我最喜欢的球类运动是打篮球，我从四年级就开始打篮球了，一开始我们只是找个小场地玩求职到五年级时有了篮球设那时我们只是有兴趣才加入的，之后在教练的教导下慢慢了解它的规则，才开始爱上打篮球。五年级的下学期有一场比赛，那是我们的第一是参赛，所以每天只要一有时间，不管是早自习或是午休的时间，都看得到大家努力练习的身影。

五年级时大家都还是很热爱篮球，一听到又会有一场比赛大家都很兴奋，又可以继续打篮球了，因为有了前次出去比赛的经验，所以这次才能比较这么紧张，这次的比赛只有我们自己上场，这次比赛的成绩我们打得还不错赢一场输一场。

等到我们毕业后就要换四五年级的学弟和学妹出去为学校出去比赛，为校争光了，希望他们也会有不错的成绩。

在过几个月我们就要和篮球说再见了，因为我们要准备毕业考和准备毕业典礼等一些事情，所以必须暂时跟篮球告别，希望等我们上了初中我们还可以继续打篮球为学校出去比赛，跟好朋友一起练习，说不定长大以后还可以去比赛争光。

我天生就缺少体育细胞。体育课时，常常是一个人在跑道上艰难移动，却看着别人绝尘而去。虽说我与体育基本无缘，但自行车却是我生活中必不可少的一环。

对自行车的喜爱要追溯到童年时那无忧无虑的时光了。

小时候，外公经常骑着他那辆高大的黑色自行车带着我到处游玩。四月的风已褪去料峭，带着风信子淡淡地微香拂面而来。我晃荡着小脚，顽皮的掠过一片片开的烂漫的油菜花，听着车铃欢快的响声。那辆破旧的自行车曾带给我多少快乐，以至于现在当我独自骑车时，似乎还能闻到淡淡的花香，似乎还能看到金灿灿的油菜花地，似乎还能听见欢快的铃响。

于是，我就这样喜欢上了这项体育运动。不是为了参与体育竞技，也不是为了感受飚车的一份风驰电掣，骑自行车只是我生活中的调剂与放松。

每当我学习颇感疲劳时，妈妈便会推出我的自行车，为我擦拭一新。我带着郊游的好心情便漫无目的的出发了。穿过一排排琳琅满目的店铺，驶过一条条大大小小的马路，所有难题与烦恼便暂时抛到了脑后。有时，一份任未消失的童心让我故意骑着车从公园山坡顶端的石子路开始俯冲，尽管有摔成栽倒葱的危险，但我仍是乐此不疲。

广州亚运会已隆重召开，我作为自行车运动的小小爱好者之一也衷心的希望祖国运动员能收获成功。

我酷爱游泳。在那清澈的泳池中，荡出一条条激情的波纹，激起一份份内在的力量。自由泳那优美的姿势使我感觉在演绎一场精彩的舞蹈，并展现出那最美的一面。有节奏地换气，奋力地摆动着双臂，双腿如鱼的尾巴一样灵活地摆动，使我自由穿梭。身体自如地舒展，与水融为一体，轻轻地包裹在其中。让所有烦恼都从这里抛去，在这里，是我独特的世界！

我钟情于跳绳。在平坦的地面上，一根细长的绳，伴着我如蜻蜓点水般的跳跃，演绎着一曲动听的音乐。时间的悄然流逝，使我感到了时光的短暂。耳边的风声永远是那么动听，它永远都在为我喝彩。抛除杂念，专心跳好每一步，不要惧怕对手，只要踩着节奏快乐地跳。那一个个欢快的节奏，与我配合得无比默契。时间到了，在我那一个个欢快的节奏声中停止了，在我的世界中跳出了无与伦比的美丽。

我热爱跑步。在那长长的跑道上踩出自己的节拍，踏出自己的力量。豆大的汗水沾湿了我的脸庞，我向着终点大踏步迈去，展现出健美的一面。沉醉在其中，有频率地向前，早已感觉不到一丝劳累，一种欢悦与轻松慢慢地占据着我的身心，感觉与风儿赛跑，与鸟儿同行。向着目标，勇往直前，让呼吸打着节拍，唱着运动之歌。

生命离不开运动，如同鸟儿离不开天空，鱼儿离不开水一样。我发现，当我爱上运动之后，身体素质竟逐渐增强，每一天都健健康康。心里也有一种舒适与快乐，使我每天都更加地开朗，让我拥有一个美好的心情，对待学习与生活。我发现了许多生命的意义与生活的快乐，带给我无尽的喜悦，让我发现了人世间的美。

晚风吹着散落耳边的发，用手轻轻拂落脸上的汗珠，平复好心跳。我想：我已经不止是爱运动了，更是醉运动了。
