我清楚的记得那一次综合课，您带我们去操场上测试咱们的小组协作能力，第一轮我们祖上前迎战，对战佳怡组。当老师说要二条红领巾，三件外套一块手表的时候，我们的组长小狄急了，迅速把手腕上的手表下了下来，又叫杨长军赶快把外套脱下来，不过他好像没听见，保持着一副万事不关我的模样，我着急地跺了跺脚，而他却在那里若无其事地闲逛，他太没责任心了吧！我气急败坏，使劲拧了拧他的手腕，他才有了知觉，二话不说乖乖地外套交给了组长，我的，杨长军的，小狄的刚好三件，还有红领巾，这下我们组可是忙得不可开交呀！小狄把一副委托给李同学，命令他以百米冲刺的速度奔向终点。虽然还是比别人落后了几秒，但是我们依旧完成任务了呀！小狄轻轻叹了口气，似乎对这样的成绩并不满意，但是她脸上没有一丝要责备李同学的意思，想我们组长应该是一个会总结、反思的人吧？她从来都不推卸责任。仔细看完接下来几个组的比赛，然后回班打算仔细盘点一下，成功、失败的原因，分别是什么。

进班后老师和我们说了很多很多，您说：“要想配合的默契，还要多加训练。”表扬了几个小组长，给了几个组长一些建议。刚才再看比赛的时候，老师可是笑得合不拢嘴呀！看着同学们的配合和组长的指挥，您看着我们的点滴成长，更是不胜欢喜。
