮的转身之后又轻盈的与网擦肩而过“耶！”我做出了胜利的手势。但是比赛并没有就此结束，老爸他一点也不服气，要我在跟他大战三百回合。我欣然同意了，一个猛射，老爸急忙后退接球，这可给我了可乘之机：我回了他一个超级轻的球。老爸终于服输了。

这真是一场艰难的球赛，但是我们只要热爱运动，就能从运动中体会到无限的乐趣！因此我喜爱我的运动课。

“生命在于运动”。的确，在日常生活中，运动就像我们身体机器中的一颗螺丝钉，是不可或缺的。而在多如繁星的体育运动中，我最喜欢的定是跳绳了！

我和跳绳的结缘，那要回到一年级测试体育的时候了。记得当时懵懂年少的我还不知道跳绳是什么？渐渐的，渐渐的，在老师和妈妈手把手的教导下，我爱上了这种“甩绳子”的游戏。刚开始我一分钟只能跳十几下，看着其他同学的成绩都是我的好多倍，我不由得着急起来，对跳绳也变得十分厌烦，有时望着那根跳绳就想踢它、打它、扔了它。妈妈发现后，找我意味深长地谈了一次话，她着重强调：“凡事总会有开始，只要付出过努力，终究会有结果的！”经过那次谈话，我又重拾信心，日夜以加倍的练习，公园里、操场上，你总能看到一个努力练习跳绳的身影，最终我从十几个跳到了一百多个，从原来的最后一名变成了现在的首屈一指，在二年级的年级跳绳比赛中，我还获得了第二名的好成绩呢！

跳绳不仅为我带来了荣誉，更多的是健康。通过跳绳，让我身体的灵敏性、姿态、平衡能力都有很大提高；跳绳还可以减肥呢，跳绳十分钟，相当于慢跑30分钟；跳绳可以让血液获得更多的氧气，使我们的心血管更加健康。

瞧，那里一位女孩正在努力跳绳呢，甩动的头发像电风扇一样，步伐轻盈、优美，令人陶醉其中。快来，加入跳绳的行列中来！

我爱运动，因为运动可以使我的身体健康、增强抵抗力、增加肺活量，也可以使我长高，体力变得很好，这样读书才比较不会疲累；我爱运动，因为我喜欢那种汗流浃背、通体舒畅的感觉，好像如武侠小说所说的“打通任督二脉”那么地令人舒坦；我也喜欢运动过后，那种全身放松、腾空自我的感觉，有一种“鱼游深底”的空灵，叫人喜爱不已。

我爱运动，我喜爱溜直排轮、打球、健行、跑步等运动，其中我最喜欢溜直排轮。假日的时候，爸爸妈妈都会带我和弟弟去溜直排轮。那里的场地是室内的，而且有冷气，虽然如此，我和弟弟还是汗水淋漓，翱游在溜冰场中，我突然感到我就像是“天地一沙鸥”的岳纳珊，直行、横冲、后退，我展现令人惊羡的美姿，徜徉于自我满足的天地里。我和弟弟比赛竞速和其它有技巧的高难度动作，也相互追逐着，你进我退，你后我进，笑声充斥于场中，快乐也盈沁于心湖里。溜直排轮必须穿上护具和安全帽，弟弟比较粗心，没有穿好护具，以致于跌倒时有轻微的擦伤，令爸爸妈妈都忧心忡忡。由于可见，爸爸妈妈对我们是相当关心的，古人说：“不敢毁伤，孝之始也。”所以，我们沉浸于运动的欢乐之中，也要小心翼翼，不要让自己受伤，而令爸爸妈妈担心不已。

溜直排轮时，因为速度太快，我感到风在我的耳际呼啸而过，影物交替快速，正如过往云烟一般，我必须聚精会神，因为只要我一不留神，我也会摔得洋相尽出，惨不忍睹。有时，我也会摔倒，但由于我的护具穿戴完备，所以并没有受到什么大的伤害，算是不幸中的大幸。不管如何，我仍会留意的，不要乐极生悲。在这里我见识到“天外有天，人外有人。”有人的技巧十分纯熟，轻轻松松地滑行、跳跃，S形，叫人不禁为他击掌叫好；也有人怯怯懦懦，如临深渊，如履薄冰，深怕一步滑出，便摔倒四脚朝天，鼻青脸肿。

除了溜直排轮，我还喜欢各式各类的运动，因为运动百益而无害，运动是健康的泉源。人是“动”物，要动才会健康，夏承楹说：“运动最补。”我认为他说得很对，我会常常在运动场上挥洒着愉悦的汗水，使我的身体更加强壮，更加健康。

I am writing to tell you my favorite sport.

Of all sports, I like table tennis best. I became interested in it when I was very young. At that time I would sit before the TV set, watching the matches about table tennis. I’m fond of Chinese Team players, such as Ding Ning, Wang Hao, Ma Lin, and so on. I think it is not only a sport but also an art because it is a game that needs strength and skill.

The reason why I like it very much is that it is our national sports as well as of great benefit to us. Playing table tennis can build up our bodies, keep us healthy and train our brains, What’s more, it can help us to learn to cooperate with each other. In a word, I like it very much. Though I can’t play it well, I still try my best to practice it.
