i like english very much. i’m very happy every day. my favourite food is cake ,because it’s sweet. my favourite fruit are apples. they are tasty and healthy. an apple a day keeps doctor way. my favourite day is fridays, because we have english on the fridays.

on the saturdays and sundays i often do housework，i’m helpful. i can wash the clothes, water the flowers, make the bed. i can’t do the dishes, but i’d like to try. do you like me?

今年年初，一场突如其来的病毒，让我们更加感受到生命的可贵，也让我知道了生命在于运动。我最爱运动了，因为运动能让我强身健体。生活中有许多种运动方式，比如说：跑步、跳绳、打篮球、踢足球、打羽毛球、打乒乓球

我最喜欢的运动就是跑步了。有一天妈妈让我和她去河堤旁边跑步，起初，我不想跑，妈妈在前面跑，我在后面跟着她慢悠悠地走。可是我觉得妈妈离我越来越远了，我有点害怕，也加快了步伐开始小跑起来，就在快要赶上妈妈时，我被路上的一块大石子给绊了一跤，一下子把我的腿给摔破了，两行不争气的眼泪也偷偷地跑出来凑热闹。妈妈赶快转身过来安慰我，她对我说：“男子汉，有了强壮的身体，那才是最好的，摔一跤没什么的，快跟着妈妈一块儿跑！”听了妈妈的话，我一骨碌爬了起来，觉得腿不是那么疼，小声对自己说我是男子汉，不能因为这一点点小事就要哭，我就跟着妈妈一块跑了起来。

不知不觉，我和妈妈跑了半个小时，妈妈直夸我，宝宝，真了不起！都能跟着妈妈跑半个小时！我突然间觉得跑步真是一件令人快乐的事！

我最喜欢的体育运动是踢毽子儿.我喜欢踢毽子,是在半年前我和我表姐的一次踢毽子比赛.

那天,表姐到我家玩.我们一起写完作业以后,觉得有点儿累,于是表姐提议说：“我们来玩踢毽子吧.”“可是,我不会踢怎么办?”表姐说：“我先来做示范,然后你再踢.”说着,她踢了起来.1、2、3……她踢得可真多呀,一下子踢了10多个,该我踢了,我觉得腿有点儿不听使唤,胳膊也跟着较劲儿,只踢了2个,毽子就被我踢飞了.接下来我们又踢了半天,可我还是没有抓到要领,踢得还是很少.到了5点多钟,表姐被她爸爸接走了.我暗暗下定决心：瑕疵比赛的时候一定要超过她.于是我每天一有时间,就开始练习踢毽儿.

真是功夫不负有心人.这天,表姐又来我家了.我们同样先写作业,写完作业后,我主动说：“我们一起踢毽子吧.”我没和表姐说我在家每天坚持练习踢毽子,这次还是表姐先踢,她踢了18个.哈哈,我悄悄地笑了起来.该我了,我的心“砰砰”直跳,我真怕自己踢不好,21比18,我赢了.表姐看后很吃惊,问我怎么能踢这么多了?我告诉她我每天晚上坚持练习地结果.

现在时间长了,我的进步更左右脚交替地踢法.

踢毽子不仅使我能锻炼身体,还给我带来了快乐,我喜欢踢毽子!

也许，每个人的心中都有自己最喜爱的动物，小到小猫、小狗，大到大象、熊猫、长颈鹿，可是，我喜欢的动物或者说是昆虫吧，小到不仔细看根本看不到，它就是最易被人忽视的却又数量庞大的蚂蚁。

蚂蚁是一种喜欢群居的昆虫，别看它微不足道，但它却拥有“大力士”的称号。一只蚂蚁能搬起超过自己体重50倍的物体。人如果能搬起自己体重2倍的东西都很了不起了。人要和蚂蚁比力气可真是望尘莫及。

以前，我曾听别人说过，蚂蚁们十分团结，我也亲眼见过，在蚂蚁洞口，众多蚂蚁共同对付一只活毛毛虫，心想，那只不过是生存需要，共同猎食罢了，好多动物像狼、鬣狗都是这样共同捕食，不足为奇。这么多有思维的蚂蚁天天在一起，不起内讧才怪呢!

后来，看到了一篇文章，让我对小小蚂蚁肃然起敬。这篇文章写道：一群蚂蚁遇到火灾，他们没有惊慌失措，立刻变换队形扭成一团，将蚁后、幼蚁这些可以维持种族生存的蚂蚁包在中间，迅速滚过火球，向河岸方向突围，蚁团不断发出外层蚂蚁被烧焦后爆裂的声响，但是蚁团却不见缩小。显然，这外层被灼焦的“蚁国英雄”们至死也不松动分毫，肝胆俱裂也不放弃自己的岗位。一会儿，蚁团冲进了河流里，随着向对岸的滚动，河面上升腾起一层薄薄的烟雾……但凡生物，都有求生本能，小小蚂蚁却能在生死关头，为了种族延续，选择牺牲自己，多么可敬啊!

和蚂蚁的团结比起来，我们应该感到惭愧。有时因为一点小事，和班里的同学就闹得面红耳赤，真不应该。原来这个世界上，崇高与伟大真的与个头、力量没有关系，真正重要的是精神上的强大，如果，我们具备蚂蚁这样紧密团结，勇于奉献的精神，还有什么事情我们不能完成呢?

我最喜欢、最自豪的体育活动就是打羽毛球。我的球龄已经有四年之长!在这四年里有欢乐也有悲伤，有开心也有伤感。你想知道吗?就请继续看吧!

那是我一开始学的时候，因为步法错误经常被老师打、骂，可是我不灰心，只要一有空就练习。我经过一个月的努力，渐渐的球技好了起来。也正因为我球技进步，还被当选为了班长。我并没有因此而骄傲、满足，而是更加奋发努力，经过勤学苦练，我的球技直线上升。开始跟教练打球了，规则是每人五球。意思是：谁先没接到五个球就算输。一开始教练先输了一球，那是为了找到我打球的弱点，然后来了一个反击。2比1，我这才知道掉进了教练的陷阱里，接着我又摸清了教练打球的规律。就这样，我和教练经过激烈的比赛打到4比4时，教练打了一个高吊球，我看准时机打了一个平快球。教练又打了一个右反拍，想给我一个措手不及，可是我迅速地向右跑，又打一个平快球，反到给教练来了个措手不及。

最后我赢了，还得意洋洋地说：“嘿!嘿!教练，我青出于蓝而胜于蓝吧!”
